When it was towed to Auto Werks they had it fixed in 3 days. Their staff was very responsive, quick and went through the bill with me. I should have taken it to Auto Werks right away and not wasted a week of pay for a rental car. This was my 2nd catalytic converter they had to replace and should have just started with them. Their bid of $3,300 was also cheaper than the other shop for $4,300.00. So if you get your catalytic converter stolen go to Auto Werks. The guys were very pleasant to deal with too. I'll be back.

Very very thorough - they catch things that are just starting to wear and give you a very good report on what needs done now, what should be done in the future and what you can put off for a while. I've had nothing but good experiences here, except one time they missed doing an oil change while doing some $3,000 worth of other work on one of my vehicles. Happens. Not cheap - same price or a bit more than the dealers, but you know who you are dealing with, and they are sharp, and straight with you about what needs done. If it's outside their specialty, they'll refer you to the right shop to get the work done (mufflers, for example).
