Not a good experienc at this shop on multiple occasions, had a simple cv axle job to get done and when they finished two days later the axle popped out of its place, later I returned the car to Casey's and had it fixed again, now as it was completed again, literally a mile out it had popped off again and keep in a mind I had a 7 month oldin the car and almost got rear ended the first time around and they were not willing to refund me money spent on Uber and tows that had to be done except for one, I will be going to small claims court, it was a mistake coming to this shop I do not recommend read more

I called Casey about repairing rear brake pads and rotors. I was at my local olathe dealership and they quoted me 585 for brake pads and rotors. I called Casey's to get a quote for the same thing....quoted me 510. Take my car a literal week later and get a call saying it will be 595.....asked why.....it is what is is‍‍ guy takes advantage of young people and old people be aware!! read more

I called as my car died on Antioch in rush hour right before they closed. They called me first thing in the morning and told me the cost of the alternator repair. My daughter has had her cars serviced here for several years and has been pleased. I was driving by on a rainy day and my wiper blade went flying. I don't want to sound mean because they had some good ideas concerning why my SES light came on. The light went out but unfortunately it came right back on 8 miles later. So basically I bought unneeded parts ( or just bought them earlier than needed) what really hot me was that they said they'd call me as soon as it was finished. They did not. This is my go to place for anything involving my car. I don't know enough about cars to even pretend that I know anything about cars. But I don't need to know anything about cars, because the good people here take care of me. This Sinclair station is a full-service fuel station in addition to the auto repair shop. I've had my car serviced here since 2009, and have been pleased with each and every experience. Seconds after pulling up to the pump someone comes out and starts fueling your car. While you're waiting, they wash your windows, offer to check your oil, and tires if you ask. If I need a repair, I often go right when they open 7:00 am so I get my name at the top of the list. The service is always top notch, and the prices are very competitive. A friend needed new tires, and was comparing prices around. I suggested that they price them here, and the price ended up being quite a bit less than other places. This shop also passes the "Dad Test." Since I know nothing about cars, whenever my car is acting up, my first call (after having the good people at Sinclair assess the problem) is to my dad, who has always agreed that I am being treated fairly. Some car places you have to worry about them trying to sell you repairs you don't really need, but not these folks. I've come in to have a repair done that they have talked me out of getting. They don't make you spend money you don't have to spend. I never thought I'd give 5 stars to a car repair shop, but these folks have earned it. The man I spoke with on the phone while getting a quote was very nice and friendly, but I have no idea what happened to him when I showed up the next day (when he told me to!) and talked to the person behind the counter. I had been told to bring my car by "sometime in the morning" so I brought my car in at 10am. I explained my situation and the price quote from the day before to the man behind the counter, but all I received were blank stares. He was very rude, stating that he'd already been at work for 4 hours and that my car would absolutely not be able to be worked on that day. When I asked if I could make an appointment, he actually rolled his eyes and said "We don't take appointments here. You have to get up and bring your car in." Rude! I got a flat over the weekend and tried to go to the tire shop first thing Monday morning. They were already backed up so I headed to Casey Brother's down the street and I'm so glad I did! They got to me right away, looked at the tire, and had it patched and back on the car in 30 minutes for less than $25, despite the fact that the shop certainly looked busy and full of customers the whole time I was there. I'm not surprised this shop has been in Mission for over 50 years. It's a little old-timey inside, and combined with quick, efficient, and fair service, I will definitely be back. I towed the my truck there because it was stuck in drive. The key would not come out of the ignition. Carl called me and said I needed to rebuild the transmission and it was going to cost me $3,600.00. I offered to buy a used transmission and have Carl install it and he refused because he wanted to buy the transmission. I had the truck towed to another auto repair shop and they repaired the transmission for $400.00. All it needed was a neutral switch and the truck runs fine now. When I ask Carl for the key, he said, "I don't have your F ***ing key. " read more

Casey Brothers has always delivered great service and very reasonable prices. I first used them several years ago for a problem that a $900 service charge at a local dealer failed to fix. Great first experience! My windshield wiper fluid decided to stop working last Friday, the day before the alleged ice storm. I stopped in over lunch and they were able to fit me in. These guys are so honest! Every time I've just shown up there, no appt, having noticed a problem in my car while driving, they've had someone available to look at it immediately. if repairs are needed, they usually can do that right away, too. But the best thing is that they'll tell you if repairs AREN'T needed! I just had that happen again and would've hugged Vic except I think that might've scared him :) That's happened so many times - for all I know it's a major problem, but most of the time it's not.
