It makes the drink feel a little bit fancier and helps keep the drink fresh. It also makes you feel as though you are getting two drinks for the price of one . We sat at the bar per usual and shared the half nachos (+ candied jalapeños and chicken). We love the way their nachos are served and honestly the portions are huge and very generous. We couldn't even finish the half nachos between the two of us! The nachos are always LOADED and have such unique flavors. My favorite cocktails at Bourbon's are: Saturn (not currently on the menu but they are typically still able to make it), Clear Intentions (clarified Mai Thai with the most incredible flavor profile) and Freezer Door Martini. 10/10 recommend all 3 of these but honestly you can't go wrong with any of their cocktails.

The hotel itself is a fun eclectic location. The bartenders in their bar make some killer cocktails! We were staying here to attend a friends wedding. Check-in was at 4pm and we needed to get to our room, change and go to the rehearsal dinner at 5pm. We had requested a paid upgrade to a larger corner room. We arrived at 4:15pm and were told the upgraded room we had requested was not yet ready. The options we were given were #1 we could just take a regular room or #2 we could wait for the upgraded room to be ready. We explained that we were on a tight schedule and needed to change quickly to get to dinner. We were again given the same two options. Take a regular room or wait. We asked whether or not they had someplace we could quickly change but they indicated they did not. We opted to wait for the upgraded room and called a friend and asked to change in their room and leave our luggage there. First of all our arrival wasn't a surprise. When the upgraded room wasn't ready at check-in time, you'd think the hotel might call us in advance to see when we were arriving and work on a solution before we arrived. Secondly, we've had similar incidents at other Hilton properties usually involving a maintenance issue with the room we've wanted. In those cases we were given a room that was immediately available to freshen up and told to just leave our luggage in that room and staff would move it to our requested room when it was finally ready. This was often accompanied by a bottle of wine or cheese and chocolate plate with a note thanking us for our patience. That is an example of quality customer service. Yes, it dirties another room that will then need to be freshened up once we leave but it creates a problem for the hotel, not for the guest. The two options we were given only created a problem for us. Earlier this year we were in Florida and were moving to a suite during a stay. The suite was not ready at check-in time and the front desk gave us a $100 credit so we could enjoy some cocktails while we waited. Again, this is an example of the customer recovery we've come to appreciate from Hilton. What we experienced at The Verve was not the customer service we've come to expect from Hilton especially after having achieved Lifetime Diamond status. A want to stress that all of the staff were very pleasant. They just need some customer recovery / critical thinking training. The rooms do need a little bit of TLC. Even our other friends that were staying there commented about different maintenance issues in their rooms. For the price point, the rooms should be near perfect. We'd probably not stay here again, although we might stop in for cocktails at the bar!

My room was clearly in need of renovation. Old/faded/dated/chipped everything. Awkward space (the bathroom door is hard to navigate around as its arc consumes most of the tiny bathroom). It did smell clean/seem mostly clean (although I didn't white glove test anything) but my shower curtain was clearly soiled with squirts of what I hope was body wash or conditioner from the last guest. The hot/cold water in the bath/shower was backwards (had to push it to cold to get warm water) and leaked out of the handle while it was on. The heater made a loud rattling noise when it was on - but it was too cold to sleep with if off. This coupled with a loud gurgling noise consistently coming from the refrigerator (which is located right next to the head of the bed - really??) - it was very difficult to sleep which definitely impacted my performance at my meetings the next day. The fitness area/gym was terrible with broken equipment and a moldy smell. I also struggled to find something healthy to eat for breakfast. Fortunately the server in the restaurant recognized my struggle and asked the chef to prepare an egg white omelette for me as part of the breakfast buffet. It wasn't the best, but another case of the awesome staff saving what would have otherwise been a bad experience. I do understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations- and I did get a tip (too late for this visit) to ask for a renovated room next time. So I wouldn't write this off as a viable option in the future, but based on this visit (11/2024), there is a lot to be desired.

I ordered the pork loin that came with everything that you need for the total meal. And wow! I'm normally skeptical about meats that are pre-cooked and prepared mashed potatoes as they can sometimes be too salty. But this did not disappoint - it was NOT too salty and just perfectly seasoned. After 2 days of leftovers, the pork was still incredibly moist. And, the mashed potatoes were unbelievable, and stuffing was really a creative and tasty recipe. And this portion for four - easily could have served 8 with a few more vegetables and rolls added by me. My family was thrilled - and I would definitely do this again! Thank you!

First of all, everything is way overpriced for what you could get at a fast food restaurant (not suprising from a movie theater I know). But also, they are constantly understaffed and the servers end up with multiple theaters to wait on at the same time. The poor service is understandable with the stress of having to take orders, run drinks, run food, and making sure checks are dropped off and paid for before guests get mad and leave. What is REALLY aggravating is the fact that the management is severely lacking in their commitment to properly perform their job obligations! They are rude to customers and treat their employees extremely poorly. All of the servers seem to be stressed out and I have never seen a manager help to run food or drop off checks to help them out. As someone with lots of experience in restaurant service and management, I can honestly say that this place is being very poorly run. If a server is overwhelmed with guests and there is no other servers to help, it is the job of a Manager to step in and ease the load by taking some tables themselves until things calm down. Obviously, a large company like AMC is not concerned with customer satisfaction regarding their new Dine In. They make enough money on the movies to care about that.
