Great window art on the Burn Cycling studio!
    Amanda B.

I'm new to indoor cycling but didn't want to skip my weekend workout while in town on vacation so I utilized Class Pass to book Sunday's Inspirational ride with Chauncey and am so glad I did! The studio is easy to find and has a small shared parking lot. I forgot to get the name of the front desk employee but he was super friendly and helpful and fully explained that the space has two changing rooms, water for purchase, and cubbies for personal items which are visible during class. Chauncey was friendly but definitely motivational and supportive throughout the ride. My friend and I got to class early and he took the time to help us properly set up and adjust our bikes which made me feel as comfortable and confident as possible during class. I do not live in the area so this is currently a stand-alone review but the next time I'm in the Los Angeles area I will definitely be looking forward to booking a bike again with Burn Cycling!

Nothing kills a ride faster than people treating a cycle class like it's their living room. Talking…read moremid-song, scrolling on phones, completely oblivious to everyone around them... it's not just annoying, it ruins the experience people are literally paying for. So let's be clear -- the issue wasn't management. The issue was a handful of members who couldn't manage basic gym etiquette. And yes, we did ask them to be quiet, but would they? No. And honestly? I'm glad management stepped in. They addressed it the right way -- clear, direct, and respectful to the entire community. A simple reminder to be present, be courteous, and respect the instructors and riders around you shouldn't be controversial... it should be standard. If anything, it showed they actually care about the experience they're providing -- and about the members who show up ready to work. Because here's the reality: you don't lose members over accountability... you lose them when bad behavior gets ignored. So if that email/social post bothered you, maybe ask yourself why. The rest of us? We're just here to ride, sweat, and not listen to your side conversations. Mic drop.

If you're wondering if you should try heated spin, I'm here to tell you... YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD!!…read more I am a longtime rider at their other location in San Fernando but had to leave a review for their spot in Santa Clarita too. You will walk out of this place drenched in sweat and wanting to come back. Yeah it's hard, but the instructors and the staff are all incredibly motivational, supportive and helpful. You don't have to be an expert or seasoned cyclist to try this out. They're welcoming to all levels. I cannot wait for my next ride!

I have tried out many of their instructors, from Kelly, Brett, Frances, and Mia. I can't wait to try the others. Kelly will get you to feel the burn all over, Brett to get ya twerkin', Frances to get you smiling to her great playlists, and Mia to get you to remember to not drop your arms. There is something about this place that is so magical and packs a lot of power. From mirror selfies, to a shower for post-class rinse off, and spacious bathrooms where everyone mingles before class. Each class is a challenge, but just the right amount. As a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and therapist this place is just the right amount of home and practicing your bravery mindset to try something new. Come before work, after work, or drive to this place just to take a class -- it's always worth it. See you in class, Drip Fam

Frances... WOW!…read more This was my very first cycle class ever today and let me just say I left with my legs SHAKING. I'm usually a Pilates girl, so this was completely new for me which is exactly what I love. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone felt so good. The vibe was amazing. The music was the best part! The energy in the room was everything. Frances was incredibly nice and motivating, which made a huge difference for my first time. It was definitely a tough class (especially for a beginner like me), but in the best way possible. The front desk experience was also great. The girl at check-in was so sweet, and I was given a cute welcome card with a sticker such a thoughtful touch! I was also able to borrow cycling shoes for free since it was my first class, which I really appreciated. I'll be honest I was really nervous going in. I deal with anxiety and even clipping my shoes into the bike felt overwhelming at first. But I did it, and I'm honestly so proud of myself for pushing through that moment. That alone made the experience worth it. The only hiccup was booking my first free class. I had a little trouble with the system and ended up calling, but one of the guys helped me out and he was so kind and patient. Once that was sorted, everything went smoothly. Would I go back? I hope so! Let's see how I feel tomorrow lol but I'm definitely considering it!
