I absolutely love this studio and everything it entails. For starters, you WILL get an amazing workout. I have noticed so many changes in my physical and mental health, and it is largely due to the environment provided by the instructors and admin. Furthermore, I would like to comment on the inclusivity and diversity GetSweat prides themselves in. For example, Jess (one of my favorite instructors) always hypes up everyone in her classes no matter your size, background, ethnicity, race, gender, or anything of that sort. This continues throughout the rest of the instructors and staff, as I have NEVER felt an ounce of discrimstion from this studio. In fact, I believe this studio promotes such a diverse group of riders, which is why it is so special. We are all here for one thing, and that is to get in a good workout and enjoy ourselves. However, the ability to enjoy the rhythm of the class is ruined when there are riders who blatantly disregard the rules set forth by the studio. Simple rule: don't be on your phone during class. When taking Jess' last class of the night, I was annoyed at the utter disrespect coming from many ladies in the room. Not only was this addressed in class, there are also so many signs politely asking not be on your phone. So simple. If I am a young adult and can disconnect from my phone for 50 minutes, I know everyone else can. It is honestly so rude and I feel sad for everyone who tries to use this as their escape, because there are others being disrespectful. Reading comments on how this studio is xenophobic is truly saddening, and simply not true. This studio is extremely inclusive (almost every single employee is a POC!!), and it truly feels like these riders are playing the victim instead of owning up to their actions. At the end of the day, this studio has allowed me to make so many friends and memories, and I come here for a good time. If you cannot follow simple rules at your grown age, it's embarrassing. Very upsetting disappointing experience. After months of attending without a single issue, I suddenly received a formal warning about "ongoing disruptions". Something that was NEVER once communicated to me before. No direct feedback, no conversation, just a general blanket message that "I could lose the ability to attend classes", because of a single word spoken in class the day before. Several people in my group received the exact same warning at the same time, despite different behaviors. That made it feel more generalized rather than based on individual actions. Policies seem to be enforced inconsistently, depending on the situation, and the expectations were never clearly communicated to me in the first place. The way this was handled was unfair and biased rather than inclusive. When I asked for clarification or a review, they refused to revisit it. After 20 years in this community, I've never felt so unfairly judged and dismissed by a business. Jess was a great instructor, which makes this even more disappointing. Talking mid-song, scrolling on phones, completely oblivious to everyone around them... it's not just annoying, it ruins the experience people are literally paying for. So let's be clear -- the issue wasn't management. The issue was a handful of members who couldn't manage basic gym etiquette. And yes, we did ask them to be quiet, but would they? No. And honestly? I'm glad management stepped in. They addressed it the right way -- clear, direct, and respectful to the entire community. A simple reminder to be present, be courteous, and respect the instructors and riders around you shouldn't be controversial... it should be standard. If anything, it showed they actually care about the experience they're providing -- and about the members who show up ready to work. Because here's the reality: you don't lose members over accountability... you lose them when bad behavior gets ignored. So if that email/social post bothered you, maybe ask yourself why. Very disappointing experience. the instructor was friendly and fun. However the management/ owners of this business prioritized and protected a covert xenophobic rider out of fear of the rider or the Management harboring similar xenophobia. a rider who yelled at us aggressively was ignored, while we were left to fend that rider alone. The way this was handled made me feel singled out, disrespected, and raised serious concerns about bias and possible discrimination. I am glad that this business is not essential for every day life, I chose to go here with my friends, other options exist. I am dead. lol such a good workout though but bring your EXTRA LARGE water bottles LOL Alright it's the day after. My legs are BURNINGGGG. Such a good workout. They give you earplugs bc it's really loud in there. My advice: PUT ON THE EARPLUGS. I thought i was smart in only putting it on one ear bc I couldn't understand or hear the DJ but boyyy was I wrong. I came out deaf in one ear LOL but it's the morning after and my hearing is better. They have lockers for your stuff. Bring a towel and water. They have a bathroom and a cute lil changing room. You can come ten minutes early to fix your bike. But all around this place is a fun workout! Just super loud LOL read more

Took my first after hours class with Jess, and it was amazing! I came in early to get to know the studio and was welcomed by the receptionists. She introduced me to the studio and taught me everything I needed to know. Jess has a beautiful and great personality. She welcomed me and my sister by the name as it was our first time in the studio and she was very motivating and fun. Music is amazing and very motivating. If it's your first time, don't hesitate to go. It is a heated cycling room but everyone is very nice. You can take breaks as needed but trust me with Jess and her energy, you'll want to keep going! read more

I LOVE THIS STUDIO! DJ Ran-E-Ran is an awesome instructor and he pumps everyone up for the ride. The class is challenging but he really gets you to push through and finish strong. Love coming here and getting a good workout in! All of the instructions are absolutely inspiring and encouraging! Even when there's a sub filling in, it's a great workout and good energy! The front staff are very kind and helpful. I also love that they have two locations. Parking is plentiful when I've gone, despite being located in a busy plaza. I LOVE spin! I originally started at their San Fernando location, however I live in Valencia so I would only go once in a while. I was soooo thrilled they opened this location. It is ran by the same owners. Super clean studio. Towels are provided. They do have a water fountain to refill your bottle. Classes are great! The instructors are amazing. I've taken class with Pierre, Claudia & Vedder! They each have their unique way of teaching a class and will make you sweat. I love them all. Do not think about it just take a class. I've been cycling for a few years now and so far Get Sweat Studio in Valencia is by far the best studio I've been going to. I love how it's heated. It makes you sweat more and feels great knowing I'm getting a great work out. The staff and instructors are great. Especially DJ Ran E Ran's class. I love the energy and vibes that I get going there. Since I've been going to spin consistently 3 times a week, I'm seeing results. I lost 10lbs.. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone even for first time cyclers. read more

Oh. My. God!! This is exactly what I needed especially after 2020! The instructors, the music, the amazing sweat and the all around vibe is great! I really don't remember the last time a 40 minute class has left me feeling so (re-)motivated! I think their prices are really good too! They offer different packages and even though their hours and space is limited I have not had a problem at all scheduling! Speaking of scheduling, their website is so easy to schedule on! I absolutely love get sweat studio, I have told several friends about it and have encouraged many on my social media to try them out! They have the best trainers and are so positive and motivating, the staff is the sweetest! There high energetic classes make it fun for everyone and the music is the best. For that reason I give them 5 stars however... my only downfall on them is you must cancel 6 hours prior to class, if you cancel after 6 hours or do not show you must pay $20. Which I think is unfair, some have emergencies or unfortunately unable to make it. I feel there policy should be a little different and allow us to cancel at least up to 1-2 hours prior. $20 is a lot to be charged I have been to other gyms and they have charged $5. To me it is a lot as many members already pay $130-$150 monthly for a membership. As much as I love them this policy should change I understand if you don't show up to class then charge us for not showing or being late but if we call to cancel or try to cancel it prior we should be allowed 1-2 hours not 6 hours. Yes we commit to a time but some people have emergencies or under these circumstances we face maybe people aren't feeling well and choose to not show for the precaution of the gym and the people who go there. I still rate this gym very high and love the atmosphere of the gym itself just know that if you are going to be coming to Get Sweat Studio that this is there policy and I understand there policy but I think they should reconsider it a bit and understand that many are paying a lot of money monthly to use there gym. read more

Get sweat is amazing!! My best friend recommended this studio to me and I was hooked after taking class with DJ ran e ran! I love seeing the improvement in my endurance on the bike over time. You burn more calories each time you come when you stay consistent! The admin staff ladies are super sweet and helpful! Every trainer gives you a different routine each time which kicks your butt but it's so satisfying to finish each class. Things I would recommend for the studio would be to add more morning classes at the Valencia location & also a Sunday class! Be aware that they do have a strict cancellation policy: you must cancel 6 hours in advance or else you get charged $20. $20 is a little "ouch"! I wish it was one hour in advance and maybe $5 like a gym I've been to in the past. I do recommend carefully planning each class before booking. Take a towel and water and gloves for better grip! read more

I stumbled upon this amazing place and stopped in. Kate who was at the front desk immediately made me feel at home. I came back last night and took a class and it was extraordinary. One of the owners Gabby was also there along with Kate and both of their kindness and enthusiasm made me feel good. The instructor Pierre was an expert and in command of the class. He gave each person some personal encouragement and you wanted to complete the class because of this. The class itself was amazing, the studio is clean and the bikes are the best that I have ever been on. 45 minutes went by in an instant. If you're looking for a great support system to motivate you and push you to burn those calories, this is the place! Great music, awesome instructors, great staff, awesome atmosphere, and most importantly a judgement free zone! Since Covid the Get Sweat team has provided me with not only a safe and clean environment but has gone above and beyond to provide the best services, from temperature checks at the outdoor classes to being able to do the at home workouts with their online classes. I really can't rate this place highly enough. Especially in our new Covid World. Classes are held in the outside. Social distancing is observed, you really don't have to touch much and what you do is fully sanitized. The teacher make the classes fun, challenging and pricing is good. Caitlyn, Wendell, Alba, Claudia are some of my favorites. They are motivating and encouraging. I always bring friends/family and they end up loving it.
