My family and I are between California and Idaho and I found this place during our latest four months stint in Valencia. Today was my last class before going back, and after going consistently for these four months, I have to say that of any workout I've ever done, this is the strongest I've ever felt. I mostly attended Sami's classes as they lined up with my schedule and I feel like she is true gold. One of the best instructors I've had in any sport or any workout class I've done for 34 years of my life. Highly recommended checking out her class if you're on the fence. They follow each health guide line rule allowing all of us to feel completely safe and comfortable.. OBSESSED is an understatement! I'm only 2 1/2 weeks in but OMG am I happy I signed up! My gf told me about it and I was hesitant at first. I finally went to check it out and I was blown away! I swear more in these classes than I ever have with the personal trainer I worked out with. I've felt muscles I didn't even know existed! Oh and, THEY HAVE CHILDCARE! Major bonus for me! One of my favorite private studios in Santa Clarita. I always get a great workout here. Ballet moves with fast music. Awesome. I always feel like I'm pushing myself at every class... Beginner or advanced. It helps to download the Cardio Barre app to know when the classes are. They sometimes have deals. Everyone who works there is super friendly and welcoming. Just a warning... Fridays are fast Friday. It's the normal class at super lighting speed. I guess it's like getting two workouts in one to prepare for the weekend. Lol. Bring a large towel to do abs and workout on the ground. I keep a bunch in my car, just in case. Also, they sell clothes here that are really cute. They have new stuff all the time. read more

I can't begin to explain how much I love this place. It has been my second home my second family I love all the instructors. I'm so happy that my friend introduced me to Cardio Barre, it's unlike any other workout that I've done. Works on your flexibility cardio, strength and balance which for me at 55 is very important There is no jumping, bouncing or heavy weights so it's low impact which its easy on your joints and other body parts.... You will work those hard to get to muscles while getting your sweat on!!!!! The instructors ARE AMAZING and are very encouraging and play awesome music to make the workout more exciting!!! Definitely recommend this place!!! I was skeptical at first, seeing as I enjoy lifting weights and I'm not exactly the most graceful person... thought I wasn't a good fit for barre... WRONG! Absolutely LOVE the energy, positivity, and motivation each of the instructors radiate. You can really start any class and just go at your own pace, they always push you to kick some a**. So happy I found Cardio Barre up here! I actually did Cardio Barre a very long time ago at the Studio City location. (Not to date myself, but I went after hearing about it on "The O.C.") I loved the class, but I eventually got fed up with the lack of parking and classes that were way too crowded. (Not to mention it was pretty pricey!) This location solves all of those problems! There is plenty of parking. Always. Even the more popular classes still have room to groove. They run specials that make it much more affordable and their monthly price is reasonable. They even offer FREE childcare, so you really have no excuse! I've tried a couple "barre" classes at other places and I just don't find them to be very fun. Cardio Barre is fun. I love the music, usually dance mixes of songs from anywhere between the 80s and today. (Now I sound like an easy listening station!) The pace is quick, but you can work as much or as little as you want. I danced most of my childhood so I'm familiar with a lot of the moves, but you don't need to have a dance background to have a great time! There are all sorts of levels and body types in the class, they make everyone feel very welcome! I've never done the morning classes, just the evening. If you prefer a smaller class I recommend the later one as the 5:30 tends to be more crowded. A final perk, your first class is free! read more

This is a great studio. I like that there's a variety of classes offered. The staff and customers are friendly and welcoming. The classes are tough but effective. I love that this studio is always super clean. I also love that there are many children and they offer childcare. While I have not personally used this, as a mom I understand how this can be a barrier to even making it through the door. read more

Hands down one of the best studios I've ever stepped foot in! Fitness/Workout: Cardio Barre has changed my body tremendously! I've done all different types of workouts for the past few years trying to sculpt my body how I want it including yoga and pilates. But NOTHING has compared to what Cardio Barre has done for me especially my legs and booty. This type of workout really targets the problem areas and my husband hasn't stopped mentioning how amazing my body looks now that I go here. All of the pesky cellulite us women get under our bootys is gone now that I take classes here! Definitely a great workout for all fitness types. It's also amazing to help use for stretching if you do other workouts that leave you sore and tight like I do! Facility: Cleanest fitness studio I have ever been to! The décor is absolutely adorable and you can tell the owners take pride in their studio. Even the weights get cleaned inbetween classes! Owners/Instructors: This is where this place is really over the top amazing! Love love love all the girls that work/teach here. Sami and Lynda are the owners and greet each person as they come in each time. They have created such an amazing, welcoming, loving, friendly atmosphere you end up feeling like family. All the girls that work there are easy to talk to and all of the instructors go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable during the workouts and your form is correct. It's hard to find a studio that is predominantly women without the cattiness but this place has none of that! Everyone is beyond sweet and helpful and makes it that much more to look forward to! Oh and the instructors have made it a point to learn everyone's names even when you're new! I love that because you're not just a number or $ to them. They really want you to feel like you're part of the Cardio Barre family. They also send out a weekly newsletter with fitness tips and healthy recipes! I've taken 3 classes so far, and have been super impressed with each. Every type of woman, at every level is there, and we're all made to feel comfortable. The biggest draw for me was the free kids room! As a mom to two little ones, it's such an amazing perk (and the only way I can work out!). My youngest wasn't into playing one day, and the owner took the time (a whole lot of it actually!) to occupy him so that I could continue class. She was so incredibly loving and patient with him, and I am beyond appreciative. It has the feel of a high end studio, while at the same time being super warm and welcoming. This is an outstanding gym to go to in terms of being able to exercise at one's own level. All the movements are adjustable if need be to the individuals activity tolerance. The atmosphere is pleasant and above all, positive--no judgement should one needs to take longer rest breaks, etc. I am motivated to work out with the younger group of women and feel well received despite my advanced age and limited activity tolerance these days. All the instructors are equally friendly and motivating- especially one that is in her 50's. She is my role model--has the strength and energy of an an Olympic triathalete. This place is better than antidepressants or costly therapy sessions for sure. It definitely gets the job done of both being social outlet and ball buster ex. Nobody wants that weight gain due to quarantine. They disinfect the heck out of everything after each class, so no worries about germs there. I just completed my first class and Wow! What a workout! The studio is beautiful and clean and the layout of the class space is perfect for the large class sizes. Sami was absolutely amazing! The class definitely kicked my butt but she was incredibly encouraging. I come from a dance background so it was cool to utilize the ballet terminology. My favorite part of the class was how personalized Sami made it; she came around and corrected posture and positioning throughout to ensure you were getting the appropriate workout and to avoid injury.
