I love DripCycle! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. I started with just a drop-in as a new student, then a 4x/month, and now an 8x/month. I have tried out many of their instructors, from Kelly, Brett, Frances, and Mia. I can't wait to try the others. Frances... WOW! This was my very first cycle class ever today and let me just say I left with my legs SHAKING. I'm usually a Pilates girl, so this was completely new for me which is exactly what I love. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone felt so good. The vibe was amazing. The music was the best part! The energy in the room was everything. Frances was incredibly nice and motivating, which made a huge difference for my first time. It was definitely a tough class (especially for a beginner like me), but in the best way possible. The front desk experience was also great. The girl at check-in was so sweet, and I was given a cute welcome card with a sticker such a thoughtful touch! I was also able to borrow cycling shoes for free since it was my first class, which I really appreciated. I'll be honest I was really nervous going in. I deal with anxiety and even clipping my shoes into the bike felt overwhelming at first. But I did it, and I'm honestly so proud of myself for pushing through that moment. That alone made the experience worth it. The only hiccup was booking my first free class. I had a little trouble with the system and ended up calling, but one of the guys helped me out and he was so kind and patient. Once that was sorted, everything went smoothly. Would I go back? Omg where do I even begin with this place... Drip is one of the best studios and one of the only indoor cycling studios in Whittier. I've literally been coming here since they first opened and this place just keeps getting better and better. Love that for them! I was nervous about my first session at Drip because I was nervous it would feel like I didn't belong. Very wrong! The introductory bike class taught me the basics of how to set up my bike and use the resistance knob. I had trouble clicking my shoes in the pedal locks the first time, but the staff was super helpful in making sure we were all good to go. Instructors are great and motivate you through the class. They offer complimentary towels at the end. There are gender neutral wash rooms with private stall toilets and a shower. They sell their own merch and will even lend you shoes if you need to rent them, I believe it was $3. They have cold drinks available for purchase as well. This is super easy and they just charge the card you have on file with your membership. Felt like a noodle after my first workout but definitely could feel the progress and strength after a few classes! read more

My friend and I went for a Monday evening class for the first time expecting a great time. The front desk was extremely unwelcoming. Gave us a hard time about checking in. And just all around rude with a look on her face!!! Made me have a horrible experience. As for the class I took, I think it was great.
