What an awesome class I had ! Heather was so motivating and inspiring. I loved the energy of the class and was able to follow along without issues. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all the amenities. I will say that there's only 2 available sinks so be prepared to wait a second or two for it to be available. Otherwise I loved the playlist and how welcoming the front desk staff were. Definitely going back soon!

Wanted to try a real spin class for years and this blew my mind into motivation mode. I loved everything about my 1st visit. The ladies at the counter were super friendly and very inviting. I'm not used to being perky before coffee on a Saturday morning but I prepped myself up to match their energy real quick. Clean and cute little studio! One spin room (a bit smaller so it's kinda congested) but that layout worked somehow. Instructor was very inspirational and she really convinced me (ok, not me directly but the class) to just have fun. And fun I had A bit on the pricey side but so worth it bc you cannot put a price on health. I'll def return! 90min free park across the street near Jamba Juice.

Tried my first SoulCycle class this morning ! Oh man I had the best time! I took the 9:30 hip hop class. The instructor as well as the music was super energetic and fun! The class itself was challenging and I left feeling strong, empowered, and definitely sweating ! I was dripping ! I definitely will be back for future classes ! I heard they have an Eras tour class! Umm hello anything for Taylor !

The classes are fun and upbeat. The instructors are very positive and pushes you. If this is your first class, I recommend to come 15 minutes before. You need to sign a waiver, the front desk gives a short tour of the facility, and they help you get set up on the bike. Spin shoes are required! CLASSES The classes are 45 minutes and they release their classes for the next week schedule on Monday at noon. Easy to book through their app. Each instructor brings a different energy and vibe to their ride. I find that the classes are quite dancing. PARKING Soul cycle validate for 90 minutes parking off of Shopper Lane parking structure. Which works perfectly for the 45 minute spin class. AMENITIES They offer showers, towels, lockers, bottle water for purchase, and fountain water at the facility. They also have spin shoes for rent, which $3. In addition, they also have their merchandise for sale too. Can't wait to go back!

I go to SoulCycle Pasadena about once a week, and the other days of the week I go to another cycling studio that focuses more on metrics. I still love going to SoulCycle though because it's nice to take a class and just enjoy the instructors' playlists and choreography. Themed classes are super fun too, so it's nice to have a workout that feels like a party! With that being said, I'm not sure if I can recommend SoulCycle to someone who is trying indoor cycling for the first time. Most instructors teach the majority of class out of saddle going high RPM's (revolutions per minute) which require good form and core strength to avoid injury (which I didn't have when I first started cycling). Nailing the beat and the choreography does feel rewarding though when you finally build enough strength to do so! If you've never tried indoor cycling before though and really wanna try SoulCycle, the staff here is super helpful and informative and can help you get your bike set up no problem! As of the studio, the space is clean but quite small. In the locker area, I do find that before and after class we all are on top of each other. In the main studio area the bikes are pretty close to each other as well and during arms, you'd probably wanna be cautious of hitting the person next to you during certain moves. With that being said, SoulCycle burns so much calories each time and I'm always looking forward to every class!

I was dragged by a good friend to my first class... wasn't thrilled about it but she promised me goodies after. Lo and behold, attended Diego's class, got hooked, and never looked back. I have reached a point that I will go by myself as long as Diego is teaching! He makes class fun and before you know it, you have cycled 45 minutes away. The music, the vibe, the energy... everything you want in a cardio spin class, you'll find it here in PDNA SoulCycle! It will get into your soul and you will be addicted, in a good way. During this time, all workouts are done on the rooftop. Call it working out with a view. The staff constantly sanitizes the equipment and masks are required at all times. Let's workout and do our part as responsible adults during this unprecedented times...

RevCycle is my favorite third place…read more I started going August 3, 2024, and I would go casually, once a week, or a few times month. I have since upgraded my membership to unlimited because it's an incredible studio with such supportive and passionate instructors. I attend classes at the San Marino location and Nairi and Paniz are such beautiful human beings. They are fun, energetic, passionate, and supportive! They ensure and remind you that this is YOUR experience, not anyone else's; to take it easy on yourself; to prioritize what feels good for your body; and to have fun and not take this super seriously. I HIGHLY recommend taking classes at Rev. it's suuuuuper beginner friendly & the staff are warm and willing to help.

The place is small but has what you need, like lockers, bathroom, and even a water refilling station. Don't expect much of a place for changing and plan to take a shower back home though. I really like how the bike is also beginner friendly in terms of not requiring cycling shoes and the cages work for athletic shoes if you can put your shoelaces into your shoes to avoid tripping. You can go at your own pace as a beginner and the instructions are fairly clear. I loved the music tempo as well. You definitely will drip a lot of sweat in this class so a towel is a must and bring your giant refillable bottle to stay hydrated. Highly recommend!

Not only are the classes consistently challenging, but the entire community is super welcoming, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Maeve at the front desk is awesome--she's always ready to help however she can. All of the instructors bring great energy and inspiration. Alison's class is just a whole vibe--her silly sense of humor gets you through the tough parts, and her music is top-notch. Jess has such a genuine, positive glow that's totally infectious--she's always dropping some welcome bit of wisdom just when I need it most, not to mention that she makes the hard work feel joyous. Dollar layers on the HIIT action good and thick, communicating clearly about what's ahead so you know how to pace yourself, and his encouragement has me sprinting like I've never sprinted before. No matter how many spin classes are under your belt, they're never easy. But at Rev, it's always a good time. Cheers to Nairi, the badass owner, for creating such a supportive, nonjudgmental, fun environment that keeps me coming back for more.

Let me start this review by saying I've been a huge morph fan for 2 years, literally declining…read moreevery invite from my friends to try different studios. I've been to Los Feliz when I lived in LA and moved to Pasadena when I moved out of LA. My sister and I collectively referred over 10 people to morph whom purchased beginners class, then beginners 10 pack, and some even 15 class packs. We wondered about referrals and no one got back to us. I don't even want a free class but maybe a pair of socks to show their appreciation for all the business we brought to them. We got nothing, not even a verbal appreciation. I've gotten my friends to mostly fill an entire class a few times too. To me, seems like morph doesn't care about their "morphletes" as much as they portray and they only care about the money. Parking: THE PARKING SUCKS. There's only a few spots and the rest is paid parking. I'm already paying $20 per class, I don't want to pay for parking. You have to go at least 15 minutes early to wait in the parking lot for the previous class to come in for lot parking. Classes: the classes are a breeze, they're so easy compared to other studios. I started going to a different studio while having morph credits still and I'd go to morph when I want an easy workout. The flow of the class is different than other lagree studios, exercises have different names too. Some instructors don't even have holds/pauses in the routine. The classes are just not challenging enough. WHY IS THERE NO APP TO BOOK CLASSES? I feel like at this point, an app is bare minimum. Their latest class is 6pm which is hard to make for a corporate employee to attend. The studio I currently attend has 7pm and 8pm classes. Community: As much as they portray a community, there is no sense of community at morph. I've only been going to this new studio for a year and I feel so welcomed and appreciated. At my other studio, I've gotten acknowledgment for my birthday, 50 classes, 100 classes, invitation to join a free class for content, and owners are much more personable. You can tell who is in it for the money and who is actually passionate about lagree. Also, morph trainers spray down the machine as soon as class is over, giving you NO time to stretch because they be waiting by your machine with a towel as soon as class is over. Just feels like they're trying to rush people out asap. Other studios use wipes, giving people time to chill out and stretch after a challenging workout. Overall, There are A LOT of better lagree studios out there, in all the ways. A lot of studios have holiday discounts/founders deals much better than what morph offers. Take it from me who was a huge morph fan who ended up finding a sense of belonging at another studio. Forgot to mention that I been weight lifting for 3 years and the only 2 times I got severely injured to the point of bed rest was at this studio.

She's the best instructor!! She's always watching and correcting form so I know I'm in the right postures / positions. I love that attention to detail because it makes me feel like I'm really getting the most out of every session. Now that I'm pregnant she's really great at giving me modifications. The studio itself is spotless and thoughtfully set up. The bathrooms and showers are super clean, which makes those early 6 AM classes so nice because I can shower and head straight to work (complementary towels, shower mats, razors, q tips, deodorant, hair dryers, etc). There's plenty of street parking around the block and designated spots in their lot. Highly recommend :)

Frances... WOW!…read more This was my very first cycle class ever today and let me just say I left with my legs SHAKING. I'm usually a Pilates girl, so this was completely new for me which is exactly what I love. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone felt so good. The vibe was amazing. The music was the best part! The energy in the room was everything. Frances was incredibly nice and motivating, which made a huge difference for my first time. It was definitely a tough class (especially for a beginner like me), but in the best way possible. The front desk experience was also great. The girl at check-in was so sweet, and I was given a cute welcome card with a sticker such a thoughtful touch! I was also able to borrow cycling shoes for free since it was my first class, which I really appreciated. I'll be honest I was really nervous going in. I deal with anxiety and even clipping my shoes into the bike felt overwhelming at first. But I did it, and I'm honestly so proud of myself for pushing through that moment. That alone made the experience worth it. The only hiccup was booking my first free class. I had a little trouble with the system and ended up calling, but one of the guys helped me out and he was so kind and patient. Once that was sorted, everything went smoothly. Would I go back?
