My wife's been coming here for almost a year, and one day she finally said, "You're coming with me." I figured I'd humor her... and wow, now I'm wondering why she didn't invite me sooner! This place gets a solid 5-stars for their ridiculously welcoming staff and the way they make everyone feel like they belong--whether you're a gym rat or just trying to remember where your sneakers are. No need to be intimidated--seriously. They're pros at meeting you where you're at and still giving you a workout that'll make you feel accomplished. Unlike some spots where you're just another face in the crowd, they actually notice you when you walk in the door. And the owner? Quite possibly the nicest human on the planet!

The best place to get an amazing workout !

This is honestly not just another boutique fitness studio. It's a community, a family, and a home. From the owner, to instructors and to the members this place is nothing but a fresh breath of air. You can feel the love and sense of belonging, and the best part..... you will get one killer workout!!!

Absolutely love this place, it's small but mighty. The instructors are awesome. The combo of weights and spin makes it super fun.

My favorite bike! The wall always motivates me to keep going !

I'm only 5 feet tall and DEEP into my 50s so that means a lot for me. And if you're wondering how I know how much muscle I've gained it's because they have one of those body composition measuring machine thingys. When I first started out I was really nervous. I hate exercising. It's boring and time consuming. I mean I guess it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but not by much. So I knew I was going to have to pay someone to kick my bum for me since I'm too lazy to do it myself. For me, this is SO worth the investment. All of the trainers are great here. I work mostly with Pam, who I love. Most of the time. But I've worked with other trainers as well and everyone is great. Except for Victor, who has terrible taste in music. (JK Victor I love you!) All the coaches are super supportive and have really pushed me to achieve my best. I am constantly improving. CrossFit 626 is a real community. I really feel like the coaches and clients are so connected. Last Christmas they hosted a holiday party and it was so nice! I have belonged to a number of gyms in the past and none has provided this kind of experience, where the coaches really take a personal interest in YOU and your goals. And this is true not just for private coaching clients but also for people attending regular classes. I seriously doubt you would find this at the average chain-store gym. Thank you CF626!

I really appreciated her running us through a warm-up for all the major joints in preparation for more dynamic poses. As intended, it was not long before I found myself in flow. Bonus points for the squeaky clean transition into the cool down. Spin-Strength-Stretch class with Emily: - this was my first ever life cycle class (Peloton) and I loved every second of it. Emily's firecracker energy and physical capacity to walk the talk was incredibly impressive. Additionally, it was pretty badass going from 25 minutes of cycling that slowly progressed to adding choreographed movements straight into a 25 HIIT total body EMOM circuit (every minute on the minute) A Restorative Kali flow with Brittini to conclude the week: - A late night Yin to end the day was great. Moreover, drawing down the blackout blinds to completely engross the lot of us into our own sensory space really allowed my mind to trail off into the grounding music cast in the background. Overall, this studio has so much to offer. Firstly, it's impressive that they have such a streamlined and user friendly app. Also, the floor space is super well laid out with easy to use daily lockers and check-in. The star of the show though has to be the instructors themselves - all of which are so unique in terms of skill set and foster a welcoming yet electric atmosphere as soon as the needle drops.

He had heard that doing pilates was a great way to prevent sports injuries. My bf and his daughter were so impressed by Nicole's warm and professional demeanor that he purchased a package of sessions with Nicole for me as a surprise gift. Initially I was very hesitant because I'm not particularly athletic, and I also have never tried any type of pilates or yoga before. All my concerns went away as soon as I was able to meet with Nicole. She is someone who exudes warmth. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the body and incredibly caring and patient. Nicole gives you her 100% attention and is very meticulous. She helps make sure you have proper form and posture. She is also a great listener. If you have any areas of concern, aches, pains, or even goals, she will listen to you and help you tailor a workout plan catered to your needs. After seeing Nicole for a year and a half, what I gained was more than a pilates instructor, I gained a dear friend. Nicole has a heart of gold and makes me feel stronger not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally. She has been an empathic and supportive sounding board for when times were tough. As terrible as I would feel going into a session, I would always leave Nicole's feeling 10 times lighter and infinitely better. She is definitely someone worth giving your time to.

I also like to run and the classes are the perfect strength training regimen to support my running. I've noticed some other yelp reviewers complain about the lack of friendliness in the studio and I can understand that. It's not Soul Cycle and you're not going to get a sermon with your workout. I do feel that the front desk staff is always warm. When I was able to go more consistently and pick my classes, the instructor knew my name. My schedule doesn't allow for me to take the same classes and see the same instructors anymore; I go when I can. The workout really can't be beat and the social aspect of the studio isn't that important to me so I don't mind letting that go. I would like to note that the co-owner, Alex, couldn't be nicer. He helped jump start my car after I left my lights on during class. Always smiling, always friendly.

Let me start this review by saying I've been a huge morph fan for 2 years, literally declining…read moreevery invite from my friends to try different studios. I've been to Los Feliz when I lived in LA and moved to Pasadena when I moved out of LA. My sister and I collectively referred over 10 people to morph whom purchased beginners class, then beginners 10 pack, and some even 15 class packs. We wondered about referrals and no one got back to us. I don't even want a free class but maybe a pair of socks to show their appreciation for all the business we brought to them. We got nothing, not even a verbal appreciation. I've gotten my friends to mostly fill an entire class a few times too. To me, seems like morph doesn't care about their "morphletes" as much as they portray and they only care about the money. Parking: THE PARKING SUCKS. There's only a few spots and the rest is paid parking. I'm already paying $20 per class, I don't want to pay for parking. You have to go at least 15 minutes early to wait in the parking lot for the previous class to come in for lot parking. Classes: the classes are a breeze, they're so easy compared to other studios. I started going to a different studio while having morph credits still and I'd go to morph when I want an easy workout. The flow of the class is different than other lagree studios, exercises have different names too. Some instructors don't even have holds/pauses in the routine. The classes are just not challenging enough. WHY IS THERE NO APP TO BOOK CLASSES? I feel like at this point, an app is bare minimum. Their latest class is 6pm which is hard to make for a corporate employee to attend. The studio I currently attend has 7pm and 8pm classes. Community: As much as they portray a community, there is no sense of community at morph. I've only been going to this new studio for a year and I feel so welcomed and appreciated. At my other studio, I've gotten acknowledgment for my birthday, 50 classes, 100 classes, invitation to join a free class for content, and owners are much more personable. You can tell who is in it for the money and who is actually passionate about lagree. Also, morph trainers spray down the machine as soon as class is over, giving you NO time to stretch because they be waiting by your machine with a towel as soon as class is over. Just feels like they're trying to rush people out asap. Other studios use wipes, giving people time to chill out and stretch after a challenging workout. Overall, There are A LOT of better lagree studios out there, in all the ways. A lot of studios have holiday discounts/founders deals much better than what morph offers. Take it from me who was a huge morph fan who ended up finding a sense of belonging at another studio. Forgot to mention that I been weight lifting for 3 years and the only 2 times I got severely injured to the point of bed rest was at this studio.

Game changer and much better use of space. I've been liking this new format because it added room for the strength and weight-training portion of the class. For me, I still average around 2-3 miles per Combo class and that's perfect for me. This new format helps me hit more muscle groups than before!
