I wish I could give Burn Boot Camp 10 stars!! I absolutely love this amazing gym. The first amazing thing is the structure and workout length. Each camp/class is 45 mins long. I love that each work out is only 45 mins and it's all planned for you. They post the week's workout every Sunday so you know which day is which (leg day, arm day, etc). Second amazing thing is their childwatch option and the childwatch team. It comes with the membership and it's so convenient for me as a mom with two kiddos who's dad and I kinda work opposite schedules. It helps me prioritize ME! It feels amazing to get that time to focus on myself and know my children are well taken care of and having fun for those 45 mins. My son is autistic and at first I was worried to leave him there( this was always my excuse for not going to the gym) I get anxiety worrying if people will understand/be nice to him or how he will behave but the amazing ladies who make up the childwatch team have made him feel more than welcome and he loves going there. I really appreciate how they treat you and your kiddos like family and are so accommodating. I couldn't be more grateful for them 3rd amazing thing is the trainers here at burn. They truly care about you and helping you grow and make progress. They have focus meetings where you can chat with them one on one and get individualized help. I actually love them all and their great energy during camp. Last thing I'll say is I love the feeling of the burn community. You start to make friends here. There's a bond you form when you burn together this wouldn't happen at 24 hour fitness( as trainer Kayla would say). As an introvert, I never thought I'd be into a group workout atmosphere, but im addicted now. I highly recommend giving it a try! read more

After seeing so many Poway friends and neighbors join Burn and recommend it, I joined on a whim using their January promo. I know, such a cliche! I wanted to start showing up for myself regularly, be challenged to get stronger and more mobile, and just have someone TELL me what to do. Three months in, I couldn't be happier. Some of my favorite things about Burn Poway: - The trainers (hands down) are the best thing about this gym -- just incredible human beings! - The variety in the workouts -- you can do just about *anything* for 45 minutes. - The kindness and support of this community is next level. - The music! Sometimes I'll be waning and a favorite tune will mix in, and suddenly I have the energy to keep going. - Burn Poway truly meets you where you are at. I'm 56, out of shape, juggling a lot of responsibilities. But every time I walk in the door, Burn meets me where I'm at and gently pulls me up and along for the ride. Love it! read more

I love this place! As someone who has always been active, this gym takes it to the next level. Right now it seems to alternate cardio days with weight training days. Everyday is different, you will always be challenged, never get bored, but you will always leave sweaty. The trainers are top notch and great at modifying for injuries. The class times are convenient and a very efficient 45 minutes, really giving you no excuse not to show up. I mean, who can't fit 45 minutes of exercise into their schedule?! The environment is friendly and welcoming, also another reason to show up. AND they have FREE child care. My kids are older now, but I wish I had access to a place like this when I was a newish mom. There is a free 7 day trial-so I would recommend to anyone considering it to try it out. read more

I started Burn Boot Camp Poway 3 years ago and absolutely love it. It's not just a gym.....it's FAMILY. I belong here. I've met life long friends and made so many connections. I have FOMO if I can't make camp one day and I feel my happiest when I'm there. I love everything BURN and I bleed blue. I tell everyone, including my clients at work about this place. If you are looking for a gym that teaches you, motivates you and hold you accountable, THIS IS THE GYM FOR YOU! Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. The atmosphere is team driven which I love. We complain together, we celebrate together, we push each other. Every trainer is unique. Kayla kicks my butt EVERY TIME! Katie hold me accountable! I've been a member at burn for the last 8 months. I love the that the workouts are made for anyone, the community is incredible, and that the trainers are genuinely invested in my health and overall fitness journey. Any workout can be modified and that was a must when I joined 4 months postpartum after having my 4th baby.
