Rumble is a spot where fitness, therapy and community combine. The instructors are fantastic, and work hard to know everyone by name. The workout itself is a perfect blend of weights and cardio. As a 50-something, this gym is both empowering and goal-achieving. I will be a member for a long time!!

Really nice studio. Went for their free intro class. Be aware you have to get a pair of boxing wraps that cost about $25.00. The intro class was about 25-30 min and just went over the basics.

I can't speak highly enough about Rumble Scripps Ranch. My first class absolutely kicked my butt, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. I've grown stronger than ever, and the trainers are all incredibly fun, supportive, and motivating. It's truly an enjoyable workout that keeps me coming back. Big shoutout to JP, Tay, and Delani but honestly, everyone there is great, including the front desk staff

OMG!! There are no words to describe the transformation you experience! The staff is excellent, friendly. I've been a regular since a year now , love the vibes and push to explore your limits. Highly recommend Will's weekend classes. Great workout , not just for the body but also mental and emotional resilience!

I have taken around 4 classes now at this location and it's been an amazing experience! My husband and I used to religiously go to Orange Theory but decided to try something new. Honestly Rumble Boxing is more fun and goes by way faster! I enjoy the low lights and fun night club like lights that go on during class. Some of the combos can be hard to catch on but I tell myself I don't have to be perfect to have fun or have a good workout. The whole team is very welcoming and I've liked the instructors I've had so far. The music has to be one of my favorite things there is always a big build up to the hard core parts of the workout and it really pumps you up. I would recommend anyone to give this studio a try if you're looking for a fun workout. I will always enjoy my date nights with my husband here!

Aim is to get more clients rather providing a professional experience. Not a good experience on boxing because of water bags, too squishy

I visited 24 Hour Fitness yesterday and witnessed an incident that left me feeling uncomfortable…read moreand possibly unsafe. An older customer directed racist language and derogatory comments toward another member, and the situation escalated quickly. At one point, I felt that the older man's behavior became threatening, by saying what he would do to the black guy after he responded to him for speaking down to him. When the black guy said your mama, after being called a slur, I was sure things were way past fixing. The interaction felt hostile rather than respectful or appropriate for a gym environment. When the other member stood up and responded, the older man left to speak with management. From what I observed, it appeared management may have taken the older man's side without fully understanding what was happening. I've also seen this same customer act rudely toward others in the past, particularly around personal space and how he interacts with members waiting for or using equipment. I'm reporting this because threats and racist conduct have no place in a fitness facility. I have experienced it also but I hope management takes complaints seriously, investigates thoroughly, and ensures members feel safe.

I checked out other gyms, but this was definitely the best because: 1. An emphasis on strength and conditioning. I wanted more than just cardio, cardio, cardio. It was going to take more than just cardio to get my health back. I needed a well-rounded program that would build muscle and endurance. 2. Training quality. A lot of gyms have you just follow an app and speed through circuits, but I wanted actual people who could teach me correct form and give me personalized, real feedback. If I was going to follow an app, I could honestly just do that at home with an app from my phone, and it would be a fraction of the price with similar quality. The coaches at Fitness4ward are excellent, and a lot of the older members are extremely knowledgeable and happy to help too. 3. Pricing. It's actually a better deal per workout when compared to most chain gyms. If you want to work out consistently more than just twice a week, this gym is very affordable. (I come around 3 to 4 times a week.) I got my health back thanks to this gym. Before, I couldn't even walk my dogs for ten minutes without facing severe physical consequences for the rest of the day. Not only have I recovered my health, but I've fallen in love with working out in and of itself. It's surprising and exhilarating to push your body and mind out of your comfort zone and have it reach new limits that you thought were possible for everyone but yourself. And don't be intimidated by the program or the more experienced members! I never felt like anyone was judging me when I was brand new and couldn't even do three push ups. I'm still not the best even now, but I don't feel intimidated or judged. Everyone is at different levels and has a different story My husband is coming out with me now too, and we are both grateful to have a great gym where we can improve and maintain our health

And the owner responded that if I want a "Cheaper" option there are other gyms I could go to. Was hugely disappointed as the same thing he mentioned on second day that time I did not even ask anything. I ended up not continuing, disappointed with the quality of treatment I received on trial days. I said maybe because the set of exercises was good. If you don't mind the way you are answered and treated and main objective is to workout go for it.

There are a few of us at the noon class so it feels like you're getting private training. Each day you're working out different muscle groups. I like how the trainers correct my form and they also pick on me to do more reps or go heavier! They have 5 stations - you start at one then rotate. I always get a good workout there and hardly ever get injured. I don't lift too heavy as I have mild scoliosis. If any of you have any injuries, they can modify any of the workouts for you. I know the people there hate cardio, but I would like cardio to be incorporated as OPTIONAL each day. So some examples could be: rowing, burpees, bikes, etc. Just no outdoor run for me - LOL. As for the trainers, I never had any issues with them. They are all great including front office staff. Tip: make sure to download the app so you can check out which muscle groups we'll be working out.
