For the staff, many of them very young, or very old. Working example as the whole area is full of life with many restaurants and shops. Clientele seemed decent no drama. I left this place with good vibes probably because when I visited in the afternoon, the window of the store are sunset facing so it was flooded with light. I only saw a fraction of the box stores and food joints here. I enjoyed being here that I returned to the former store a day later. Barnes & Noble is one of the better ones that I have been to. There were lots of items on sale. While browsing, I got a free drink sample from the cafe. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Pier 1 is still there. Sadly, it will be closed soon. There is liquidation sale happening as I write this review. I also enjoyed visiting TJ Maxx. It has the largest selection of Kipling bags that I have ever seen. Prices are good on quality items. Lunds & Byerlys is the supermarket that anchors this plaza. It is huge! I will need to check it out down the road. There are eateries, too. Wild Buffalo Wings, Panda Express, and Panera Bread are some of the names that I saw while I was here. I have been told that Eagan Promenade had a water fountain in the summertime. I'd have to return when it's warmer to admire it. There is plenty of parking. I will definitely come back and check out more of it. (107)

The parking lot isn't safe (crime), the store feels dirty, the produce isn't great, and the staff are rude and unhelpful. I dislike this location so much that I often drive an extra 10-15 miles out of my way to visit either the Woodbury or Cottage Grove locations.

Like other big targets, it had a dedicated Ulta store inside of it, with its own checkout. My wife and I came here taking the Light Rail, so couldn't buy much but did settle for getting a big bag of Dot's pretzel sticks, buffalo flavor. Quite good.

I asked the owner about potential leather classes in the future - my husband loves the wallets and I would enjoy making something special for him. Crafting is a hobby, and leather is a medium I haven't worked with yet. The owner let us know to stay tuned and is looking to put something together soon!
