However; I also love coming randomly throughout the year to get updated clothing items. I typically like to check out under Armour and Nike, the Columbia store also has a separate outlet location as well. Recently, I feel like prices haven't been nearly as good as they used to, but in this economy, who can blame them. I would love to see a little bit more variation in the food court, it's mostly Asian cuisines and Cinnabon. All delicious but would love to see some more options. There's a ton of parking, but if you come on a busy weekend, you may not notice and still have to park far away. Bummed to see some recent retailers, leaving, they've been replaced with stores that my opinion were is great. Overall, a decent shopping trip, it's also in a great location. There's plenty of other stores/eating nearby. I recommend checking out the Twin Cities premium outlets if you haven't been there before.

It's nearly identical to the Aurora Outlet mall back home in Illinois so navigating this building felt like I was back home. There weren't any outdoor vendors, maybe they'll be there in the summer. There was ample amount of parking and a great variety of stores where you could find half of them at the Mall of America itself. This mall is very clean without any riff raff from my visit here. Not the best selection of restaurants from the food court

If you're down to scrounge, this place might be for you (I'd just urge you to wash your hands after). That said, I specifically went here today because I needed a stapler. Mine went missing when I moved (probably in some box I've yet to unpack in my storage unit), and there's zero need to purchase a brand new stapler when I know I can get an old reliable Swingline from a thrift place like this (plus, I remembered on my first amble through here that they had a whole basket of staplers). Sure enough, I was able to acquire a stapler. But you can bet your ass that I brought along some staples to test out said staplers... the first one I picked up had a busted spring, but the second was fully functional. Both had been priced at $3. I mention this simply as a word of warning to consider testing before you buy.) I also picked up a bobbin thread case and a quart sized bag of crayons (both priced at $3) while I was there. This place is good for finding the kind of craft stuff your granny would keep around at a low price. And honestly, you're doing the environment a BIG favor to snag this kind of thing off a thrift store shelf rather than "convenience buy" it off Amazon or whatever. You can save money and feel good about yourself. The rest of the store has stuff like glassware, clothing, kids stuff, and holiday decor. It's not all amazing stuff. I reckon a lot of folks donate stuff they don't care to sort through when an elderly parent finally kicks it. The employee behind the checkout counter was a little slow to bother acknowledging me, but once we were interacting, they were friendly enough and wished me a good day; seemed like they were happy I actually bought something instead of just browsing.

Mall of America® - I'm looking at this coming from IKEA, realize it's the Upper Midwest, and see an MOA venue named "Flyover." Anyone else find this humorous?

It was such an incredible experience it really makes you feel like you're flying, and the visuals are so realistic. Definitely a must-do if you visit! I also loved all the food options. There are so many places to choose from, and everything I had was delicious. It's nice being able to take a break from walking around and enjoy a good meal without even leaving the mall.Another favorite was the axe throwing it was SO fun and something different from the usual mall activities. It added a really exciting, adventurous vibe to the day and made the whole experience even more memorable. The atmosphere throughout the mall is lively, clean, and full of energy. There's something for everyone shopping, entertainment, food, and unique attractions all in one place. It's perfect for a fun day out with friends or family.I would 100% recommend visiting, and I can't wait to go back and try even more things next time!

The cool thing about this is that you can catch the train right into the place just about. I had a 9:30 flight that was arriving in to Minneapolis and of course I couldn't check into my hotel. I bought an all day train pass and made my way. The coolest thing is that there are lockers of various sizes so you can store your luggage (for a nominal fee) and wander around this massive mall, got to about 1/3rd of it. I was taken back to the the 90's with the old school music playing and some of the stores that I thought didn't exist anymore. There were at least two of the same store but just on different levels or sides of the part of the mall I was in. The amusement park in the mall with the rollercoaster and kiddie rides and roaming characters was awesome. I went back the aquarium, which I would have gone into but it was filled with kids, and honestly it was too early :) Had a great meal at the crepe restaurant. If I was a senior retired, its a great nifty 50s walking spot or just getting out people watch. I would definitely try to go back to see the other parts and to stay the hell out of the cold weather this California gal is not used too.

It's nicely lit and I like the merchandise that I saw. The floor lamps were nice. I wish that I could buy one and bring it back home, but it's not practical bringing such a purchase on a plane. Not a bright idea... haha! I do like the kitchen accessories. The storage containers were pretty, durable, and cool. I liked the Sistema snack containers. I was tempted to get one, but I truly didn't need it. I like how fancy cupcake carriers are getting. Hey, you have to protect precious baked goods when they are on the move. I enjoyed looking at the cell phone accessories, too. There was a cute Mickey Mouse case for an iPhone. It's unfortunate that there isn't a whole lot for Google Pixel phones. Since it's a Marshalls-HomeGoods combo store, they share the same checkout area. It comes in handy when you are purchasing merchandise from both. I like this store. I'd come back again. (110)

If you know what to look for, they have amazing deals on wine/liquor, easily some of the best value around. Over the last year, they really upped their game in the bakery department, and especially great for hosting or having extra treats on hand. One heads-up about the parking lot: if you're getting gas, don't try to cross at the main stop sign. There's a much easier way to loop left and come around the back, which saves a lot of time and frustration. Once you know it, it's a game changer. I also love getting gas here because the savings really add up. Pro tip: use the Costco app. It makes things quicker and helps you keep track of deals. They also regularly have great gift card deals like (Uber, Top Golf, local restaurants), usually $15-25 off, which is an easy win. Plus their pharmacy is always way cheaper than I've found elsewhere. Literally the worse experience at the sams club gas station. Tired calling in for the guys name,…read morethey did not pick up. You really really need to hire people that want to work there, are motivated and peaceful. This assbag guy rushed me out of spot, as if thats anything smart to do. My app was acting up, i told him i didnt see you by the office, & he cursed at me and rushed my service saying "f*ck i hate people today" Sir, its nobodies fault but your own that you are stuck working that miserable job. This made me wish AI steps in, he would be out a job and one more person wouldn't have to deal with those idiotic lines. I dont blame them, i blame him. It was an older man in his 60s-70s. He was a fat stocky jerky guy with glasses. Kinda looks like albert einstein. White mustache, whiter hair. Learn to treat people with the same respect they treat you with. I literally live down the block, walking distance from this sams club. I will do everything in my power to make sure you get written up and/or fired for this. Whats so hard about showing the people who help your check some common decency?? This incident occurred at 12:16 pm. I had just got out of dialysis and really needed to put gas in my car. I thought i have a sams club, why not? Its way cheaper. Wrong, i got cursed at, the guy was screaming at me to move my car because i was "taking too long to fuel" it was literally only 2 minutes into me trying to pay for the gas. What a real dirttbag, i just got out of dialysis, as if thats not hard enough to deal with 3x a week, lets throw in a belligerent assman to curse at you and help rush you out the line. I waited like every one else. I will see him eventually, & i will speak my mind. Thats not right that you have employees like that. Scum of the earth. I could of been on my last days, and here goes this asshole screaming telling me about how long im taking.

For example, a beautifully decorated large cake that serves 24 is only $20. Also, you can't beat their self checkout on their app; it's SO fast and convenient. But if you need to speak to a customer service representative, the lines can get pretty long. When we compare Costco vs Sam's, they are so similar to each other, so if we're getting large quantities of things, I use both of their apps to compare prices before buying. At Costco, I prefer the prepared foods and their milk jugs more than Sam's. But I like Sam's baked goods and rotisserie chicken more than Costco. Both Sam's and Costco have tires, pharmacy, cafe, and optical; they are very similar. Like all warehouse bulk places, prices are usually lower but selection is hit or miss.
