The service didn't stop at the sale-he worked with us (paid 1/2 down cash) and worked miracles to hold the furniture until my new bank was open the next day to get a cashiers check to complete the purchase-whoever reads this, when you go to this store, ask for Matt. He deserves more than my accolades, and will definitely meet/exceed your expectations!

I spent over 2 1/2 hours sifting through what appeared to be a very large selection of rugs, only to learn once I narrowed down my search to my top 3 choices, two of those three were no longer available to order (but still in the showroom as available samples). I moved on from my rug to choose my custom couch. The order was entered so I assumed all was good - yay! Nope! One week after ordering, I received a phone call stating the material I chose was no longer available and I needed to make another selection - which also meant changing my four accent pillows and returning the rug that I had purchased elsewhere. Lastly, our recliners were standard (non-custom) orders. We were given a delivery date of up to 12-15 weeks out! Because we were exhausted in this purchasing process, we agreed. Now, here I am....15 weeks out with no update. I called to check on the status of our order, only to learn it has been pushed out another 6-8 weeks - for STANDARD recliners! Prepare yourself for what appears to be great variety and selection in their showroom, but then learning, it really isn't an option, as well as 5-6 months to get your order! If we weren't already months into this process, I would cancel for sure!

Habitat for Humanity ReStore - This is heavy solid metal. It would be awesome on a fence or house. I couldn't pass it up for 20$.

This place has so many things for such affordable prices. Some of the items are brand new and even with the tag still on and some are more antique used items. The stock of what is available there is so random and can very depending on what they receive but they generally offer a selection of couches, tables, chairs, rugs, bookshelf's, and appliances. However, the best deal there are the lightbulbs. 4 bulbs for 99 ¢. Unbeatable.

There's a good variety of used and new items, along with various categories of goods.... big and small. Pricing varies as well, but you can bet your paying less than retail price. Some of the basics: sofas, artwork, rugs, paint, bedframes, lightbulbs, patio furniture, Some of the interesting: church pew, chandeliers, fancy stoves, building material (flooring, fixtures, cabinets) Some of the little things: command strips, paper towel holder, bath mat, frames There's so much, and you never know what you'll find during your visit so check it out. I will say, staff didn't seem warm and friendly (ie a smile, or offer to help), but at the same no one was directly rude. I gather if you ask for help, they'd assist. I noticed by the bed frames, a sign that said they have tools to disassemble, but you had to do it yourself, which is still helpful since some places wouldn't even offer that.

Though they didn't reach out until about 5:15pm that next day, 2 guys showed up, took away the broken section and offered to assemble the bed in our bedroom. They even took away all the cardboard from the 3 pieces, which was a nice bonus. Spent $1K on a new bed. Waited the 6 weeks for it to be delivered due to Covid. Knew that it would take that long going into the purchase. Garage delivered today. The box with the footboard and pull out drawers looked pretty rough and it had been re-taped. Upon opening, the wood frame was busted up in one corner. I called customer service and received zero sympathy. Not even close to a "Sorry to hear." Their warranty department will call in 2-5 days to figure out the replacement. So there the oversized box will sit in our garage taking up a car space. And we will sleep on a mattress on the floor until the replacement comes. I will update this post even they show even the slightest amount of care, or offer to put it together or something. Some manner of improving a customer experience.

He was knowledgeable about a lot of furniture outside the area we were in, and seems to have had additional training through the company, beyond some of the other hires. Any question we had he could answer. We needed the chairs ASAP so he took the time to check around at other HOM inventory and offered that we could also have the option of picking it up ourselves for faster use. This was key since we needed it for current health issues. Couldn't ask for a better service and kinder salesman. Ask for Josh next time you're shopping at this location.

They had two I would consider, although the price was laughable based on the quality. The reason I wanted to write a review is because two of the sales people were talking so horribly about a previous customer. A gentleman and woman were discussing a man that kept wanting to lay/sit on a piece before committing which apparently was annoying. The Male salesman kept referring to the customer as douchy, a douchebag and a douche. Apparently, it's his favorite word. It was the very beginning of the day and there was one other couple in the store. The man kept this on while it was obvious that I was within arms reach and continued as we walked away. I think I was more surprised that he continued so obviously after there was no way he could have ignored my presence. Since he seems to be so concerned with the "douchy"-ness of things, someone should inform him that the obnoxious neon turquoise shirt, along with keeping his aging hair pattern at the length he does both fit the bill. If it helps, at least one of the couches I would consider is available at Hom furniture for a lower sticker price. So if you're looking for this level of furniture there are clearly better places available.

Then because of the holidays and us having Covid they refused to take it back after "30 days". Normally do not take energy to write negative reviews but they are a bunch of idiots and cheats.
