Not knowing all…read morethe intricacies of these dolls, we asked the manager on site if the dolls were authentic/real as we made our two separate purchases. She said she did not know. We stopped at a different store who pointed us to Toy Temple Collectibles who informed us we had just purchased fake Labubus. We returned to WABA Fashion to return the fakes. We were told they have a No Refund Policy before we demanded a refund. She went back to get the same manager. Both simply stated, "Oh", when informed they were selling fake/counterfeit products. The manager said they could give us only a cash refund which we accepted.

I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, despite their being many rumors and sightings of both male staff and the rather creepy looking manager (with glasses) putting returned items directly back on the shelf, as well as the wigs which are constantly rumored to all be infected with lice eggs at this location! Needless to say I was skeptical about my visit here, but what really sealed the deal for me was when the male staff stopped a woman with short curly hair from entering then store, stating that they have the right to refuse service to anybody withOUT explanation. This woman hadnt made it two feet in the door before she was stopped and asked to leave, and so when she asked why, they brought up their sign about refusing service and would not give any other reasons. The staff here then ganged up on her and her male friend who had now walked in the store as well and really seemed to get enjoyment from treating these two potential customers this way. They were guilty of nothing more than attempting to enter the store. When the manager came over, he joined in with the shared misdirected arogance his employess were exhibiting, and when the two had left the store, i saw the employees laughing and joking with each other about the situation and i couldnt hear what they were saying but the way they seemed to get off from the interaction was absolutely disgusting to me and i just have to say, you'll never catch me in this store again. Its really quite ugly. Honestly Won't go here again. The other location is great. This one is trash.

They had plenty of sizes and colors available. I didn't look at the boots, but saw many customers trying them on, with smiles on their faces. This will be my new Go-To for western wear. She is very quick with what she does. Same-day or next day pickup, usually same-day depending how busy she is; it is so fast that you can sit and wait for your clothes!
