They are so slow at this location and due to me living in the area I frequent it often. But today the manager Sherikka put the icing on the cake. I arrived at the store well before 9pm to pick up my layaway. However, due to their long lines and only she and another young lady working, the line moved very slow. At 9:08pm, she announced that layaway and the dressing room was closed. However, due to me standing in line for over 20 minutes I didn't believe I'd have a problem picking up my layway. When I approached her I had two items to purchase and informed her that I was also picking up a layway, to which she replied, "layaway is closed". I told her I understood, but I was in line well before the cut off and would appreciate it if she would get it. After mumbling under her breath, she said, "well you gone be waiting I got a long line of customers and I'm not walking all the way back there to get it right now". I was appalled, but stood back while she called someone over and asked if I could speak to a manager instead. She told me you can call corporate or come back tomorrow at 9am and walked towards the security guard. Rather than identify her name and position, she walked over to the security guard to escort me out. I walked to the security guard and also asked for the manager which he identified her as Sherikka. Shame on you Burlington for employing someone who has no regards for customer service. read more

Only giving one star cause I can't leave zero stars. Worst store I have ever been to. Stood in line for about 25 minutes. There was two cashiers but only one was ringing up customers while the other was to worried about separating hangers instead of helping get the long line down. Managers didn't care that there was line instead was to worried about going back to the back to sit instead of helping. I will never return to this location. read more

We have literally been standing in line for 30 minutes! There is only one cashier and the only reason is because I found a pair of shoes that cost 50 but are usually 150 ! But I will never come back here again! This is not the first time this has happened! Corporate really needs to do something about this location! read more

I can always find great buys in this Burlington store. However, I frequented the store during the Christmas extended hours. The store opens at 7:00am with one cashier on duty. I stood in line from 8:30am until past 9:00am. There were at least 7 people in front of me and at least 5 behind me. No one came to assist the one cashier and she was not the friendliest or fastest person. Why open at 7am for the convenience of Holiday shoppers, if they do not have the staff. Particularly, with the pandemic. Customers were in coats, hats and of course masks. You talking about being hot and having to stayed masked up. What an uncomfortable situation. I could not wait to get out of that store to take my mask off and be able to breathe. read more

It would be nice if a register closest to the door took returns as they came through the door. I had to return 2 items and had to wait in the checkout line behind 10 people checking out with carts full of items. Also when I walked in, there were 3 girls on the register but with 7 people left in line their were only 2 girls working the register? The store's floor doesn't look like it hasn't been cleaned in forever and there is trash and hangers on the floors and the register area. The clutter behind the registers is an eyesore. Also, the jackets were not hanging on the correct racks, this made it very difficult to find my size because I had to look through all racks. read more

I am giving it a 3. For the stuff is good. My wife picked up a lot of winter clothes for $280 which would have cost $500 plus in Walmart. Quality seems good. It was our first time here so will know days later if the quality holds up. Mens and women's perfumes they have a lot of name brands, perry ellis, azzarro, joop,burberry etc however don't know if they are original vendor issues or copies. Since they charge half the price of what they are charged normally. Mens xxxxlt available here mostly fleece pants and the like for big fat guys like me. But no dress shirts or pants or jeans go past waistline 50. Ladies clothing they have a lot of nice fur lookalikes etc. So if you want decent stuff cheap this is the place for you. read more

Love shopping here! I went in looking for ski gear and was amazed by the prices. I have gotten golf shoes here that were $100 in pro shops for $20. I also have been able to get dress socks at amazing prices. The selections are name brand things and the prices are amazing. I do wish the shoes had boxes however. read more

if I could give zero stars I would! this is the absolute worst location ever! unfortunately i just lost my grandmother and I'm shopping for a dress zero dressing rooms open I ask an employee she says she'll ask says no one's there to watch it but shes in the room directly next to the fitting rooms couldn't possibly count my 3 dresses and make sure I have 3 when I walk out I'll even wait for you by the door. This place use to be nice like it was set up like a department store but now it's like a warehouse setting. I found a winter coat for 40.00 that's what I went in there for so I was pretty hay about that I also found nice blouses for under 14.00 seeing I wear full figure blouses that was pretty good prices. Over all its a better location than the Redford one. Oh and ladies they have layaway too. read more

To be honest I wouldn't even if giving you a one. Your staff is rude, pretty much kicked me out of your store I'm sorry when I was working in a store it didn't matter how long the customer was there as long as they were inside I waited till they left that's the decent thing to do. But... Your website clearly states you are open until 11 or guess what it is exactly 10:47 right now and they tell me that they're not open till 11 so why does it say that when you look you up through Google?? I have a ring that broke obviously it was bought from this store and I drove all the way from Pontiac Michigan and I am now Taylor Michigan which is very far. Was rude and total bad experience spent money in the store and had a baby in a car seat in the cart I found out in there parking lot plus the stuff I bought plus being pregnant was told I could not take the cart outside and was never offered any help or nothing since I was not aloud to take cart out 8 months pregnant what great customer service well not be shopping there again. read more
