Ordered a electric blanket for Christmas present - the delivery guy left it on the front porch (even though I have a overhang) and the whole box got water damaged & stain - so now the box is warped and there is no inner box - contacted Kohls to complain for what I paid for it and how it came was not acceptable - he told me I could drive all the way up the store on my time and gas and return it (after their delivery error) - told them not to bother - I wont be buying from them again and I will be closing my acct - other companies out there who are more mindful of their products read more

I've been a loyal customer at kohls for over 10 years. I've had a kohls charge a good portion of that time. In march they switch cards over to a chip. I was sent a new card with my name on it. My dad is the main card holder and he has a card with his name on it. Since march I've spent about $1500 on my card. Due to back to school clothes shopping for 4 kids. During these purchases I've made on my app. My app would say I'm getting the rewards points but once the 1st of the month would come around they would disappear. I've reached out to kohls via chat on the app and I've called. After multiple attempts I was told the rewards was transferred to another account. Every person I spoke with just apologized and refused to help me. Couldn't explain why my points were being sent to another account when all purchases were made in my name on my app. I never had an issue until they charged their credit cards. Since I've reached out to get help multiple times and never got anything but rude customer service and unhelpful I've choose to no longer shop at kohls and spread the word of how much of a disappointment their is. read more

This is the review that I left on Kohl's website for my first online purchase with them: Your company's store advertising and website state that I will save 40% off of my purchase if I apply for your credit card and that I will not be dinged for applying for that same card. I immediately received notification that my credit score declined 3 points after I applied and was approved. I then called your really poor customer service center that was noisy and hard to hear, the Filipino on the other end spoke in broken English explain that I had to call another phone number and why he could not help. That call took 36 minutes. I then call the other number I was given which shows up as Kohl's Corporate and it took that Filipino 13 minutes to find the order that I was placing, telling me that I could not apply the credit to the order I was trying to place and that it would be applied to my next order. I explained that #1 I had wasted enough of my day trying to solve this and that I was upset that my credit score had been dinged for 3 points and that the website stated that I would get 40% off when it was not giving me the credit. Finally that person stated that if I downloaded the Capitol One app to my cell phone it would deliver the virtual card for me to apply to my purchase, I did exactly that however it did not apply the credit of 40% but gave me only $10 off. That call was another 13 minutes wasted. Your website advertises SAVE 40% TODAY! is a scam and a lie and to further have the website tell me that my credit score would not be dinged is another scam. YOU ARE DEALING IN FALSE ADVERTISING AND THE STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE REVIEWING THIS BECAUSE YOU DO IT ON A MASSIVE SCALE TO ALL COMERS. One stop cashier check out of merchandise/returns/picks up is the worst! Not sure who thought of this but the long lines at the Taylor MI store will send me to the Woodhaven store. If they change all the Kohls stores to one stop cashier and one line....sadly I will have to stop going to Kohls...unless they hire and schedule more employees! read more

Just your usual kohls nothing special. The staff was nice and helpful even on a Black Friday night they weren't cranky which is a good thing. They ran out of ps4 and xbox like all other stores but over all a good place. read more

The store is clean. Everyone is friendly. The clothing selection is pretty extensive, yet they never seem to have my size, men's large or women's small for my wife. Amazon returns always take forever because there's one associate and seven people in line and either the associate is chatting it up, or they make the coupons and khols cash and app so complicated the customer can't seem to figure out how to use their rewards correctly. read more

My Dad had some Christmas shopping to get done on Sunday, so I volunteered to tag along with him so we could spend some QT together. The mall looked closed at 830-900AM (I'm not sure what their hours are), so we decided to head over to Kohl's in the meantime. We had to shop in the Juniors department for my nieces and Boys for my nephew. Both departments had a great selection and were organized - for the most part. I assumed some parts were "disheveled" due to holiday shopping, but in retrospect it was only 0900. Not sure what time they opened on Sunday but apparently it was earlier than 0900. Either way - it wasn't off putting or anything. It was very easy to navigate. They had plenty of carts at the entrance for shopping, and an elevator so you don't have to maneuver a cart full of clothing down an escalator. Thank God for that! There were lots of neat little finds: donut slippers, bacon and egg socks, Batman zip-up hoodies that cover your face and you can actually look like Batman if you don't feel like being yourself, and an Olaf (Frozen) waffle maker...lots of cool things! At 0900-1000, the store wasn't crowded or chaotic at all - it was just right! The line wasn't bad either. We got in line just in time - a line really didn't form until after we got to a register. Once the line got kinda long the cavalry was called and magically 2 more cashiers popped up to help the waiting customers. Our cashier was very friendly and nice. She said that clothing from the Juniors department has a lot of security tags because it's commonly stolen. Interesting & a relief since we were only buying for my nieces - I'd hate to go through that everytime! I had a 20% off coupon and $10 Kohl's cash for my dad to use, and he ended up saving almost exactly what he had spent! Pretty good deal! Oh and an FYI - if you need gift receipts, they print individually. So if you have 12 items, you're getting 12 gift receipts. Kind of a pain but just match up the UPCs and you're good to go! read more

To the employee hawk eyeing me an my boyfriend, not even giving us any personal space - was legit 2 feet from us staring at absolutely nothing, fixing nothing, there solely to watch us, and didn't ask if we needed any help - because we were interested in their jewelry. You lost a customer due to how creepy that was. Train your people better, god awful lack of service. Felt like a criminal more than a customer. read more

Kohls is that little place, where when you find a deal, you wanna dance in the aisles....well, that is if you can fit in the aisle....(that's the only major downside). If you are claustrophobic, stay away....they cram so much into this store, you're hard pressed to walk in-between displays. However, if you can get beyond that, they have great deals on the second floor, and this is my sock place!!!! It would be so nice if it were only bigger, and a bit more spread out! read more

When I lived in Michigan, Kohl's was one of my favorite places to shop. When I moved to Florida, I missed the merchandise selection and great sale prices. I didn't think I would ever get another opportunity to shop at Kohl's, but they've just opened a new store on Miramar Parkway and Flamingo Rd. I've waited 8 YEARS for the company to grow and add new stores in the South. I loved the Taylor store and I hope to shop at the Miramar location soon! Store is a mess. I went to this store to buy dress shirts but I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt. Various sizes were in each slot so I had to dig through to find my size. After all the searching of course I didn't find it. Shoe department is also a mess. More reasons why online stores are winning over brick and mortar. read more

This is a really nice, clean store. Easy to follow layout. Best of all there's seating by the woman's fitting room for the husbands! Great staff if you can find any. read more
