Out of my price range at the time though and not why I was there! I got measured pretty quick, given some rough estimate sizes to put on and they were pretty spot on. Just needed to get the pants tailored up a bit and my jacket sleeves brought up a touch. Conveniently next door, there's a tailor and a dry cleaner. They have a huge selection of suits and honestly without assistance we would have been overwhelmed. The store always very busy but the staff did a great job of balancing giving us attention and giving us space. They helped him choose a beautiful Italian wool navy suit that he could wear to the weddings and a dark green suit (I never would have thought he could pull of that color) for the less formal events. The customer service rep working explained the concept of the store, asked me what size I normally wear, said "oh, we don't have much in THAT size." She half-heartedly looked a couple of things up and then literally turned her back on me mid-sentence and started talking to somebody else without even a "excuse me" or anything. I went home and looked at the website, and it turns out that Bonobos makes a TON of stuff in my size, and in fact has a whole section on their site devoted to bigger sizes.
