They have the infrastructure, client base, talented stockers and access of locale to usurp Nordstrom Rack and similar models. Their inability to achieve that level of quality, however, is purely self-inflicted. They are clearly allergic to the concept of quality customer service and err on the side of caution, in treating the customer as poorly as possible, lest someone accidentally become confused and forget that they are shopping at Ross+. Instead of settling for being the Target of discount stores, and at times making a tangible effort to become the Walmart, why not get out of your way and pretend to know the meaning of the term "customer service?" I am including two pictures of the two Jack Spade bags I found at this store, and you will easily be able to understand why Marshall's can't have nice things (the larger of the two was damp and smelled like mold). It's bad enough that you treat your treasures like trash, but your employees are categorically opposed to the idea of a customer ever daring to set foot in their domains again. If you want to be better, you have to do better first.

I have yet to meet him in person, but we connect via video conferencing all the time. Today, after a FaceTime call, I went on my Target app and purchased a play mat to help my 4-month grand baby with Tummy Time. The mat was a hit with him. Just makes his workout fun! The ease of having my daughter, who just had surgery, be able to pull up to her neighborhood SuperTarget's Drive Up is priceless. It took a couple of hours for the store to get the order ready, but it was great service and lightning fast for the associate to bring it to the car. Thank you SO much y'all.

However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

Harvest Green is a shiny brand new shopping centre located in Richmond Texas, kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it does have a great Kung Fu Tea with lovely decor and nice employees. It's a good Plaza which is easy to get into, and kind of in the middle of nowhere (which I said already), so it hasn't been plagued by bad traffic yet. The KFT that is at this plaza is a shiny new Kung Fu Tea location in the middle of nowhere (that's the third time I said that) in Richmond Texas, not too horribly far from Katy and not to horribly far from Sugar Land and not even too horribly far from Vietnamesetown and Chinatown. Sort of in the middle of all three of them, and a sort of a tumbleweed-infested wasteland between a lot of popular areas. If you like to take the Westpark Tollway then it's not too far off the tollway. It's also not too far from the Grand Parkway. And most importantly, it has extremely lovely service and really nice products too.

I found the staff quite helpful…read more When I asked for a particular item that I couldn't find, an employee from another area escorted me to the area. She didn't see it and asked another employee who told her it was seasonal and not in stock. I went to the photo counter and asked if the machine was working. I had needed photos made at Christmas and it wasn't working. (Their photos are pretty clear at an affordable price.) They explained there were so many orders that it was constantly working and a specific piece (he said the name but I can't remember) broke and had to be ordered.

Disappointing Service and Battery Issue Ignored…read more I had a very disappointing experience at this location on June 11. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated--only a couple of people had any kind of friendly demeanor. Most of the employees ignored customer questions, and there was a general lack of communication. I brought my car in because the battery, which I had purchased from this location (and is still under warranty), was failing. AutoZone had previously tested it and recommended a replacement. At the counter, one employee checked my invoice and took my key, then handed it off to a service technician. I waited inside, saw the car being tested, and then it disappeared--so I assumed they were doing a road test. Nearly an hour passed with no updates. I tried asking staff members what was happening with my car, but no one responded or seemed to care. A woman at the counter even refused to help because I didn't have the service intake form--something I was never given in the first place. Eventually, I found my car parked outside, in a place that wasn't visible from the service area. It took extra time to get my key back, again because there was no paperwork showing I had dropped it off. I was told the battery tested fine, yet in the past week alone, I've had to jump-start the car three times. This kind of service is unacceptable--especially when dealing with a warranty issue. I expected more professionalism and basic communication. Definitely not coming back here. Update as of June 18: Due to the same battery failure in my vehicle, I was stranded on the road again. I first went to the nearest Walmart Supercenter at 22850 Morton Ranch Rd, Katy, where I waited in line, only to be told when it was my turn that they didn't have a replacement battery of the same size. I then drove to the 25108 Market Pl Dr, Katy location, where I experienced the same issue. Finally, I was able to get the battery replaced at the 1313 N Fry Rd, Katy location. Unfortunately, I lost another half a day dealing with this problem.

Not sure if the merchandise was shared with Home Goods. That means I have to come back to get it.

I have anxiety and it's heightened by loud music and store level lights. So I usually wear AirPods and listen to frequency sounds to attempt to complete a shopping trip. This is already stressful being " different" but then you're followed for nothing. I carry a small purse and am super indecisive so I will pick things up 2-3x times before making a decision. However, there's always a low budget loss prevention, not so undercover lurking around the corner. STOP it! I've seen actual shoplifters get away because they are so busy watching minorities in this location. It's ridiculous!
