I called the UGG representative on the customer service phone number on my receipt and she stated I could exchange for a larger size, at the UGG store in Ontario, California. After driving for over an hour to get there, I waited for over 90 minutes only for them to tell me that they couldn't. The ladies said "No. I don't know why they told you that." It was a simple exchange that they refused to help me with. This was frustrating to say the least. I had my order number, receipt and the perfect shoes still in the box. Terrible customer service.

However, It's not just wear and tear they look terrible after a year and I'm using it casually and I'm a teacher! I'm not walking in dirt and it has glue coming out. I also don't wear these in summer !! The reason you guys have such a short warranty and don't stand by your products is cause they're terrible. Everyone online talks about it. I will be letting people know how terrible your shoes and customer service is online. I'm very unhappy and you have no customer service. You also don't stand by your products. I have an old pair from 2003 and it's not perfect but not as ugly and deformed as this one. Do better you guys shoes are horrible and so is your customer service. And you're offering nothing to even make me want to purchase these horrible shoes again. Keep your repair program I'll just throw these in the garbage like my last pair!!!

I told the lady this was our first time here and she took great care of us, I wish I got her name. She showed us where the birthday bear was and also the capybara bear. She handed us over to Deziree and she was amazing! Helped my son pick out everything he needed for his stuffies and we were on our way. Will be back with my other son when his birthday comes around.

Because of that, this experience was especially heartbreaking. Earlier today, my mom and I came in to make a bear for my dog, who is currently hospitalized in critical condition and may not recover. While recording a voice message for the bear, we were both visibly crying. The employee who assisted us witnessed this firsthand. We decided to purchase everything while the sale was going on and return later to have the bear stuffed once my dad arrived after driving an hour and a half to meet us. Before returning, I checked Google, which stated the store was open until 9:00 p.m. We arrived at 7:59 p.m., only to be met by the same employee who had helped us earlier. She looked at us and coldly said, "We're closed," before dismissing us. My 75-year-old grandmother kindly explained that my dog was critically ill and asked if the bear could simply be stuffed because we were hoping to get it to her as soon as possible. The employee repeated, "No, we're closed," with no acknowledgment or empathy for the situation. I completely understand that stores have closing procedures and that policies must be followed. However, what upset me was not simply being told no--it was the complete lack of compassion. Working in a store that serves children and families, I would have expected at least a kind response, such as, "I'm so sorry you're going through this, but unfortunately we're unable to accommodate your request because we're closed." Instead, we were met with coldness and dismissal during one of the most difficult moments my family has experienced. Even though we were only asking for the bear to be stuffed--not to shop or browse--the request was met without any empathy. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and I never imagined I would leave feeling so disappointed. Sadly, after this experience, I do not plan on returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other family going through a difficult time is treated this way.
