Me and my boyfriend came to build our first build a bear, The manager Mona saved my tears today, and made this valentines day the best. Thank you Mona youre the best.

We had a great time visiting Build a Bear workshop in the Brea Mall. We went for our sons fourth birthday. They had a good selection of stuffed animals. The employee that helped us was friendly, kind and patient with our autistic son. This location is rather small compared to other build a bears I've been to. They didn't have the bathtub "washing" station. They also had very limited selection of clothing. To be fair we did visit on New Year's Day so they were bringing out valentines items from the back and moving the floor stock around.

My son looks forward to coming here every year! Be sure to sign up for their birthday club and you pay the age of your child when you take them there during their birthday month. Very friendly staff, clean store and well-stocked.

Once that was done, they sewed it up and you could choose outfits and get the birth certificate printed out.

I was standing in what I thought was the checkout line considering that I have never been to that location before, and the whole entire time that I was waiting 5-7 minutes or so; the male cashier glanced at me multiple times and not once did he let me know that there is an actual checkout line on the other side of the display. (Which mind you, you wouldn't have seen unless you walk to the other side of a display) As soon as the male cashier became available, I walked up to him, he points to the left and tells me that there's a checkout line, which he failed to tell me in advance and services another customer instead. Of course, frustrated and upset, I walked over to the other side of the display and then he calls me up now to check out. At that moment, I told him that he could have been courteous and let me know that there was an actual checkout line instead of telling me last minute. Instead, he gave me a poor excuse for not letting me know. I also explained to him that I was trying to reach way above the shelves that were out of reach and the female employees on the floor also didn't assist or bother to help when I asked them if they had a jacket in a certain size. Instead, the female employee told me all the sizes were out and that was it, so then I asked her if she can move the rack of clothes that she was stocking to be moved aside so I can be closer to be able to grab the jackets from the shelves up high. The male was rude and so was manager of the store, Staci. Staci was extremely unprofessional and rude considering she told me directly that it's a matter of how I speak to the employees, when I was not being rude at all. I was letting them know that if a customer needs assistance, then they should be aware of the situation and be courteous. Once I asked for her name before I left, she told me her name with a smirk and said to go ahead and report her. I hope the GM of this location addresses Staci's terrible behavior as well as her male coworker that also worked at the cash register with her and rectifies this problem. I would advise against visiting this location unless you want to be talked down to. I hope no one has to experience this type of bad behavior and poor customer service from the employees of this location.

I called the UGG representative on the customer service phone number on my receipt and she stated I could exchange for a larger size, at the UGG store in Ontario, California. After driving for over an hour to get there, I waited for over 90 minutes only for them to tell me that they couldn't. The ladies said "No. I don't know why they told you that." It was a simple exchange that they refused to help me with. This was frustrating to say the least. I had my order number, receipt and the perfect shoes still in the box. Terrible customer service.

I also don't wear these in summer !! The reason you guys have such a short warranty and don't stand by your products is cause they're terrible. Everyone online talks about it. I will be letting people know how terrible your shoes and customer service is online. I'm very unhappy and you have no customer service. You also don't stand by your products. I have an old pair from 2003 and it's not perfect but not as ugly and deformed as this one. Do better you guys shoes are horrible and so is your customer service. And you're offering nothing to even make me want to purchase these horrible shoes again. Keep your repair program I'll just throw these in the garbage like my last pair!!!
