Blackened, crusty, and still smelling like someone rage-toasted it before returning it. I stared at it for a solid minute, just trying to wrap my head around it. Did I just buy a "pre-seasoned" toaster? Was this some kind of Target loyalty program bonus I didn't sign up for? And let's talk about quality control -- because clearly, nobody bothered to even glance inside the box before tossing it back on the shelf. What else are we reselling over there? Half-used deodorant? Return bin sushi? Absolutely disgusting. I came for a toaster, not someone else's leftovers. Target, I love you, but if I wanted secondhand carbs, I'd go dumpster diving behind a Panera. Do better.

I found things relatively quickly. Some were not available at this location, but that's typical. It's a decent store size. I've been to Dollar Tree stores with 2 cash registers and others with 5. Cashiers were presenting themselves well. Considering my experience with the store on Oakdale Rd, I was happy to visit this one.

I really wish I would have remembered her name.But she has been with the company for 8 years and you can tell that she loves her job based off of how attentive she was and how highly she spoke of the company, including her daughters who loved to shop there as well. I know Torid is Torrid but whomever is displaying the clothing and or choosing what comes into their store really cares about all age groups that shop with them. I tend to spend a lot of money there. Every year and really appreciated the diversity that this location seemed to have. This will be my new go to store despite the distance.

However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive.

I did not know Lane Bryant actually measures and assisted me with finding these two bras that are so comfortable. Not to mention the fact that these bras make me feel like a woman and a little extra sexy. Ms. Edith was such a delight and so welcoming. She instantly greeted me and asked if she could assist me in finding anything. She went straight to work in finding these two bras and they worked perfectly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (after looking around at other clothes). The store is clean & super organized. There is plenty of free and safe parking and the location is easy to find across from the mall.
