1 star review due to their HORRIBLE customer service…read more I was told I need to put a 20$ deposit to try on items form the mannequins since this was a new rule that the "owner" made up. If you don't purchase the item, you lose your 20$. I was told that they can remove items from the mannequin ONLY if I guarantee that I was going to purchase the item or by putting a 20$ deposit! I have never in my life been told to put a deposit down to try on clothes since the purpose of owning a store is to sell your inventory, yet I was not allowed to buy or try on items from the mannequins. This was ridiculous! After explaining that I want to purchase the item on the mannequin since I knew the size would fit me, that is when they took it out the mannequin. This whole process was really awkward since it shouldn't have occurred in the first place because as a customer I can purchase anything in the store. If they aren't going to allow customers to buy certain items then the owner/ front staff should NOT display it in store. Horrible shopping experience. Just go to the Turlock location instead of Modesto. If you're the owner reading this, please stop with that nonsense deposit. That's ridiculous.
