I feel that the cashier needs more training in customer service. She was not nice at all. She checked my credit card information and stated that I have been using coupons on my purchases and suggested that I pay with cash. So I paid with cash. I did not know that there is a limit to using discount coupons. She went on to say that the items being purchased were already marked down. I do not always shop at JC Penny, and when I did, my experience was terrible. I just noticed on my credit file that I used 37.67% usage of my credit card on the day of my purchase. I did not use my credit card. I paid in cash. This is not correct.

My little cousin is a minor, and she wandered away from me. When I turned around and didn't see her, I naturally panicked. I walked through the store searching for her and calling her name, clearly distressed, and not a single employee offered to help. They just watched as I scrambled around looking for her. No one asked if I needed assistance or even tried to help me look. I can see why Target emphasizes customer service and encourages employees to smile more--because I've never encountered such a cold and unhelpful group of staff in my life. ‍ It completely ruined my shopping experience. Once I finally tracked my little cousin down--and gave her the third degree out of love and fear--I didn't even feel like staying in the store anymore, so we left. I'm still flabbergasted at how the staff stared at me, some even walking right past me, without offering a single word of reassurance or support. 1 Star - Serious Food Safety Concern On Saturday at…read moreapproximately 10:30 a.m., my wife and I were shopping at the Walmart on Southern Avenue in Mesa, Arizona when we noticed a very strong, unusual odor coming from the baking aisle. As we tried to determine where the smell was coming from, we found several bags of brown sugar that appeared to have visible rodent droppings and urine on the outside of the packaging. The odor was overwhelming, and we observed what appeared to be contamination on multiple packages, not just one. We immediately stopped shopping, abandoned our cart and groceries, washed our hands thoroughly, and left the store because we were concerned about potential contamination. This was one of the most disturbing experiences I've ever had while grocery shopping. I hope Walmart takes this seriously by removing any affected products, thoroughly inspecting the baking aisle, and addressing the source of the contamination before anyone else is exposed. I'm sharing this because food safety should always be a top priority. I hope management investigates promptly and is transparent with customers about the outcome.
