Good quality clothing, love the wide selection, but just like any store they could use some help but that's all shoes for ya and people trying to run businesses can be hard so don't blame it on the store, I would recommend shopping here because they have good clothing, shoes, etc. and also have good deals on most of their clothing!!!!! read more

Purchased rock revivals in May and never received them!! No way to contact anyone and their website is not helpful and I'm out $75! Shitty business read more

I placed an online order on May13,2022, this boutique sent pre shipment info to USPS but didn't ever send the item for shipment. This is three months later and still no shorts that I ordered. I've called left messages and no one returned calls. DO NOT ORDER anything from this place. Just a huge scam!!!! read more

I spotted this beautiful boutique at superstition springs mall sometime before thanksgiving! When I looked closer, I realized it was the same amazing couple whose boutique I have visited many times at their previous locations, for YEARS. Im so happy for you- Congrats on the new store front! I'm obsessed! PS , I hope you don't mind my random phone pics. read more

Disappointed in our experience. Was told we could return clothes within 30 days if tags are on (since fitting rooms are closed) and then when i took it back they would only offer store credit. First time customer and they were not willing to work with me. Fitting rooms should be open if this is their policy and no it's not because of Covid-19 because other stores have them open. Nothing on digital receipt stated this. Store is only open 5 hours a week which is super inconvenient, as well. read more

I've ordered online several times and have always loved everything I've received and gotten a ton of compliments and people asking where I got it. The shipping was fast and customer service was amazing! read more

I'm super upset about my order. I have tried getting ahold of your shop thru multiple avenues. What I ordered and what I received is not the same. I will never do business with you again. I didn't get them in a day and I never have gotten a call or response to emails or messages I sent thru social media. What a poorly run business. read more

Very Disappointed! I tried posting this on their Facebook but they just kept deleting it with no response. We've been shopping at your store since you were at the last location and have told everyone how great it is. My sister lost everything she owns in a house fire last week. When she was asked where she wanted gift certificates from she said Decadence. The only pair of pants that were saved were LA Idols from your store that i have been desperately trying to get the smoke smell out bcuz she loved them so much! Sadly, today when I was using her gift certificate and trying to use another coupon I was given a hard time about the coupon and lied to that it was online only. Not wanting to argue as I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and tired of standing I just said forget it. I really hope you guys can fix this. read more

Poor customer service and management! I bought a couple of jeans and they don't do exchanges!! I would have to pay the difference because I bought them on sale. What a rip off! I would never shop there again or recommend them. read more

I'm only giving one star because this is the lowest rating I could give. I fully agree with Amber M. The customer service is horrible! I would rather pay more for authentic L.A. Idol jeans than pay less for the fakes in this dirty, messy, garage-sale looking store. I actually wanted to give this store a chance because it's closer to home, but I'll keep shopping at my regular store in Scottsdale. They are very professional. I visited tonight after work around 5:30 and I asked the blonde at the register about her inventory. She had no idea what she had in store and made no attempt to help me find my size as the store seemed to have no organization. She just rolled her eyes at me and didn't say anything. I was so stunned at her lack of professionalism that all I could say was, "I guess you're not the owner then." Maybe she was mute, but she couldn't muster an answer to that either. I promptly walked out and vowed to never return. I will keep shopping at Allure Couture in Scottsdale from now on! On my way out of Merchants Square in Mesa, I decided to stop into Phoenician Village (antiques, thrifts, different vendors). I bought a very cute Banana Republic dress for $14.99. This horrible experience with "decay-dence" was balanced out by Phoenician Village! A word of advice for decadence: There are many other stores like you, some will be worse (although your store is hardly impressive) and many are much better. Have pride in your product and your work, and always go by the golden rule. I'm going to tell you what it is since I don't believe your mothers taught you. It is: "One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself." There are other rules to go by, but this should be the first on your list. You will go out of business eventually if you continue with this juvenile behavior. read more

Terrible. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, never got them. Had to go through my bank to force a refund......

I had an online order, I recieved a skinny jean instead of a boot cut I returned it and they where super helpful at getting me credit and a discount code so I could get the jeans again.. I have since ordered more stuff and my friends order from them! Adorable jeans and great customer service :) thanks Brooklyn for helping get it all figured out!! read more

I do not recommend buying anything from this store EVER! I ordered a shirt online from them, and still have not received it. I called one of their locations and was told they could not help me, or put me in touch with someone who could. I even Facebook messaged them, and emailed them to get information and have not heard anything from anyone. I have completely lost my money on my purchase and cannot get a hold of someone who could give me any information. As someone that has worked in customer service for over 4 years, I can honestly say they have to worst. I am so disappointed, as I have shopped there on several occasions and am being treated so poorly. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

This store has very unique styles of clothing and accessories. The cashier was nice and gave me no trouble at all considering a lot of people have been posting about that on this webpage. Only down side is I always run out of money when I buy from there. Its the cutest little shop! Will definitely buy another pair of jeans there soon. read more

Received my order 4 days after ordering. I live in MI! Love the ease of ordering and the speedy deliver is fantastic! Jeans fit perfect! Will def recommend this site ! read more

Placed order early January. Website says will ship within 1-5 days. 2 weeks later still hasn't shipped. Called all phone numbers (online store and both stores) doesn't ring just says the voicemail isn't set up. Emailed twice and messaged on Facebook... nothing. I have disputed the charge with my bank and don't recommend doing business with them. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star! They're customer service is THE WORST!!!!!!! There was a manager that couldn't even help me. I didn't have my receipt after my Christmas shopping and he wasn't even willing to exchange my daughters jeans for a different size!!! I am not shopping here ANYMORE. I spent so much money at this place for me to leave without a good experience!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! read more

Dont buy from this store!!! They have the rudest "manager", if you can call him that, his name is Mike. After standing there for five minutes of this guy i ask to speak to the owner his responce was and I quote..."when there is a problem at Dillards the owner of Dillards doesn't come down to "fix it"". I asked for the owners name and number and he walked away and said over his shoulder cards over there with the number, bye...what a complete jerk! I have called the owners and left voice mail I have emailed them.still no phone call, recieved an email saying she was going to look into the situation.... and still nothing.. read more

Their return policy is horrible! I bought my daughter LA Idol jeans for her birthday and they were the wrong size. All I wanted to do was EXCHANGE them (in the same week) for a different size. First problem was the employee at the register didn't understand why the price tag said $55 and the receipt said $35. She accused me of having the wrong receipt, apparently she missed the fact that they were on sale. Once I explained this to her she said they jeans were no longer on sale for that price so I would have to pay the difference. After hearing that I was ready to just get a refund and leave BUT I ended up paying to exchange the jeans because they don't give refunds. They are ripping off their customers. They will not get my business anymore. read more

horrible wont answer the phone or emails its been three weeks system says processed but only a shipping label but they charged my account!!!!!!! I recently went in to the Gilbert store because I saw a few things on their website I wanted to try on. I was appalled at the quality. Things they are selling online for $40+ I would not pay more than $10. Also, the same items in the store are significantly less expensive. The girl working in the store was very sweet, but it does not make up for the lack of quality of clothing. read more

I bought a dress the fell apart the first time I wore it. I puchased it for vacation and had to hold it up to get back to the hotel as it is strapless. I was so embarrased! I purchased the dress at the Grand Opening at Superstition Springs Mall. I was well aware that there was a no return policy for that day. There were signs everywhere! I am not oblivious to the fact. Never pretended to be. I did however find it funny that they were unable to exchange the dress for another that was intact. I called the store before I went in and was informed they didn't carry that dress anymore. Therefore they wouldn't be able to replace it. Well I took it down to the store thinking that if they saw the dress was defective (all the elastic pulled out around the bust) they would be more than willing to replace it. But that wasn't the case! The male manager could have cared less and told me he wouldn't exchange it. He offers very dirty looks and great sound effects when he doesn't want to talk to you. I felt like I was totally being brushed off and ignored. He was very RUDE! The other funny part it he said they didn't carry the dress anymore so he couldn't exchange it. But there was a rack of them right next to the register. Buyer beware on bad buisness practices, a rude manager, and defective clothes! So sad as I have two daughters that love to shop there (as we did when they were at their other location). They will no longer shop there. Decadence Boutique will never get another dime of mine! BUY BEWARE! Check them out on the BBB! I'm not the only one who has had this problem! Pass the word! Poor buisness practices! My daughters will never shop there again! read more

Loveeee all there stuff, LOVEEEE that its very reasonably priced. The customer service isn't very friendly, so its very awkward shopping around in there. But there clothes, and accessories are amazing. I love this place! read more

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered offline through their Facebook page, should of saw the first red flag, they hide reviews of their store. Took over two weeks to receive my shipment. Customer service was an absolute joke. I ordered some "coral" boots that were an ugly orange that had black stuff all over them. After trying to warn their potential customers of the the false advertisement for the boots, they deleted my comments and blocked me. Save your money! This boutique is a sham, and I'm planning to file a BBB report. Happy holidays decadence boutique, y'all are bunch of greedy, poor business owners. read more

I think this store is super awesome, I have bought tons of stuff from them and never had a problem, the one time I bought the wrong size for my sister, the girl there was super nice and I was able to get a new size no prob, So I think there great! read more

HORRRIBLE! The jeans are not authentic. I ordered online and they were pictured with leather tag and got them with nothing. They came with moth holes or little wholes down by the ankle, that were not the style of jeans. Do not fit true to size. I have read horrible reviews about exchanging and that they just take the money and the jeans and never give you your store credit. So I decided to just throw them in my closet rather then wasting my money and time shipping back. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! You will be screwed out of money. RIP OFF! read more

I used to love this store! They had a huge selection of LA Idol jeans at really reasonable prices. However, something has changed. Their customer service is terrible! I bought a pair of jeans, took the tags off and had them on for about an hour before my husband pointed out the stitching in the rear end was half missing. When i took them back to the store they treated me like a criminal and absolutely refused to do anything. They sell Miss Me jeans that look like bad reproductions. unfortunately my husband gave me a $100 gift card for christmas. When i went to the store all they had were really cheap jeansbfor $100 a pair and not one pair of LA Idols. I'm actually concerned they are about to go out of business and I'm going to be stuck with a worthless gift certificate. ..that's how bad the store looked. Ross sells better quality clothes for way less! Not sure where they went wrong but the entire staff is snooty and unwilling to help you at all and their Miss Me jeans are gross! So sad...i loved this store when it was in the VF outlet. read more
