Line out the door.

Have been in line over 20 min and am only about half way through (mind you I wasn't timing it but I had sent my mom a text I was getting in line to check out). There are 2 cashiers and a line out the door. They had 3 cashiers but one left. There has to be more than 2 people working in the entire large store and everyone should be up here with this crazy of a line. If I didn't need this outfit for a job interview this week I would have just left.

I can't ntacted customer service was he lady was rud and told me it wasn't her problem I wasn't home. I apologized for having to work during the day, and asked if there was a tracking number. She agreed to email the tracking information. However it took 3-days to receive tracking info. I picked hair up at post office and immediately washed the so called Virgin Remy hair. The shampoo and my sink was jet black for color on the hair. I washed hair 4 times let it air dry and rewashed the hair twice more before getting I light gray rinse water. I had the hair installed. First day and during flat iron prices hair was shedding heavily. Two days after install the 12 inch hair was 9-10 inches and even with daily wrapping hair tangled and knotted into a constant stiff mess! More brushing attempting to untangle hair two more days left me with 7-8 inch stiff mess. I had the hair removed. It was a total waste of money. DONT BUY it's a Waste of Money, will neve buy a again. Girl get you weave hair someplace else if you are smart!

That is very unprofessional and distasteful.A manager should be available to speak in person. They have a NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE POLICY. They did not tell us this when we went to buy the hair. I believe every customer should be given this very important information as they are purchasing a product. When I go to a store that has this type of policy they have always warned me of their policy. Printing it on a receipt is not completely informing a customer of the policy. When we called headquarters to get better help they were apologetic but nothing was done. Even after pointing out the poor customer service. Buying from this company was a nightmare. $150 down the drain. Horrible hair and horrible customer service. I took time out of my busy schedule to write this review because it was that bad. Placed an order on the phone. Associate did a great job helping me look for items in my discussed…read moresize range US 2-4. I was sent a pair of pants to consider in a UK size 4, BUT UAL tag was NOT labeled as UK. It simply said "4" and was the only visible size on the garment photo, leading both myself (and I'm assuming the associate who was only sending options she believed in my range) to believe it was a size 4 US. Pants were obviously several sizes too small after size conversion. I could not wear them upon arrival. Manager refused to allow me to return them for anything other than store credit even after my explaining entire situation and sending screenshots of conversation and recalling phone conversations that were not on text. She took one screenshot out of context as "proof" that I had size information. I had a waist and inseam measurement on the pants, which in no way defines the entire fit of the pant as a whole. The waist fit me as did the length, however they were bulging tight in the legs and did not fit as they should have had they been a US size 4. She ignored dozens of other texts and conversations that made it clear that I was looking specifically at a US size range and the associate was understanding and helping me with that. Manager also told me "our customers should just know" what brands require size conversions and which do not, even though nowhere on the UAL tag did it say "UK" 4, so I would have known to make the conversion. Overall, associate was wonderful and doing her best to be helpful. But mistakes do happen and it seems unfair to penalize a customer for a sizing error that her UAL staff also made (non-intentionally). Manager was incredibly condescending and difficult to deal with. UAL has great prices and pieces, but you better hope you never have an issue with anything because there is a huge unwillingness to resolve or be anything other than stubborn and defensive over something that should be a very simple refund for a misunderstanding in which UAL absolutely shared blame. based off of conversations with an associate knowing my desired size range and these subsequent photos, I reasonably assumed and relied on UAL's staff and tag to believe that these were my correct US size.

This XXI Forever 21 location has sadly gone down over the year. The store is just always so messy…read moreand disorganized, which is why I always shop online now. With that. Being said, shopping online, I do my returns in store, and the customer service is just so unpleasant. Sales associations have attitudes from the moment you get to the register. I had a return online, and my cashier was Baina, and she asked me if my return was over or under $50, I told her that it was over $50. Some of the items were still in bags, and she forwardly said to remove them from the bag, so I did just that. She was silent the entire transaction with such an unpleasant face. When she finished my return, I patiently asked if she had a trash can for the clothes wrappers, and she didn't answer me and rolled her eyes. I just left it on the corner and walked out. I'm sorry, but my thing is i don't tell anyone where to work. If you are super unhappy and dissatisfied at work, then just don't work there to transfer your negative energy towards guests. I want to say I hope this location gets better, but I know it won't since they are now accepting SHEIN returns to that says a lot right there.

Quick turnaround too. I have been using Missy and Hahn's services for years. Costume alterations, formal dress alterations, adding appliqués or beading, sewing and everything in between. Some work was planned well in advance, other items were brought in on tight --- can you fix this in 36-48 hour type timelines. In each instance, I've been accommodated and EXTREMELY pleased with the final product. Sewn items don't look like they were "made" and that certainly is worth its weight in platinum. Most recently, I used their services for alterations for my dress, alterations and embellishments to a jumpsuit and to hem my Dad's tuxedo. Having Hahn take on these key items allowed me to focus on all the other things because I know it would be just as I wanted - the first time and ready when she said it would be. I picked the items up and didn't even try them on right away because I trust D & D just that much! It's Grade A+ every time! Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone, walk ins are accepted as well. Pricing is what you'd expect given their reputation and clientele and some times the alterations cost more than the dress/pants, but in my book--- it's worth every cent.
