I live in this area and I have NEVER been more embarrassed of my area than this evening. Burlington is always hit or miss with selection but this place is a FILTHY DISASTER!!! It smelled so bad that one of the workers even complained to me about having to work in a place that smelled so bad. I ONLY attempted to purchase an item because I needed something for a color party at work tomorrow. The people at the registers talked to one another and NEVER even acknowledged my presence. I just walked away. As I was leaving, I couldn't believe that I would even walk in a place that looks so run down. It is really a very very dirty place!

I heard they dont restock their inventories because they dont want a lot of people to go there and increase the chance of spreading covid-19 and thats actually a sacrifice. I like going there for lots of reason one of which is there are everything i need in ine store rather than go into 3 orn4 different store..

I couldn't actually find the place vis GPS because it's actually in a larger building. Being a clueless tourist, I called and Tess kindly gave me some directions... they are across from Ledo pizza! Parking is available in the back. When I came in, Tess greeted me and ended up showing me around the store! It features an amazing assortment of fun, locally made, crafty artsy items like magnets, cards, clothes and much more. It's really pretty large and quite fun to explore. I bought artsy, unique, colorful Maryland and DC fridge magnets because my fridge door is not quite full and we love the area. Lucy helped us on our second visit and was also gracious and welcoming. They have a large assortment of in-house made flavorings for lattes so my wife was very happy. My pure double espresso hit the spot and got me going! Life is great with a fun, unique, local coffee shop.

Every collection of products that's there has a picture of the local artisan, their social media, what city they're based in, and a short quote. It's fantastic! I found some local hot sauces and got my dad a gift box of them for Father's Day (don't tell)! There are a few big crafting tables where it would appear that they have a schedule of crafting classes. Sounds like a really cool group activity. And there's still more --- they have a quaint cafe on the back wall! I got myself a caramel brownie, almond croissant, and chocolate croissant. The brownie was fantastic -- I'll report back on the other two, but I have high hopes. Drinks are available too. Aside from the crafting tables, you may have to take your stuff outside to snack. I'm unsure whether you can sit at those tables with food & drink -- I should've asked!

This location was significantly better in every way. The store was much cleaner, way more spacious, and actually organized enough to shop without feeling overstimulated. The products were also noticeably better with more variety and less random junk thrown everywhere. The service was quicker too. I was able to get in and out without standing in a line that felt like a full time job. The overall shopping experience just felt smoother and less chaotic. Parking was in abundance, staff moved with a little more urgency, and I didn't leave annoyed for once. If I had to choose between this location and Rockville, College Park wins EASY.

I was excited to see a new store here and I've been a few times since opening but I won't be returning. It's been a disappointment every time. Ross is typically a place where I'm guaranteed to find something but not this one. I don't know how it's decided what merchandise goes to each particular store, but this one is in need of help! I would think being in a college town, it would a good choice for customers, but I've never seen the store with more than two or three shoppers.

I didn't stop in, but I kept it in the back of my mind. Fast forward two weeks later, I need an outfit for my office's holiday party. After going in literally every other clothing store in the mall, I remembered this place and instantly knew they'd have what I needed. It's safe to say that they didn't let me down. The staff in there seemed very friendly. One was in conversation with a customer, another was walking around steaming the suit jackets, which made me realize just how much they take care of their items. I also saw a man working in the back room on a sewing machine. This place is so cool, and has some styles that I have never seen anywhere else, like shiny spiky boots and crazy-colored blazers! I don't wanna give too many details about what I found, but I was able to go into the fitting room, try on various sizes, and get what I needed. I cannot wait to wear it, and I will share a pic after. If I get compliments, I will be reassured that I made the right choice! I'm proud of my purchase as it is.
