Things are generally well stocked, and the staff will glady check to see if there's anything in the back in case the staff haven't had a chance to restock a particular shelf yet. Only real caveats are that the pharmacy doesn't adertise what they only carry behind the counter (diabetic supplies) so you have to ask, and the in-store Pizza Hut is a ghost-station (as always). I do wish the Starbucks would re-open the area they closed down during the pandemic, but that modification seems like it's permanent, for now at least.

The clerk refused stating that we need to open our own account to get discounts for us. I asked my wife to sign up just to get out of the situation and after we checked out the clerk was condescending about how we shouldn't give my mom the discount and we should use it for us. Unfortunately, It's going to be a wasted discount primarily from being pressured to sign up for their program.

I had two very upsetting experiences at this Kohl's location -- once on October 30th and again…read morerecently. On both visits, I brought an Amazon return to the desk while wearing a shirt that referenced Israel. Each time, the employee at the desk noticeably reacted with visible agitation when she read my shirt. She made a frustrated or disgusted noise and gave me a harsh look. When I thanked her and wished her a nice day, she responded again with what sounded like a harsh growl or grunt -- but I noticed she was friendly and polite with other customers. I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against because of what my shirt said. I hope Kohl's takes incidents like this seriously and reminds employees that all customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background or beliefs. I did attempt to contact the store manager at the time and did report my concern. I felt dismissed, however, as the manager appeared to be in a hurry and gradually walked away as I was describing what occurred. I brought the attention to the Kohl's online support team, but don't feel that was sufficient, given their generic and vague comments.

Let them judge for themselves what they think is "fashion" while you get to spend $10 for a dress instead of $400 at Macy's. So, I'm converted. Roscoe Square isn't a bad looking shopping center for Chicago's Roscoe Village neighborhood. What…read morestood out to me during my visit here is that it has two supermarkets which are Mariano's and Jewel - Osco. Other stores in the shopping center are Supercuts, Sprint, Petco, Toys "R" Us, GNC, Wing stop, Meatheads, PNC Bank and Orange Theory Fitness Center. As for my visit, I came here on two separate occasions which were to utilize the Red-box machines at both Walgreens and Jewel - Osco, plus for a TCF Bank visit at Jewel - Osco. It seems very redundant to have two Red-box machines next to each other, as well as two supermarkets in the same center. It would be more beneficial to put one of the two in another neighborhood versus both in one neighborhood, but that's just my opinion. Moreover, depending on the time of your visit you may encounter many of the Lane Tech College Prep students due to the campus being next door, so don't be surprised. As for future visits it would most likely be for TCF Bank deposits which I do like once every month, but since there are so many Jewel - Osco locations scattered throughout Chicago/Chicagoland with TCF Bank branches attached the chances of regularly visits for me are very slim. The Christmas tree was tall with different kinds of decor including mini gifts, stars at the top, balls and Christmas lights. It also has a gift beside the Christmas tree. The Christmas light outside looks pretty amazing when it's on. It has a different color including blue, red, yellow and violet. The reindeers and snowballs outside were looking great. This Christmas decor was bought by this mall. And if you're looking for a decor that has a fair price and has good quality you can come to this place. My mom highly recommends this mall. We will be back here after she's done at her work to buy another Christmas decor.
