As for the "Pharmacist" he kept looking over his shoulder and then acted like he was going to come to the window but obviously either no back bone or maybe I was correct. Meds order was placed New Years eve around 3pm, they closed at 5 and was not opened to till today. I received a text 5:15 NYE stating meds were ready well I went today and she laughed said its supposed to be in on her delivery and then smirked. As I was leaving the truck was in the parking lot. I asked when is the delivery coming in she shrugged her shoulders and said "well it's supposed to be in around 11 but with the holidays I just don't know and I can't give you what I don't have". I then told her just give me what she dose then she mumbled something about she don't under stand why I am being so (her mike went out at this point) I told her I being nothing. then she stapled my scrips and threw then in the drawer. Bet she won't be too successful with that attitude. This Walgreens just lost 12 people just from my side. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS WALGREENS BUT TAKE THE DRIVE TO ANOTHER ONE.

Not nearly the same experience this time around. I love my blinds and they look great. And the few with flaws were replaced, no questions asked. But, this franchise seems to wipe their hands clean of you, after you've ordered. I would have thought that the woman who sold me the blinds would show up for installation, especially given that a third party did their installation. (Just to reassure me, the customer, and make sure that everything was satisfactory!). But, nope. I also would have thought that she'd be more communicative about the replacement blinds and installation. When the replacements were to be installed, I had to call and confirm and ask what time. That should not be! They should call me with an approximate arrival time. I also wasn't given notice as to when the second 50% payment would be charged to my debit card. I happened to check my online banking and realized that she had charged me. Given the significant amount, a heads up would have been nice. Thankfully it was in my account. Overall, the customer service was not up to par with my Budget Blinds experience last year in a different state. But, I do love my blinds and the price was fair.

When she saw me waiting, she clocked in, threw on her name tag, answered the phone real quick and was happy to help out! Wow! She took her time to make sure I got the right shoes. I got some great tips on training and lacing my shoes along the way. They are highly knowledgeable, respectful, no/low-pressure, and extremely helpful.
