Needed a new pair of running shoes. When I got there, they only had one salesperson working and he was already fitting two people with shoes. It just so happened that another employee, Katie, was in the store picking something up. When she saw me waiting, she clocked in, threw on her name tag, answered the phone real quick and was happy to help out! Wow! She took her time to make sure I got the right shoes. I got some great tips on training and lacing my shoes along the way. They are highly knowledgeable, respectful, no/low-pressure, and extremely helpful. Took my new shoes out for a run today...they are awesome and fit great. Night and day from my old shoes...which were high quality but weren't the right fit. Love the great customer service! I had been wearing the same brand/style of running shoe for 10+ years so I always ordered on line, stopped in with my husband to look at shoes for him and ended up getting an updated evaluation for myself, too. The salesperson said the shoes I was wearing would be one he would recommend but could also recommend others - love the honesty that what I was wearing was good if I liked it but also that I can try something new if I wanted.
