Tried purchasing a truck through here, put down a deposit, jumped through a million hoops to secure…read moreall the funds on my end during COVID and had everything in place with a date to close on all the funds and even had the bill of sale in my email. I couldn't speed up the bank processes because COVID and had kept the dealership informed of everything every step of the way, even went as far as sending the confirmation of the bank commitment of the funds and what did I get, I got the truck sold in a back door deal out from under me even though I had a BILL OF SALE. Who might you ask did this lovely back door deal, the owner Wally Sr., who I spoke to two days before this shady deal went down who was supposed to call me back 15 minutes after I spoke to him and never did and now I know why. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this shady ass business and I definitely wouldn't recommend any one to even entertain the thought of perusing their lot because quite frankly, you can't be sure that the vehicle you purchase is one that you'd be able to leave with. I had to give one star to post the review, I'd prefer to give no stars.

I also have worked in the industry and have purchased many used vehicles throughout my years. Entering the dealership I immediately had the sense this 42 year old dealership stood the test of time for a reason. Long story shortened, the truck I purchased had major rear differential problems. Having a sound mechanical background myself I could understand how the issue could have gone undetected. Wally, the owner of the dealership dived right in making sure the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a used vehicle Niagara Auto Sales.

Despite this…read morebeing a flagship vehicle that supposedly passed their '150-point inspection' and has been serviced twice at this location under my care, the 6.4L HEMI V8 engine completely seized while my wife and two infants were in the vehicle. This is a total failure of their service department. They had multiple opportunities to identify the issues that led to a total engine seizure just 19,000 km after purchase. Now, despite taking my money for the vehicle and the premium warranty, they are attempting a substandard, cut-rate repair instead of a full factory engine replacement. You cannot 'patch' a seized engine; metal debris from a seizure contaminates the entire block. A $140,000 vehicle requires a brand-new factory engine to be safe and reliable. The Service Management has been consistently non-responsive, avoiding my direct calls and emails and delegating communication to staff members who have no authority to resolve the issue. They were happy to take my money for the car and warranty, but they are 100% at fault for missing these issues during their inspections. We have served notice to preserve the motor for independent forensic analysis. Legal action is underway

I have taken my car to this dealership many many times and have been let down on all occasions for…read moreservice. Twice I had an oil change etc prior to leaving to Florida. The first time was a disaster which left me on the side of the road on my way through the mountains. They had taken my turbo charger out to fix an oil leak and literally duct taped it back together trying to conceal a broken part on their behalf. My husband flew back with the evidence to show them. The manager Mike, was rude and unsupportive. I continued to go there with similar results and the last time i had an oil change they changed my "entertainment/navigation screen and radio as it was delaminating. I was told they were too busy and understaffed to deal with my warrantee people, so I had to do that myself and pay upfront. I was not told I was given a refurbished radio until i tried to hook up the Sirius XM again. I had insisted they clean up all the back of the radio as the glue had melted into the back of the screen. They did not. It came back sticky, and of course broke down on the way to Florida so I had a silent drive with no nav. After calling the manager mike 3 times, he finally called me back, offered no support or a way to fix my issue. (now I am in Florida for 3 months) and had the lack of professionalism to tell me I didn't need to come back to Chrysler anymore and not to bring up dirty laundry of previous encounters with him. How incredibly rude. Do not take your vehicle here. They are unprofessional and rude.

Purchased a vehicle on 12-23-21 from Dave on payment plan. 6 months later I get my first( of 4)…read moreletters from DMV stating they could not issue me a title for my vehicle because of a discrepancy in the mileage. His mileage was lower than the mileage stated when he bought it. I took this letter to him and he said he would take care of it. Approximately 1 month later I received my 2 nd letter from the DMV stating the exact same thing. I took that letter to him also. He said he was working on it. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. If I could give this a 0 star I would. And my vehicle was totaled and because of his screw up and neglect to fix it when I asked this held up my insurance pavement for 2 month which included his pay off. And he has the nerve to charge me late fees.

Took forever to get the title cause he refused to do the necessary paperwork. And when I tried talking to him he just brushed me off and was kinda rude about it. Like he didn't have time to talk to me cause he already knew he had his money. And he charged me late fees for his mistake.
