On a relative scale, this local burger place in Irwin is really good; you won't leave hungry or disappointed. Opening earlier this year it brought another much needed restaurant to the Irwin area. The burgers are very good and so are the fries. There are a lot of creative burgers which do really well to pull many different flavors together. Service was prompt and extremely friendly. Very casual environment which i believe is also BYOB. Great spot for lunch or to grab dinner with the kids. Also they have a gluten free bun option which is awesome. read more

I like this burger themed restaurant as it is a great addition to the Irwin restaurant list. It is run by the same family as at wood fired pizza place called Dō Wood, also in Irwin, and I think they have one or two other small (right sized) eateries in Irwin, a Taco place and a Salad place (which I haven't tried yet) So I've been to burgher burger three times and always got the portobello mushroom option as a vegetarian version of a burger, which you can have with any burger. It's called Caruso and has things like mozzarella and tomatoes on it with a delicious aioli Mayo. I think all the choices are creative and delicious (from what my dining partners say). The second and third times were take out. And during the Covid times they had a table with condiments as well as a stack of TP. The wait staff person said "Yeah, if you need a roll, take one" This kind of whimsy and humor is what makes you think these restaurants are pretty creative. I'm happy to support them! read more

What a nice place to eat. We started with the pretzel sticks and fried cheese curds. They were good. Then I had the Junkman. It was juicy delicious and cook to perfection. My wife had the Mander and she said it was delicious. The waitress was helpful and very nice. A real good experience. A must try in my book. read more

Checked it out for first time tonight. We all enjoyed our meal, Po Boy special, BBQ burger, kids chicken strips and Grilled Cheese. Fresh quality ingredients, we noted how fresh the po boy roll was and kid's meals appeared to be fresh and not pre-made junk you usually find on kids menus. The pulled pork on the BBQ burger was very good, the burger was a bit salty. I plan to return to try another burger. Overall this was a great value, $41 for two adults and 2 children. Some of our party are plant based eaters and they have mushroom burger and a veggie burger all homemade. We all talked about how good the food was days after. As other's mentioned, this little gem is owned by the same people that own Do Wood Pizza just around the corner. Thank goodness for both - because downtown Irwin needs some good eats! If you are a fan of Do, I'm sure you would enjoy Burgher Burger. Anyway, ironically my husband and I had salads (not burgher burgers!) and they were delicious. Pros: staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, and the food is tasty. My only negative is that the restaurant is really just one small room, so it can get very loud if the place were full. I've been there twice now and I have to say it's a great addition to downtown irwin. I've had a burger and steak sandwich and I preferred the buffet best out of the two. I would get the steak again but ask for no salt, the seasoning was too heavy for me. The staff has been nothing less then wonderful each time. Amber was our server and was excellent! This is not Tessaros, but it is probably the best burger place in the Irwin area and on top of that, they are open on Sunday night! Superb burger joint. Burgher Burgher has a variety of unique takes on burgers and it that were not enough, they gladly take customizations. They use only the freshest ingredients and a custom blend of ground beef. In addition to burgers, they have a fantastic Philly chicken that perfectly pairs roasted red peppers with their pesto sauce. I had the pleasure to chow down at Burgher Burger on a recent trip to Pittsburgh and it did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in I could feel the hospitality. The place was buzzing but I spotted a seat on bench by the corner and was promptly greeted by a polite server. She recommended starting with the chili nachos, they were awesome! I had trouble deciding on burger, so I went with the signature Burgher Burger. I could tell right away that ingredients were top notch. This is my new go-to burger. My husband and I have lived in seven different states in the last 10 years, and Burgher Burger is easily in our top 5 burgers ever. Toppings were fantastic, and the beef was well done, but still flavorful and juicy. We took the last open table in the place. Despite being packed, the service was attentive and helpful.
