I'm glad I drove 400 miles to be there during the visit. All employees are very nice and there is value to that. I have always had great service by Burgesons until today. Technician Marc came for routine annual maintenance and when he left temp rose to 90 in my house. I called and was told he could not return for 3-4 hours. This was not acceptable. Luckily I had other concrete workers at my home who found that Marc forgot to turn back on the circuit breaker that he shit off to work on system. I am do disappointed as I am having electrical panel upgraded by burgesons tomorrow and now having doubts if I chose the right company. Burgesons always higher priced than others but service has always been excellent. So disappointed. read more

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Lance who saved the day- literally!! We had had a few of the guys out over the past few weeks for different issues that the AC unit was presenting with, after talking to the technicians and them looking at it, it was checking out "normal" at the time. Until last night when our blower motor and control board blew- leaving us without any air in this triple digit heat. That's when Lance came to the rescue! Not only was he early, but he was so knowledgeable, personable, and has such experience & expertise in the field that it in no time he found the precise issue(s), called in to see if parts were available, and then communicated clearly and professionally that he would go and get them and be back to get it all fixed up and the AC back on! Yay! After being so patient and kind to listen to me and answer all of my questions it began to all piece together as to what was happening these last few weeks before the it went out completely.... I am finally getting around to writing this review two weeks later. I live in San Jose and in the process of helping my aunt who lives in Fontana. She is 88 years old and have no children of her own. She needs a lot of help with her house to improve her quality of living. My husband found out that our aunty has been living for years without a furnace or central air. We got three quotes and Randy from Burgeson's came over and gave us a quote and was never pushy about trying to make a deal. In fact, my husband told Randy that it would be at least a month before we could make a decision, and he said that was fine. I am so happy that husband chose this company. The crew that was dispatched to do the installation was on time and waiting for us since we were flying in. Agung (who seemed to be the crew leader) was very thorough explaining what they were going to do on the first day and the two days after. The crew: Richard Garcia, Steven Rodriguez, David Hernandez and Raymond Chavez were so considerate and I loved hearing their cute banter with each other while they were working. They included us within their conversation while they were very respectful. While the project was underhand, Agung pointed out that there were live wires exposed and brought the main boss out to access the situation then suggested they have their electrician come out and fix the problem. Anthony came out and spent the whole day capping or boxing all the live wires. He was awesome! Anthony while in the attic found termites and suggested a company to come and take care of it. Strange to say but these young men made me feel as it I truly was "family"! Eddie and Adrian, the installers showed up on time and took care to cover everything to protect from dust. They explained to me everything they were doing and stayed until the work was completed. I had changed out a HVAC system on my rental. We headed out to a good start till the day the work was started. I had to very meticulously read the contract to find out that the furnace that was quoted to me was not going to be put in the house. The wiring change out that I was going to be charged was not need but still part of the charges of installing HVAC system. Me and my son both requested to see the city permit that was supposedly pulled before the start of work. No permit was shown except verbal assurance. The permit was not pulled till after the work was completed. I hope rest of the warranties and other promises are full filled without further mishaps. read more

Burgeson's is awesome! I had initially called them out for a leak. Rafael and his supervisor Ryan went out of their way to find out it was actually a broken sewer line. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Rafael and Edgar came out with Ryan to make sure they could locate the leak. They found the leak and went to work. A long story short Rafael and Edgar found the pipe but it was falling apart due to a cast iron pipe having a pvc pipe to fox, zip tied to the cast iron pipe,then encased it in concrete. The only choice due to the sewer line being shot was to reroute the line. The team came out Monday to reroute the line and did an awesome job. Supervisors Ryan and Travis were great in explaining what was wrong with our sewer pipe and the best way to get it fixed. I want to shout out Rafael, Edgar, David and I didn't get the fourth guy's name. These guys kicked butt and had our pipe working on the second day. They came back Wednesday to compact the soil and repair what they moved to put the new line in. Awesome staff! read more
