I have had the pleasure of using the services of Burgeson's Heating and Air Conditioning at my home as well as a Real Estate Property manager. Burgeson's is and was my "go to" company for everything HVAC. I have never been disappointed in their service and have recommended them to numerous other property owners and managers. This past month my wife and I decided it was time to replace the 20 year-old HVAC units in our home. From sales to install Burgeson's proved, once again, why they are my "go to" company. I am writing this e-mail primarily to express my thoughts about the crew that spent an entire day at our home installing our new HVAC system. The excellent crew were: Josh M. Nate V. Richard K. Kyle T. Vincent and Carlos. From start to finish they were courteous, communicative and respectful of our home. The day began with on-time arrival and brief explanation of what they would be doing. They acquainted themselves with our dogs and made sure our dogs would never be an issue during the install. By the end of the day they were our dogs' best friends. They laid down protective floor coverings everywhere they trafficked. They informed us of anything they thought we might need to know. When one of their workers was injured they even informed us of that as it briefly interrupted work as the situation was quickly resolved. From 8:30AM to approximately 5:30 PM work was non-stop with every worker professionally doing the work they, obviously, had been well trained to do. Everyone was friendly in every interaction with us as we were on the property all day. Near the end of the day couple of others came to the property I assume to check on progress etc. At the end of the day/install the crew went in to "clean-up" mode. They cleaned, vacuumed and brought our home back to better condition than it was when they started. Josh walked us through the major aspects of how to use our new system including making sure we were able to install the app on our phones as well as zoning etc. As any good teacher does he had us actually program/set the system to be sure we understood before he left the property. He also made it clear that he/Burgesons were their for any future needs regarding the system etc. He also informed us of what follow-up would occur and a bit about Bergusons service maintenance which we will likely purchase when the time comes. All and all the entire process of purchasing and installation of our new HVAC system was excellent and painless. Burgesons has once again lived up to the trust and professionalism I have come to expect from them over the course of the last 7 years. It is obvious they only hire the best. HVAC broke 02/28/25. We spoke to several contractors, prices ranged from $13,430 for basic replacement to $18,345 for complete replacement from Burgeson's, Costco's contractor. The quality of the installations were diverse, ranging from using all the existing ductwork, vents, concrete slabs to replacing everything brand new. We decided to go with Costco and Burgeson, number one because the unit was high efficiency and everything that was existing except ductwork was to be replaced with brand new. The second was we would receive a 10% gift card of the total cost from Costco and by using our Citibank Visa receive an additional $385 cash reward, making Costco's estimate out of pocket $16,125.50. The Costco crew arrived the next day and were informed, no shoes were allowed in the house, the 3 installers immediately stated no problem, laid down plastic tarps everywhere they walked and used covers for their boots to protect our wood main floors and carpeted bedrooms. Each man was sooo careful with both disassembling and hauling away the old attic central heater parts, plenum, etc, breaking items down to be sure not to damage the ceiling, any furniture, walls and cabinets, wheeling everything out in small sections and hauling everything away. Then bringing the large new disassembled unit in so that nothing was damaged when being installed. The conversations were always positive and when ask questions, not only were the answers easily understandable, but pictures were provided to show us how things looked when finished, The pictures were amazing! It took one day to finish, everything was replaced from vents to the return air register with brand new. The installers made everything look perfect when they were done, and when they left the house, it was as if they were never there except everything looked brand new. Number one they hide nothing when it comes to pricing! They give you the best deal (I quoted 4 other companies they didn't come close to Burgeson's and one company even admitted Burgeson's was the way to go ha-ha!) They also work with good quality equipment. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I literally don't know what more to say about these guys other than they were just so purely professional and incredible. I have never had a company come into our home which we've had many of throughout our life...many top notch companies for good quality stuff, but Burgeson's was just so exceptionally different and awesome all the way around! They were so respectful, so polite, good quality people. I don't even know how much more to give them a positive review and all the feedback that I can say about them. I'm also the biggest germaphobe you'll probably ever meet...and when company came to my house before I could even ask them to cover up they did. I made a comment of how much I appreciated it. So when I hired Burgeson's to install our entire new AC system and replace our water heater they had told the guys that I as the customer was more comfortable with masks and shoe covers. I had no idea. The reason I knew that is because I told the men working, "wow you guys are all masked and wear shoe covers always". The men told me the company took notes that I preferred that. I was blown away by that detail the company picked up on by visiting my house just once. Very impressive!! For two days those guys wore masks and shoe covers during entire installation! You guys are literally the best! THANK YOU! To add a cherry on top, at the end of that installation they literally put all our stuff back in the garage our quad, tools, boxes, and organized everything. Above and beyond! After about 5-years of putting it off and getting everything out of our original HVAC system, the blower started to overheat and that was our sign to "bite the bullet". I had obtained Burgeson's ph # months back while they were working on a local gym relocation. Read all the reviews and was very impressed so I coordinated an estimate visit a couple days later. Robert called and notified me of his ETA that morning and was at my house precisely when expected. I don't know about you but if you're responsible and in business to serve people, timeliness is everything. Robert evaluated my situation and later sat down with me and explained some options. The price was a bit higher than what I anticipated but I'll admit I'm really cheap anyway and really had no idea what replacing an entire system and ducting would cost. I happily scheduled the installation for the following Saturday as that was the soonest appointment and the hot weather was right around the corner. Baltazar, Ed, Richard, and Josh arrived exactly when they said they would and with everything they needed. The crew was flawless! One attacked the condenser replacement outside, another the air handling unit in the garage, and the other two handled the attic ducting, registers, and code upgrades. Each helped the other as needed and in under 8-hours they were cleaned up and gone and our house was refreshingly cold. Inside and out you couldn't tell any work had even occurred. Seriously! These guys were courteous, diligent, and professional. My wife and I merely stayed out of their way. Last week we had 105+ degree weather and continued Covid-19 "stay-at-home-orders". It's at those times you realize how much you appreciate every penny spent and quality of work performed. Best money I ever spent!! Burgeson's replaced the heating and air conditioning system @ my mom's house after the the heater took a dump on the 3rd of January 2024. As usual with larger projects there's lots of research to do, almost endless regarding the World Wide Web's information at hand. I get a minimum of three estimates from installer's within the Inland Empire to hear some facts and get their professional opinion regarding what's best for this home and the budget it must operate within. Burgeson's has come out to inspect the systems performance @ the start of California's two seasons, the Hot one and the Cold one if you know what I mean. I'm very happy with the Lennox system chosen and even happier with the choice to have a long standing family business with employees from office staff, estimators, system installer's and maintenance service technicians. Oh Yeah, the energy savings alone with my new system has postponed if not removed the need to rent out the roof, of a mortgage free house, to a solar company to keep electricity bill at or around, a hundred bucks a month. LOL With gas and electric bills combined being cheaper than my attitudes Butt, because it's just fine cooking in winter and frozen during the Hot August Nights of summer, BURGESON'S ROCKS One and one half year's to form proper overall rating of five stars.......... Where to begin? I recently purchased a new home and I knew that my AC and heating system needed some work. I waited as long as I could just knowing that the work would be costly. I was approached by a representative from Burgeson's while shopping in Costco & she sold me from the start. I expressed my concerns to her in regards to the cost being so high etc and she immediately explained that they offer different financing options that could fit my budget. I agreed to leave my information with her and have someone come out to my home and give me a quote(possibly the best decision ever). Nate was the representative who came to my home to give me a quote and immediately I was sold. I could tell that Nate had my best interest at heart and that it wasn't just another "business transaction". Nate explained all of my options based on my situation and made me feel comfortable with the decision to go with Burgeson's for the job at hand. Justin and his crew came out to do the actual installation and replacement for my new air and heat system and I was also impressed with their service. The guys were very professional, punctual and made sure that the job was done well despite working in 109 degrees. We are currently experiencing a heat wave and although it's 109 degrees on the outside I am happy to say that my new system has my house super cool and works wonderfully. I was looking for a new HVAC & Plumbing contractor since, after decades of using Ballard's, their prices skyrocketed and their business practices became shady and sketchy. This past weekend my plumbing clogged due to a blockage in the main drain...weirdly opportune for pushing my hand at getting the new toilet installed which I had purchased a couple of weeks ago at Costco. I called Burgeson's this morning and they sent Rafael, who arrived shortly after the beginning of the time window I was given. GREAT SERVICE! He cleared the main drain quickly and went to work on removing the old toilet and installing the new one. Work was almost done when the toilet got a freak break at the back when he was attaching the tank (it was definitely NOT due to over torquing). Rafael got in touch with the office and found an equal replacement (Kohler) at Lowe's. The office reassigned his next appointment to someone else and he went to Lowe's to buy the replacement. He returned and quickly removed the defective toilet and installed the new one. He also took the original toilet and the broken one away to dispose of for me. They did not charge me any additional for the replacement or the additional labor, which was impressive since I didn't by the toilet from them. Their office staff is polite and knowledgeable and gave me a quote over the phone, which they adhered to. I very highly recommend Burgeson's for your plumbing needs. What an amazing company from the very beginning when Rick came and gave us a quote to when Frank and his crew did the work. Everyone is polite and will answer any questions you have. There was no high pressure to buy, but only helpful people who were there to answer any question you might have. A thorough inspection was made of the equipment we had by Rick with suggestions of what we might need. Different choices were offered to us so we could purchase within our budget. Rebates were also explained to us. When installation started, Frank and his crew first but out plastic and coverings so our floors and walls were protected. They even cleaned each day after they were done so there was no mess left behind. The crew worked hard for three days and it was finished. Even though we had no heat for one day, it was well worth it. We now have new AC, heat, duct work, vents, thermostat, insulation all done and could not ask for a better job. All the staff is amazing and we are very happy with the service we received. Burgeson gave us the paperwork we needed for the HERO program and utility rebates. They always followed up to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. From the beginning to the end Rick was overseeing the progress of the work being done. We had both an electrical issue and an AC issue in the same week and Burgeson's fantastic with both. A/C: our A/C system went out in the middle of a heat wave. Burgeson's got a tech to us quickly, and when we decided we wanted to see about a new system, Nate came out to give us options, even coming after business hours to get the process moving more quickly. The installation happened on time and with a highly professional team. Indeed, I want to note this specifically: the original bid we received involved keeping our old duct work, which was in good condition. The install team came out, saw the duct work, realized it was too small for the new system, and replaced it. No new work order. No increased costs. They say an issue and fixed it immediately and our next system is running great. Electrical: Eddie came out to check on a shower fan that had stopped working. Quite possibly the nicest tradesperson we've ever worked with. Did an excellent job, was very up front about pricing and options, and even spent time to talk Legos with our son. First of all Robby our Design specialist was very knowledgeable in what we needed. He even scheduled us for a next day installation. Nate and David came the next day to install our new HVAC System and Duct work. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was built in 1901 and the Furnace and Duct work was underneath the House, where Nate and David had to work in the crawl space underneath. These guys were awesome. It took 3 days to install the entire system and every time they came from underneath the house all dusty and dirty they remained professional and courteous. These guys are the best! Nate who likes to talk made us feel comfortable with our decision on getting the new system. (Lol Nate shared with us he likes to talk so I thought I just throw it in here!
