First time at a Burgerville, and the burgers looked interesting, but I was in the mood for fish, and I'm used to really good fish from Culver's in a land-locked state, so how bad could it be? I ordered the 3-piece halibut, $14-something, which comes with coleslaw, fries, 2 tartar sauces, and no drink. I opted for the extra tartar sauce, so a little over $15. In the bag, I got fries, a lemon wedge, 2 tartar sauces, 3 tiny little fish wafers that were supposed to be the 3-piece, and that's it. I had to ask for the 3rd tartar sauce I had been charged for. I also noticed no coleslaw. I asked about it, and they said they were out. The excuse was the manager just didn't prep enough of them that morning. I asked for a salad instead, and they said the salads were too big to substitute, would I like to buy a salad? So they have all the burger fixins, but could not improvise a small salad for the coleslaw? And they weren't going to tell me that they just left the coleslaw out, or the tartar they upcharged me for, so I would have driven off, having paid $15 for a medium fry and 1 filet's worth of fish, which is basically what happened. I've added a pic I found online. Imagine a couple ounces of thin, breaded discount fish, cooked about twice as long as a McDonald's filet o fish. If you can't see them, they are hiding behind the fries. I tried to use the Burgerville site to report the shoddy drive thru service, but their form requires a picture captcha, and whoever did the website frames shit the bed, and you have to vertically scroll-center the page, and the form, and then the frame to see the full captcha. A full minute of futzing around with the tiniest images of bikes, busses, and street lights, and I went here instead. read more

My son & I decided to try this place, my son had the colossal burger minus lettuce & tomatoes, I had the northwest burger, we also had their onion rings to go, when we got to hotel they got everything right. The sign says the dining room is supposed to be open til 11pm. Very disappointed in this corporation, especially the Gresham/Hogan location. I was in the drive through after dark a couple months ago and was directed to pull into the waiting area. In the process my car sustained damage due to the curb and parking lot having unmarked hole/damage, which my car fell into. The store manager was told about this and initially expressed a desire and willingness to take care of the damage. He said he was turning it over to their insurance company, but I was never contacted. Numerous attempts were made to reconnect with management over the past couple months and no messages have been returned. If this is the kind of company this is I will not be frequenting it in the future and encourage others to not support them either. read more

This was our second time here and it was better than the first time. The Yelpers here are pretty harsh but we gave them another chance. It was about an hour to closing time so I'm sure the crew was tired - hence the sloppy burger. But it was tasty enough and the drive-through gal was friendly and patient. Last time we were here the drive-through person was one of those "like, whatever" kind of guys. We missed the Truffle Fries but I'm sure they were just their usual fries spritzed with truffle oil. Speaking of which, the fries were pretty good. Just the right amount of salty greasiness you'd expect from a drive-through joint and *not cold* which was great. Where do I begin , this is my true , and honest testimony. My wife and I decided to have a late lunch at Burgerville in Gresham off 242 and stark. Long story short we were treated as poorly as one could be treated, called a liar ,robbed then kicked out by a female manager named Willow. My wife ordered fish and chips and the fish arrived but no chips , also I did not receive my NW burger , and lastly I needed a spoon for my seasonal strawberry shortcake. When I asked for my NW burger I was given just that but it' was ice cold and not fully cooked, I then asked for a spoon and was given a strawberry shake instead I just needed our fries and our 33 plus dollar order would finally be given to us. However that was not happening today I guess so. Willow the manager came over to our table took our receipt from us said we were lying then an employee came over and said I did not give them the fries. However it was too late Willow said we had to leave without out complete order . So ya we were robbed and kicked out and treated like no one should ever be treated. So please do not support this awful terrible place where it's clearly not a family friendly environment. Every burgerville is different. This one just happens to be the closest one I can visit the most. I love the fact that burgerville gives back to the community and that they use local ingredients. Service is always nice, however not always fast. The prices for some burgers are kinda pricey for what you get. The burger patties are a bit thin for my liking. Oh sure...they still taste good, but sometimes I feel like I could eat two more burgers just because they are on the small side. Yeah, like I'm going to really eat 3 burgers. Nope. Anyway, the fries and seasonal shakes are always a favorite. This Gresham Burgerville could use a face lift however. Its showing its age. Some of the tiles in the floor are cracked and broken, walls need some painting, some wobbly chairs need to be replaced, bathrooms need help etc.... Place has become a real joke. Second summer in a row they aren't selling onion rings, they only open from noon to 7pm. They had no change. Their dining room is closed. I went to the location on 162nd and division, night and day. This has to be the worst Burgerville in all of Oregon and Washington. I had such a horrible experience with a manager that they offered me a gift card but just like their good service, it never ended up making it to the customer. They failed so many times with honoring the burgerville app they've obviously been pulled out of the apps data base. I like this place! Burgerville is a nice alternative to Micky D's and BK for fast food. They offer sweet potato fries, milkshakes, smoothies, salads, great sandwiches, and burgers! The food here tastes better than the typical fast food joints I'm used to. When I stop here, I enjoy the Tillamook Cheeseburger or Halibut Fish Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries plus the Caramel Apple Sundae for dessert. The apples are baked in a buttery cinnamon sauce & topped with Ghirardelii caramel, sooo good. Coca Cola soft drinks are self serve and there's free Wi-Fi is available too (password posted inside restaurant). On 8/02/2023 I went through the drive-thru and ordered food. For the second time in as many weeks after arriving at home I discovered I was shorted an item (Crispy Halibut Sandwich which amounted to almost 1/3 of the total bill's cost. I didn't check the tamper free boxes my order came in due to not wanting to make people wait in line longer than they already had. Upon calling the next morning the manager, Jessie, told me it was just a mistake and wanted to know if I ever worked in a fast food restaurant. I suggested that if a procedure was in place those mistakes wouldn't be as frequent. I won't be going back as this has happened more than occasionally.
