I love their impossible sliders and their onion rings too! The falafel is to notch as well. I've been here and to a couple other locations and I've never left disappointed. I will say sometimes the service isn't the best and sometimes they are out of stuff, but in my experience it's mostly the falafel. All in all this is a solid place to grub and have cold beers. Giving Burgerim a second chance. I didn't particularly enjoy my experience at the other location. The food was okay, and I felt like I couldn't really tell the burgers apart. And the service there, which was supposed to be table service, was barely that. At this place: it's smaller and there's not table service, but the service was as good as or better than the other place. Friendly. Fast enough, considering it's made-from-scratch burgers. And the burgers were very good. I got a trio to eat there, and one to take to work. The trio had some of the same things I had at the other location: lamb, and Spanish beef, plus a crispy chicken. All three were great sandwiches, on good buns with good toppings. I also got the fries, just plain fries but thick, while still crispy on the outside, and very good. I got the dry aged beef burger to go. It held up well, and was a very good burger. Meaty patty, good bun, cheese and bacon and fried onions. Yum. Not healthy though. I am very glad that this location was better. Maybe I just had a bad experience last time at the other one. Also, I should just note that the three burgers were not tiny sliders- they were maybe half size, and three was plenty to fill me up with a few fries. And, when I told them that I would have the trio there and take the other one for lunch, they waited to make the second one, and brought it out to me at the table. Not every place will do that. I ordered food for pickup. The online ordering was a bit difficult, because at first the site kept opting for delivery. I finally decided to call them to order, but the number at this location went straight to voicemail on the first ring both times. I was finally able to order pickup through ChowNow with Google login. The main reason for going here is because they offer halal (zabeha) meat. As I have family members with this necessity, I thought to go out of the way to order from here. The family box said it would include onion rings along with the burgers, fries, and wings, but ours did not include any. This was a bummer because I always love a good onion ring. I found the burgers to be on the smaller side. I did not like their choice of potato buns at all. The tops of the buns peel off and I believe the burgers would be much better with a different style of bun. With the family box, you can only order two styles of burgers, so we went with angus beef and grilled chicken. The meat I thought was good and both were well made. The chicken wings were good, but nothing spectacular. We got the sweet chilli garlic flavor. The family box was around $45, including tax and does fill up a family of 4. read more

Grabbed some quick bite at BurgerIM. I love the selection of their premium toppings and the way that you can customize your burger. I would recommend to get the Duo or the Trio. A TOTAL LETDOWN, and we will NOT be patronizing BurgerIM again. First, the 2 burgers in the $10 burger Duo are tiny. They're more like sliders - definitely each smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger. If combined, the patties of both burgers in the Duo don't add up to a quarter pounder, but they certainly don't tell you that. Both of my tiny burgers were dry. I got one beef and one lamb. They were just dry. Not flavorful at all - just dry previously frozen meat disks. Their fries are round cross-cut thin slices of whole potatoes. Meh, they were OK, I guess. But only OK. All in all, I spent $30 bucks to have burgers delivered for my son and me, and $12 at Wendy's would've been infinitely tastier. Holy smokes Batman! I've seen this place on High Street, and always thought the name was stupid and never tempted enough to try this place. Turns out, I was the stupid one. These burgers are good enough to make a vegetarian change their minds. The staff is really great. It was my first time in, and all three people working made me feel like I was the owner or their own family. Really top notch. I wanted to try more than one, so I went with the duo after deciding against the trio per the girl's advice behind the counter. Glad I listened, because I'd be hurting right now if I didn't ask her. I can't remember the names of what I got, but one had an onion ring, BBQ sauce, bacon and cheese, and the other had grilled jalepenos and some tasty sauce with lettuce and they were both delicious. They don't have all the same patty options for the small burgers, but they are close due to the toppings. The onion rings are probably the best I've ever had, and they have unique fries unlike a large majority of burger joints. Speaking of other burger joints, I can't see me going to Swensons anymore, Five Guys is good, but I'd rather come here instead. The Rail is pretty good, but I still think I'd rather come here. The bun was soft, the sauce, slaw, and pineapple slice were a wonderful combination of flavors. The fries were just as I like, not too crispy. So we ordered via UberEats last Sunday because I was too tired to cook after driving all day. I got the Falafel burger which was thick and hearty covered with delicious tahini sauce. This is a modern burger joint with a really fun and full menu! There are a LOT of possibilities, but with the help of the staff, my family and I were walked through the process and made to quickly feel confident with the options and comfortable with ordering. The pricing is very reasonable for the good quality food you get. The 2 "kids" working the front line were relatively young (mind you, I'm early 40's), but they were phenomenal- patient, professional, and service oriented beyond their years. Even the cook was amazingly friendly, offering a warm smile and a polite nod, greeting us from the back of the house. I was thoroughly impressed by how my family was treated here. It will be EASY for me to return to this quaint little gem, again and again. The food was spot on. Loving the burgers here. The Spanish Beef was so delicious. Been trying the Trio which allows you to select different meats. Lettuce tomato onion pickles are standard toppings for these. The menu isn't huge, but there are a variety of burgers from which to choose and a few side options. I went with a classic burger (beef, cheese, veg, sauce) and fries. My husband ordered a trio of sliders (chicken, lamb and beef). So, the burger was fine. It tasted like any fast food burger. The fries were floppy little potato rounds, and they give you a mountain of them. My husband liked his spicy chicken burger a lot, but was pretty meh about everything else. I will say, they can whip up a good milkshake. However, a shake isn't enough to bring me back here for mediocre burgers and floppy fries. read more
