Traveling out of state and wanted something different, but still not crazy out of the norm food. The place is smaller than expected, but plenty of seats. Unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest, but it looked like there was one front of house person doing everything, so want to give her some grace. Food was good, took about 25 minutes to get three burgers and one order of onions rings with a pretty empty dining room. If we lived in town and someone wanted a good burger, I'd recommend this place for sure. read more

The Spanish burger was decent. I liked the sauce but besides that it was very average. Fries are honestly nice and crispy though I like these kinds of fries. read more

In Downtown Cleveland near Case Western campus. Nice change of the ordinary quick serve restaurants. A nice burger/slider restaurant. Nice place. Neat and modern. Always on the social networks. You choose the platform, bun, lettuce wrap, etc then your protein, then toppings. Meal comes with delicious crispy French fries and a drink. Another big plus, a full service bar. Overall a 7.5 out of 10. read more

Food was amazing! Tasted so good for pre-made burger patties (not made by hand). Service was relaxed but an easy experience. Inside was clean and had a retro vibe and loved the orange and white colors. I ordered the Angus Beef Burger - 1/3 Lb. Patty, House Sauce, Leaf Lettuce, Roma Tomato, Pickles, Shaved Onions, with American Cheese. I got the sweet potato Fries and my partner got the Angus Beef Burger without tomato and added a side of Garlic Parm Fries. They did mix up the order but we just swap it out between us. We found parking at the Case Western Lot #54 at 1980 Ford Dr. Listed under the LAZ parking app as 1980 Ford Drive OH2424. Was excited to finally eat at BurgerIM and would recommend and will look for a location close to me. read more

Very good Veggie burgers. what else can I say. luv it. Sometimes parking is hard but it is worth the wait. Nice service. Personnel are courteous and polite. read more

The service was nice, fast and friendly. I liked the freestyle drink machine and they offer a full bar surprisingly. I got a beef burger with cheesy jalapeño fries and the fries were great. The right amount of sauce and toppings. The burger however was underwhelming. Spending almost $20 for a burger, fries and a drink at lunch was a little steep to me. Especially for the burger to be a dry, premade - school lunch type patty. I ate about 1/3 of the burger and threw the rest out. I didn't want to complain because the staff was so kind. read more

Excellent downtown location. Service was happy and attentive. I had turkey burger with all the condiments, tasted great. Nice, relaxed atmosphere and convenient validated parking behind the building. read more

First visit but hopefully not the last. Where to start? Upon walking in, we were greeted by the owner with a smile. He walked us through the menu and made some recommendations. We opted for the party box to get a mix of options. Only thing I didn't like was that for eight burgers, we could only choose two types (four each). I'd like to have gotten some more variety to try other options but I get why they need to limit the options. The party box includes wings (homemade sweet Asia sauce, homemade) that were huge and crispy, French fries (family said they were awesome as I've been on a fry embargo the last three years)' and the onion rings were excellent. "I heard that crunch" said my daughter from the other side of the table as I bit in. The burgers were solid. They are sliders, so a bit more condensed but all coke with tomato, lettuce and pickle. House sauce is optional. Reasonably priced and staff was so welcoming and friendly. The milkshakes. We didn't order one and that is my biggest regret. I asked a gentleman about his and he said it was awesome. Would submit a pic but would have been creepy to ask the guy if I could do so. read more

We walked over from the botanical garden on a hot hot day, but it was worth it. I got the dry aged burger that had cheese, bbq sauce, bacon and an onion ring. It was super flavorful. The bun was buttery and toasted. Delightful! I had the sweet potatoe fries. I used the crunchy chili sauce to dip, it was good but I should have used the bbq. They didn't have any honey or honey mustard for dipping. Service was great! read more

Wooowee these burgers are dry. Like hard to swallow dry. Place is clean and employees are friendly. There's also a full bar. Lots of tvs for watching games. Wings are just ok. Again the burgers can only be cooked medium or well and are dry as cardboard in the sun. read more

Burger was a poorly microwaved frozen burger patty. Coke machine soda was flat. Wouldn't go back. Fries were alright though.

Staff was great but food was average and overpriced. The staff was very helpful with making recommendations since it was our first time. The price for a burger meal was pricey and the food was not that special. Nice for a quick bite, but not worth the high price tag for this elevated fast food read more

DON'T BOTHER. The patty on my burger was the size of an airpods case. On top of that, it was hard and had bits of bacon stuck in it so it was obviously reused. You'd get a bigger meal for half the price at McDonalds. Go literally anywhere else. read more

Menu inside the restaurant was all off. I was told the menu prices weren't the correct prices that's was in the system so i was basically blindsided. Ordered takeout. Quickly prepared. For my fellow veg-heads, they have the Impossible burger! We got the Spanish Beef burger and Spanish Impossible burger for takeout. The Spanish burgers come with Habanero Aioli, Grilled Jalapeño, Leaf Lettuce, and Pepper Jack Cheese. Ingredients were very fresh. Would have liked one more slice of pepper Jack. Onion rings were crispy with a flavorful breading. Great portion size. Partner also ordered a 6 piece Buffalo chicken wings. They were good sized wings, with a good mix of drumsticks and wings. It was the right amount of sauce - not drenched or dry. But nothing special. read more

BurgeeIM is another delightful burger place. The diversity of the burgers they offer are impressive for the Cleveland food scene. Imagine my happiness when I found out that BurgerIM was open at Cedee Park. I had the trio that included two lamb burgers and one Angus burger. Both were absolutely delicious. The fries were shaped like potato chips, but they truly tasted like good ole fries. Just three burgers and a side of fries made me satiated. Now, the food here could be a bit pricey compared to other burger places. But I'd say the clean tables, the cute burgers, and the lack of mystery meat makes BurgerIM worth it on the occasion. Parking is not good at uptown Cleveland. You have to Park at the garage or the metered parking. read more

Bad service, with a horrible burger. Do not recommend milkshake. better off going to a major chain like Wendy's than this place.

First timer! Decided to give Burger IM a try last week, we were all pretty happy with our meals. The Spanish burger had good flavor to it with a nice spicy flavor to it. Wasn't a big fan of the fries but definitely wasn't a deal breaker. All the staff was extremely nice. Overall pretty happy with our meals and plan on coming back. read more

This place is a step up from most fast food places with a variety of options. I don't think there's really anything special on the menu though, lots of options don't mean good options. I got the falafel burger with tahini sauce. The service was super fast! I'd be willing to try it again and maybe be more impressed. read more

usually, I would give this restaurant five stars, because the Spanish burger is quite good. The jalapeño cheese fries are also quite good. However, the chicken sandwich is not that good at all, it's a bit dry. from now on, I will be avoiding the chicken sandwiches. read more

Terrible. The burger seemed to have been cooked long before served. If the burden was on me to complain, I did not. I expected so much more 'pride in their work' from an employee base presumably affiliated with CWRU. Or perhaps my expectations of myself and others are outdated. read more

Great place great atmosphere. Customer service is amazing. Recommend this place to go get hamburgers and drinks with your friends.

BurgerIM's convenient location and great food makes it a must-try! I recommend the Grilled Chicken. I remember trying it for the first time and thinking "Huh, this is good but would taste better with some avocado" and then I took another bite and it had AVOCADO!!! Amazing. Their fries aren't the best but can be substituted for onion rings, a nice upgrade. I have gone to BurgerIM weekdays and weekends and their service has always been prompt. They have plenty of seating but most people take it to-go. They serve alcohol, have a bar, and TVs tuned into sports. Surprisingly, they don't have any chicky nuggies. Hopefully they add them to their menu soon. read more

The food here is well made for what you're expecting. The customization of the burgers and the option for multiple small burgers that are still crafted with care is a big plus. The customization can get a bit pricey however, so be wary. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a burger place right off the street, nothing special but not bad either. The service is alright, the guy ringing up our orders seemed distracted and only half there. Later when I needed extra ketchup and napkins (since they weren't there at our seats) I went to the bar to ask for them, and I had to call his attention away from the football game on the tv in order to be noticed. This happened again later when I asked for to-go boxes. Overall, not a bad experience, and pretty much what you would expect when you walk in. read more

Coke freestyle machine out of nearly everything. Lots of unique burger choices and sides as well as cocktails and shakes. Cookies and brownies/blondes available as well. Dine-in open. Margarita and other drinks use pre-made mix which is not unexpected but still sucks compared to real deal. Onion rings were nice and hot and crispy. Sweet potato fries were in large portion and not crispy but soft and chewy but tasty. They were great with the unexpectedly deliciously creamy side of mayo I requested. The lamb burger came w feta and onion and tomato. The bun was nice and soft. The lamb patty was flavorful and definitely leaner than most beef patties as it was dense. Though not dry per se, this could definitely use a squirt of mayo. read more

If you're sick and tired of the same old cookie cutter chain fast food burger joints, then this specialty burger concept provides relief. After several futile attempts, I was finally able to walk in - around 11:30 am on a weekday, and was delighted to see that there was no line. The interior is an interesting display of vintage appeal fused with modern efficiency - with the look of a diner circa 1957. If you choose to dine in, there is a classic sit down counter which overlooks the grill, and ample seating is available in a moderately sized dining area. There are wall-mounted televisions throughout the restaurant as well! After looking over the menu, I took the dive and selected the Hawaiian Salmon Burger - a scrumptious 1/4 lb. salmon pattie topped with pineapple, red cabbage slaw, barbeque glaze, and a tangy ginger vinaigrette! Although a bit pricey for a burger, the freshness and quality more than makes up for the added cost. I will definitely be back soon! read more

It's a solid burger place with a decent price point. The graphic designs vaguely remind me of Shake Shack. There are a variety of interesting burgers to order from which can be supplemented with fries/onion rings and unlimited soda fountain refills. The soda machine is one of those digital machines that allow you to choose from a variety of flavors and sub-flavors. For example, Coke Zero has choices of the original flavor, vanilla, cherry, lime, cherry vanilla, and more. The burgers themselves are solid. I've only tried a few but so far I don't remember any burgers blowing my mind. The different kinds of burgers are interesting and make me want to come next time to try a different one. There's also a happy hour with $4 draft beer and a "duo" or "trio" build-your-own burger items. I've never gone to the happy hour or ordered the duo or trio, but if I were a Case student living nearby, I would probably go often with friends to just hangout because there's also a decent amount of seating available. read more

The falafel is excellent and the food is beautiful, it's a very beautiful experience and all the food is worth trying

This is a great addition to University Circle Uptown! I feel like the area has been needing some type of burger joint or grubby American food that didn't follow the Chipotle style fast customization. I recommend getting the duo, or a trio if you're up for it. I tried the lamb and grilled chicken and they were both great burgers with great portions. You can tell it is a quality burger. The lamb is a lamb patty, and I ordered a medium well that was marked for well done (the 2 options) but I still thought it was very juicy. My friends tried other patties including beef, crispy chicken, and salmon. The consensus was that everything was solid, full of juicy meat and flavor. Also the fries are interesting, I would recommend trying them out. They're like poofy french fry potato chips. It's one of the few places in Uptown I'll be drawn back to! The service was also great and attentive, which I usually don't notice or expect at a non sit-down restaurant. Our cashier came and took our food away once we were finished and multiple people came in to check on us. Everything was spotless. You have to try it out! read more

So, tried this for the first time and it was a grand slam. Invited friends to join for a second visit and it was so disappointing. Overcooked, old, sloppy food. Couldn't finish because the chicken was too hard to chew. There's a bar for those who want cocktails. Not sure I'd return. read more

I was not happy with the food here. The burger is too expensive for the quality received.

The food was amazing! There were so many different burger options to choose from. I had the falafel and it was absolutely amazing. The tahini sauce that comes with the falafel was the best tahini sauce that I have ever had. There were also tons of other sauces to choose from. I would recommend trying the sweet crunchy chili garlic sauce, you will not be disappointed! read more
