Fried SALMON RICE BOWL

I had Fried salmon rice bowl.the service was good. Ambience was cool. But I didn't care for them stop serving breakfast/brunch on Saturday at 11:00am.

Finally got to try No Fork and I was not disappointed! I ordered the breakfast burrito online and picked it up in store. I was a little late on picking it up, but it was still warm. The burrito is huge, comes with sausage, bacon, potatoes sautéed onions and peppers and eggs. Everything was really well seasoned, especially the peppers and onions. The burrito was a little expensive IMO at $13 and it didn't come with sour cream. The space was clean and service was fast. I'm excited to try this place again and get something else.

DONUT BURGER and onion rings $18.50
Amy J.

Tasty donut burger with caramelized donut on either side of a double smash burger. Only qualm is the onion rings were $6 for 5 of them. That is way too expensive for 5 rings that aren't even beer battered but the crumbly type instead. Overall not bad just pricey. No utensils in the bag which kinda stunk but the name of the biz is "No Fork" so maybe that's their thing?

Updated review: So I've had food from No Fork several times now, both take out and dine in and I need to update my rating. Pros: the actual food and the chill atmosphere. Jada was very nice. Cons: the long wait time for no reason. Last time I dined was busier, so I chalked the long wait time to that, however...today was not busy and we waited and waited and waited!!! I didn't realize how long it had been since we had a good convo going and realized we were OVER the 30-45 min mark. We were not provided any updates on the delay at all. Do better No Fork! I wanna come back, but it may be a while until yall figure that out. We eventually asked for our food to go. At least it was hot when we got it.

So on a recent visit back home, my Sister told me to try this place. I was pressed for time so she did a pickup order for me. I ordered the salmon shrimp poboy. It's $22. So this place is back off the main road with a lot of other shops. It's next door to Wax Bar and Shonnie's bakery. After past the BP on Richmond, it's the first opening turn right and you'll see a zillion restaurants and shops back there. It might not be hard to find if you live in Cleveland but I haven't in over 10 years so it was just a little bit confusing. Nonetheless, I walk in and there's a young lady at the hostess stand talking to another older employee so I wait hoping for her to acknowledge me. Nope lol. The older employee walks away and so does she.. yeah that kind of pissed me off! But anywho I go to the bar and tell them I have a pickup order. The bartender points behind me and I see these little signs with arrows that say pickup! The signs are no bigger than copy paper. I'm like now why didn't they have a sign at the entrance and a bigger sign near the pickup area. There was no issue getting my order but there had to be at least 12-13 different orders just stacked on top of each other. So my issues are no acknowledgement upon entry, seems a bit unorganized and they need bigger signs. The parking is free and ample. Signage outside is perfect and easy to see! Now as for the salmon shrimp poboy!!! It was possibly one of the best things I've tasted this year! You get a lot and the seasoning of the poboy was perfection!!! Will I go back there? Absolutely but please work on speed, organization and customer service especially being a black owned business!

NO FORK POLISH BOY

Very good service. Only two came so no automatic gratuities added. All of our food was excellent. The largest Polish Boy I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom as always. I shall return.

PORK SAUSAGE (2PC)

Running up Cleveland way, looking for a quick place to grab breakfast and found this place in a strip center. Portion size is considerable but food is your standard fare with prices that suggest extraordinary. Mom had the breakfast potatoes and asked that they leave out the peppers. Our waitress explained that peppers and onions were already mixed so she would have to forgo both or keep both. Hmmm. My French toast was good but just good. Coffee was big.

The BREAKFAST BOWL

The food was delicious my clients ordered the quesadillas and the French toast they even took it home it was so good. I'm not sure about the other reviews about the servers arguing but they probably got rid of those people because we came in and it was super busy and people were professional and nice! The sauces were great we will be back again!

SALMON CLUB
Gracie W.

Awesome place for very good food with great service and a nice atmosphere. Service was very nice and our food came out very hot and fresh. The salmon club was awesome, you can choose for the salmon to be fried or grilled, I got fried and it was perfectly cooked, tender on the inside and very crunchy on the outside. The bacon on the club was super crispy, the lettuce and tomato were fresh, the bun was nicely toasted, and the lemon pepper aioli tied the sandwich together. The fries on the side were good and seasoned which was a nice touch. Overall very nice place and definitely will go back.

The menu was different, not your typical breakfast menu items. I wanted to try different things and this place was different. It's different in a good way. The service was good and the food came out quickly and hot. The only negative is the coffee wasn't unique in any way. My coffee at home is more appealing. The restaurant gave you a warehouse/Bar feeling but I liked it. The and customers were friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was clean excellent.

This bartender name Kendraya Thurman better known as Draya flirted with my man, not sure if the motive was jealousy or just plain disrespect. But when I brought it up to the manager (Joy Cooley) she did a horrible job trying not to laugh, she thought it was a light matter and she didn't take my concern seriously. She said there's nothing she could do really and left it at that. I can think of three things off rip that she could've done to try and accommodate this situation, unfortunately she didn't even try. Fortunately for the establishment though, I wasn't on any drama, I didn't scream, make a scene or anything. But I can't speak for the next woman's man Kendraya flirts with. The consequences to her inappropriate and tacky actions mixed with the wrong person could end very differently and badly not only for her but the for the restaurant. It's truly repulsive. I emailed the owner, and haven't heard anything back from them. Apparently the only action taken was that he (the owner) told her about the email I sent but no corrective action was taken, which is ridiculous. All and all I did not have a good experience and would not suggest going, seeing that the owner of this establishment condones this trashy behavior. Unprofessional. Extremely poor service. Terrible management. Don't spend your time or money there.

What's left of the burger . I almost forgot to take this pic.

I'm not a burger girl, but The Big Back Brunch Burger exceeded my expectations. The waffle has a slight crunch, but it is also soft at the same time. I could snack on the waffle by itself. I asked for syrup and didn't even use it because the waffle was so flavorful. The rest of the burger was just as good, but the waffle was like none other.

I had called the restaurant prior to inquire about the menu and was recommend by David to order the cod. I came back 2 hours later and was warmly greeted by him and he still remembered my call from earlier! He assured me I would get a large portion after I mentioned my budget. Inside was busy but not crowded. Lots of servers up and about. Very modern interior, clean bathroom as well. Per recommendation, I went with the crab crusted cod and oh my goodness, was it delicious. The crab topping was perfect texture wise and and had a slightly sweet flavor you expect of fresh crab. The cod was so tender, fall apart in your mouth type and was perfectly seasoned with a sauce to go on top. Fish had a slight spicy kick and that elevated the flavor beyond your typical cod fish, I suspect it was Cajun seasoning. The vegetable base was expctional as well. Fresh rice along with zucchini and corn all drizzled with the same delicious tangy sauce as the fish. At the end of the meal I complimented him on his recommendation and he told me their secret is the fish is always fresh from the morning, never frozen. And the cherry on top is this whole plate of food was only $26. For such a tasty, fresh, and large portion, that price is a steal. For context BJ Brewhouse next door will charge 36 for a tiny 5 oz fillet and mushy rice. Overall this cod was the best cod I have ever tasted and ranks among the top 2 pieces of fish I've ever eaten. Having tasted fish from Hawaii, California, Florida this cod dish at the price point of $26 easily surpasses $50 fish dishes I've had at fine dining restaurant in Cleveland and abroad. Highly recommend and ask for David if you can! He'll take care of you well.

Since we were hungry, we followed another yelper's advice of getting an appetizer since we were warned the mains can take 30-40 minutes. Ordered the cracklin wings--got the ghost pepper dry rub which was recommended by the staff who also reassured me that it wasn't too spicy given that it was also sweet and came with ranch. Tasted great, super crispy on the outside, chicken not the most juicy but still tender. 4/5. Also ordered the truffle orcchiette, pork chop, and heirloom carrots. The truffle orcchiette had a great al dente texture but surprisingly compared to the other yelper reviews, was saltier than expected. 4/5 Favorites were definitely the pork chop and heirloom carrots. The pork chop came without the bone, already chopped up, and was the he most tender pork chop I've had. 5/5 The carrots were so well seasoned, with a great charred taste and came with an addicting puree. 5/5 Service was fantastic, with great recommendations. While the birthday guest was away from the table, I did sneakily ask if they do anything for birthdays, and the staff said that they do a scoop of ice cream. Since the sticky toffee pudding already came with a scoop of ice cream, they were considerate to do 2 cookies instead--the cookies weren't too sweet and reminded me of brownie batter. Sticky toffee pudding was good. 4/5 Restaurant is located in Pinecrest so parking available as free parking in a garage about a block away or as pay by mobile street parking. Ambience is great, perfect for a nice meal for a date or hangout. Overall a great place to celebrate a special occasion due to all the good food choices and staff who know how to treat birthday guests well.

There are a 3 booths along the windows and a few 2 seat tables, a long boothish table along the kitchen and a bar area that wraps and gives about 8 seats or so. It can become crowded fast. We sat in the back booth by the windows. Which ended up being cold. We got a breeze. Not sure if it was the air conditioning or the windows, but it was cold. Menu is standard YTR. Price point is around $14 average. They have salads, soups, sandwiches including burgers and chicken, wraps, and entrees that are around the $18 price. Most of the menu is ala carte. So sandwich doesn't come with anything. You have to order separate. There are a few exceptions. Broil-lite options come with a salad and the small burger comes with cottage fries. Also they have a bar and some specials throughout the month. I got the small burger. Now it's suppose to be a 1/4 pound. Regular burgers are a half pound. I just didn't want that much. So I was thinking that be fine. In my mind I thought it would look like a 1/4 pound patty on a regular bun. And it comes with cottage fries. It's all good. I. Basically got a thick slider on a slider bun. It looked odd. Thicker than a normal slider but about 3 bites. And it was so thick that the burger and lettuce, tomato and pickles kept sliding off when I bit it. This a was not at all what I pictured. I would have been fine with a thinner burger on a regular bun. Which is what I pictured I'd get. The cottage fries were fine. I got a decent amount. Now the burger didn't taste bad. It was just small and thick. Note to self never get that again. My partner got the envelope with hummus and chicken. It is stuffed well and large. Good enough for 2 meals. She also ordered a side of the cottage fries. It's a good healthier alternative to some of the sandwiches. Service was just ok. I had to stop our server to ask for a drink refill when she kept passing us and the empty glass was right there. She also took a bit to take our order. But she apologized for the wait. That was fine. As we left the guy who was cooking said goodbye to us and to be safe. The snow was coming down. That was nice. Overall, the experience was just mediocre. Nothing stands out as great. Food just ok. Service kinda meh. We ate and left. Oh and the bathroom was super hot. The restaurant was cold. The bathroom was a sauna. They should probably look into that. I'll probably eat here or at 1 of the many locations again. But it's just ok.
