I wrote a review on google and decided to write one here also. So I went here all three days I was at the Carillon across the street. The staff was super friendly and polite. Especially Zena she remembered our order from the day before and made us feel super welcome. I loved burger. Juicy, tasty and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the layout was great. I'll definitely travel from Brickell to Miami Beach any day for another one. read more

By far my favorite burgers in South Florida thus far outside of Pincho in Brickell. The burgers are on the pricey side but so darn good and flavorful. I love the fries too. I ordered delivery thru Ubereats and my only complaint is that they were really skimpy with the fries! I should have posted a picture of my double bacon cheeseburger and fries but I devoured it upon arrival. Oops. read more

Great place, I love coming here with my wife. Today we went just because we wanted to grab an Oreo shake, and all the staff were happy and we felt the customer services was very unique. We end up getting a burger but they forgot to add the cheese, so they gave us a new burger with cheese :) Marcos is always keeping the place nice and clean, and with a big smile he came to our table and ask how was our day, and also he said how excited he was to see us back. read more

We have been enjoying BurgerFi for several years and we were sad when the coronavirus hit and they closed the restaurant. Today we were happy to see the lights on and we decided to try ordering and dining in. The restaurant was very very very clean. It looks like it had a great improvement on the floor because it looked super clean. They are really taking care of the customers and they have designated an entrance and an exit to avoid crowd and allow social distancing. All employees used masks and the food was really delicious. We felt safe, clean and completely satisfied. Lets support our businesses. glad to see you back in the game. read more

This place is the nastiest and most rude place I've been in all of Florida. Cook refused to make my shake after I paid, there's garbage lying around outside and inside, no one is wearing gloves. Food was a solid 4/10 and i ended up paying $22 for chili cheese fries and a poor tasting burger. read more

Tioney helped me pic my meal and was very nice and helpful, then she came out when I was done to see if I liked it. And an added bonus is their beer selection and they have the fun ft drink machines you can mix and match your flavors and such! PS the bathroom was clean! read more

IMO the average rating of 3 stars that this restaurant has as of this writing is about right. Not bad, but certainly nothing special or anything that would make me return anytime soon. We arrived at around 8 on a Wednesday evening. There were only maybe 4 or 6 other people in the place when we arrived, there was no one ahead of us in line. I ordered a burger, fries and regular drink which came to just under $17, and was given a pager. We got our drinks, sat down to chat and within 10 minutes after placing our orders, our pagers went off to alert us that our food was ready. The burger was good, not great; certainly nothing that would make me rush back here again. I did get a lot of fries (they filled the carton and overflowed onto the tray) and those were tasty, with the perfect amount of salt. I tried 2 of their drinks that were in clear dispensers near the Coke machine, one was pink and one was yellow so I'm assuming they were lemonade and pink lemonade? Not sure, they weren't labeled, but regardless, the drinks I tried were also OK. They do have Coke dispensers here with something like 50 selections if you're into soda. Note that the mini strip mall that this BurgerFi is located in is very militant with parking. Each of the parking spaces is labeled with the business that you must be patronizing in order to park there. Park in the wrong space and you'll be towed. BurgerFi has signage saying there's a 30 minute limit on parking. Park for more than 30 minutes and you'll be towed. On the night we were here, there were not one but TWO tow trucks from Beach Towing Service, and between the time we began eating and the time we left, they'd yanked a car, attempted to tow a second until the owner halted it (not sure if they had to pay), and as we were walking out, they were hooking onto a third vehicle. Ridiculous and the tow trucks were like vultures, just waiting to snatch up any vehicle that might be at all questionable. read more

Great burgers, terrible service. Love the build you own burger concept. I always get a single patty with cheese, LTO, and extra pickles. It doesn't seem that complicated but of the 4 times I've been here it's only been correct once. Even when they mess up the order, it's still delicious. Come here if you aren't in a rush (wait can be a while) and enjoy the delicious burgers and fries. Get a small fries. It's huge. Oh and there is beer on tap which is nice. read more

I'm a regular customer. I visit the place almost every week with my family. Food is good, staff is good, environment is good. The problem has been with shortage of beer. Most taps are always not available, every week. I complained and the staff told me it is because they were sold out. But every week? This looks like a management issue. This should be fixed. read more

As soon as we arrived to this place my 3 year old nephew had a fit which threatened to ruin our dinner. Surprisingly, one of the employees (his name was Marcos) noticed how much of a pain my nephew was and got him a small cup of ice cream to save our dinner from this 3 year old devil. Definetely a great call by the staff. After this we got our food. Our burgers and fries arrived to our table in less than 10 minutes. My burger was not the best I have ever had but it wasn't bad either. Probably a 4 star dinner, with solid food and great service, but the attentiveness and help we got from Marcos was enough to snatch an extra star. read more

The service here was extremely rude. We came in just wanting to have a beer or two because we saw there were at least 20 taps of beer to choose from. We sat down at the bar and no one ever waited on us. We found out we had to stand in line just like the people wanting to order burgers. No biggie, but someone could've told us. Then, the girl that took our order was rude and very confusing. We told her which beers we wanted and she said it was buy 2 get 1 free which was great, but she told us the total and we couldn't tell if that was the final total or if each beer was that amount and she kept saying we need to tell her which beers we wanted after we paid. The whole process was disappointing and aggravating. We went ahead and stayed for one beer since we were craving it and we didn't see anything else around here. read more

The Veggie-Fi is one of my favorite burgers of all time but I don't see any changes happening in my local spot year after year. The old manager - his name was Alfredo used to run a pretty tight ship here. The door of this place is DISGUSTING. Hundreds of greasy fingerprints all over the glass. Dumpster outside overflowing with trash. Food all over the ground outside. Tables always a mess. It' really grossed me out the last time I went in to pick up my order. Staff is stressed unable to keep up with demand and frankly just so many unsanitary situations going on. Get it together Burger Fi - stop replying on Yelp and get your employees some support, gloves and proper standards to adhere to. If I'm paying 10$ for a veggie burger I do expect certain things that this place just consistently falls short of. To the customer rep Jason who will see this- the place has a few options to be saved. First would be to completely burn it to the ground. Second would be to fire their entire team, clean the place too to bottom and hire competent workers who are experienced in food and customer service to actually run the place. Which should have been done during covid anyways. This location is BUSY and each time I go in here 1/2 your clientele are pissed. Stop cutting corners on wages as we are paying premium for your food- it's showing. read more

Wow- sometimes you have a meal that makes you need to leave a 5 star review. The conflicted burger (one beef patty and one veggie patty) was amazing. The secret to this burger fi is Marco the cleaning guy. I never seen someone take pride in cleaning like Marco. He opened the door for us as we walked in and made us feel welcome. he was very attentive of the floor and was very interactive even asking if we needed ketchup. Don't understand why this location has crappy reviews. I visited today and had a great experience! The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the parking was really annoying in this shopping center. Service was fast and friendly. Live so close to this Burger Fi that I can check in from my balcony (literally) and have been kept up at night by loud music or other employee behavior into the wee hours. This review isn't about that, it is about the food and service. Living so close to Burger Fi, many hungry friends and family that have visited have made their way to Burger Fi and some of them multiple times. What have we learned? The quality of their food depends greatly on the staff working at the time and when it is later or they are understaffed prepared to be disappointed. Service can be very slow, when the food comes out great it can be tolerated, but when it comes out slow and an obvious half-assed effort, it is when we complain. The food and service at night is consistently worse than day time. The last time I ate there (haven't returned because of this incident) the cashier got all of our orders wrong and was upset when a friend asked why his shake was taking so long. When asked the employee went ahead and made it right there on the spot (incorrectly) and then took it to the back before handing it to us. How sketchy is that!? Have had some good food here and a better experience at other locations so that saves them from 1 star, but this local advises you to steer clear. Cheers! read more

Allow me the opportunity to review. Actually my 14 and 12 yr old reviewed the Burger place. So, per them.... Food- Good burger and Buns. Made to order. Tasty. Place is typical burger joint with the ability to have a beer or wine and pretty darn good milkshakes. Price- increased prices for medium to above medium taste food. Order accuracy- not so much- had to remind them about our milkshakes- they forgot a burger and it appeared that those working in the back were not paying attention to there work. Customer satisfaction- the person taking the order was attentive to fix our order and was apologetic. All in all- five guys is better- but Burgerfi has more choices but accuracy and development poorer. BurgerFi- need to continue to work on accuracy and details and then you can be in charge.
