Live so close to this Burger Fi that I can check in from my balcony (literally) and have been kept up at night by loud music or other employee behavior into the wee hours. This review isn't about that, it is about the food and service. Living so close to Burger Fi, many hungry friends and family that have visited have made their way to Burger Fi and some of them multiple times. What have we learned? The quality of their food depends greatly on the staff working at the time and when it is later or they are understaffed prepared to be disappointed. Service can be very slow, when the food comes out great it can be tolerated, but when it comes out slow and an obvious half-assed effort, it is when we complain. The food and service at night is consistently worse than day time. The last time I ate there (haven't returned because of this incident) the cashier got all of our orders wrong and was upset when a friend asked why his shake was taking so long. When asked the employee went ahead and made it right there on the spot (incorrectly) and then took it to the back before handing it to us. How sketchy is that!? Have had some good food here and a better experience at other locations so that saves them from 1 star, but this local advises you to steer clear. Cheers! read more

Allow me the opportunity to review. Actually my 14 and 12 yr old reviewed the Burger place. So, per them.... Food- Good burger and Buns. Made to order. Tasty. Place is typical burger joint with the ability to have a beer or wine and pretty darn good milkshakes. Price- increased prices for medium to above medium taste food. Order accuracy- not so much- had to remind them about our milkshakes- they forgot a burger and it appeared that those working in the back were not paying attention to there work. Customer satisfaction- the person taking the order was attentive to fix our order and was apologetic. All in all- five guys is better- but Burgerfi has more choices but accuracy and development poorer. BurgerFi- need to continue to work on accuracy and details and then you can be in charge. When I visited Miami for the weekend, I wanted to treat myself to Burgers and fries. BurgerFi was within walking distance from my hotel so I said why the heck not. The menu is pretty extensive in that you can create your burger however you like. I'm not an onions fan so of course I didn't get onions. I got lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, ketchup and mustard. And an order of fries and water (I rarely order a coke). The wait-time to get the food wasn't bad at all. By the time I got my water and extra ketchup, I only had to wait another few minutes and it was ready! The fries are really good and thick. I'm not a fan of places with the really thin/skinny fries. I like the "BurgerFi stamp" on the burger. The burger was really tasty. Tasted like good quality meat. I'll definitely come back when I visit again. read more

Best Burger I've ever had! Hot dog was just ok. Onion rings are great. Fries are nothing special, fresh cut. But the burger... wow!! We got the Burgerfi Cheeseburger. Okayyyy so the food here is freaking great! Not too much to say about it. I don't eat meat so they have vegetarian options. I got the quinoa and black bean burger, so good!!! I took one star away because the customer service was a little off. Due to the hurricane, he beer on tap was down, instead of offering my fiancé bottle beer the cashier said nothing and instead, one of her coworkers stepped in and offered the other options. Also, it was 3 of us but only 2 of us wanted fries. Not knowing. The sizes, I got the family size...... well instead of informing us that that was a huge portion she said nothing again. I come here ALL the time! The burgers are always fresh and yummy. I only eat burgers from here because I know it will always be fresh. The service here is really good as well. At this location, Michael is always extremely helpful and friendly. So happy this is in my neighborhood because it's become my favorite place. Definitely recommend coming by! A pleasant addition to n. Collins avenue. If you're not a local you know there is NO fast food available and although this is more of a fast-casual joint, it's helpful. Burgers are greasy in the best kind of way, think of shake shack... fries and delicious and the selection of local beers on draft are fantastic. For the locals, it's a fabulous place to stop in for a quick bite for lunch or order online to go on your way home from work. There's definitely something for everyone. My favorite is a burger (no cheese, I didn't say cheeseburger) with ketchup, mustard, picked and onions. Probably one of the best fast food style burgers that I've ever had. They cook your burgers while you eat and to order. The place is always clean, except for that one time. The bathroom was soaking wet. Floors slippery, etc Not sure what went on in there. Back to the food. The dining area is always immaculate and the staff is more than eager to take your order. I usually get the double burger and the cry and fry, which is onion rings and fries. Deelish! If you're looking for a good burger, but not interested in a stuffy sit down type restaurant like Chili's, etc. this place does the trick. Oh, and they have paper straws!!! The food may be ok but the customer service is the worst. Twice I have placed an order online and when picking it up I have gone to the counter where it says online order pickup and the first time someone came and asked to come to the front but this time I was just ignored. Five different employees saw me standing there and not one asked if they could help me. When I finally walked around to the front the child working argued with me about there being a sign there to pick up online orders. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this location. I was there with my kids, one too young to be vaccinated, so we chose a table on a corner far away from the other people. Because the food was taking forever, I went to check on it to the front desk. My order was waiting. I told the cashier that was my tray. He looked at it and gave it to another employee, both trying to read the name on the printer ticket placed on the tray. Neither employee were wearing a mask, yet their faces are a few inches away from my food. I told them if they were handling food that way they should be wearing a mask. I go to my table only to be followed by one of the two employees who tells me they know what they are doing and that he's vaccinated so I don't have to worry. I asked him to leave our table since my daughter is not vaccinated and he was not wearing a mask. I explain to him he could pass along disease even vaccinated. He kept talking. I asked him 3 times to leave the table and didn't so I stood up and started walking away. The he tells me he "suggests" I don't go anywhere with my kids to protect them. As if he's passing judgment because I took my kids for a burger during a pandemic. I reached out to corporate to understand their COVID protocols, never heard back. read more

Popped in for a burger. Beer , wine and a great burger. Had the CEO, a Wagyu beef burger. Perhaps one of the best I've ever eaten. Also probably the most I've paid for a burger but YOLO! I must say that I really liked the burger. Actually, my entire meal. Fries were great but a bit on the soggy/heavy side. They lacked a crisp crunch or were slightly undercooked. Anyway.... the bun was nice and soft. The toppings (lettuce, tomatoe, onion) were fresh. The patty was great too in flavor but lacked density. It was one of those burgers that you can easily gulp, lol. That's what I mean when I say it wasn't dense. I would say the dissappointments here were: 1. the bathroom key- which you have to ask for (I guess it's this location bc it is near the beach). Big, bulky, sticky, and very unhygienic to carry for a food establishment. 2. Price. Wow, I paid $14 and some change... close to $15 for a ONE PATTY burger with small fries and drink. 3.Cleanliness- I noticed a huge soda leak under one of their soda dispenser and the touchscreens were very sticky and greasy. Bathroom also had a disgusting smell. Overall,the establishment could be much cleaner. 4. Parking- is a mother. Very limited parking in such a small shared parking lot. Quite nice, visited this place twice during Art Basel Miami. The food was nice but my gosh they give you a lot of fries! Hee hee, a small is like a large and a large is like King sized and enough for four people! Was quite nice. I am not so sure about the Star Trek Phasers they give you when you order. These things beep all of a sudden. I'd think just calling out a name would be a less expensive feature of the restaurant? Anyhow I meet once with the owner of Yo Sushi in London. Despite the cost of having robots deliver sushi he explained that it was worth it. I assume (Even though I don't understand) that the Phasers are 'worth it too' at Burgerfi!
