The manager is usually in an iffy mood, I've only seen him act welcoming and nice once but today he really abused his position. I received a double instead of a single, was missing onions, under-sauced, the wrong sauce for the fries, and possibly the wrong cheese as well. And the replacement was severely under-sauced it looked like 2 teaspoons of sauce i had to eat it in a hurry and it costs 10 bucks!? ----He belittled me and treated me like a fool for not wanting the incorrect food, turned around while saying something under his breath, and slammed the food into the trash---- he also ignored me talking to him before. I've worked the in the food service industry for years and ate dog shit but not once did i think to treat anyone badly. LOVE this location. EVERY time I come in I'm always greeted and treated highly. The food never takes an extremely long time. It is always good and fresh. The people working here are amazing. Even when they are really busy they are still nice. Would recommend downloading the app because you can earn rewards points and save a little. Burgers patty were okay, I think. Our burgers were swamped in ketchup, mustard and Mayo. If we would have known we would have added these condiments ourself. Very disappointing. Was the one taking the orders this particular afternoon. I asked a couple of ?'s about the menu items & he was very helpful. Hubby & I Ordered 2 of the single patty "Burger Fi" burgers, an order of the half fries / half onions rings , & some sodas. Let me start by saying the burger was juicy, bread was soft & fresh & their house sauce was good. I've heard others have compared this place & their sauce to Shake Shack but sauce is definitely not the same. Burger Fi's sauce is not as tangy & has a more Distinctive taste. Now I must tell you the FRIES had me the second they put them on the table!!. They were the perfect Crispiness, they had some skin on them & btw, they resemble the fries @ Five Guys!!!! Sooooo delicious!!!!! Oh I almost forgot... the onion rings were HUGE!!! Crispy, perfectly breaded, truly gourmet onion rings !!!! Overall experience was great, Mgr. She had some great recommendations. And after I was almost done, she asked me if I enjoyed my food and gave me a coupon for my next visit. To be honest. This spot knows what they're good at and so do we. Anyone who has been leaves satisfied. I tried the CEO burger with Wagyu beef and brisket and WOW..next level good. I also love all the options for the fries and just how you can basically customize it all to your liking. The process is efficient and the food comes at a decent pace. I used to live in Coral Gables and would see Burgerfi and would always want to try it. I never got around to it when I was living in CG but was so happy that they built a Burgerfi close to my home in Pinecrest! I've always heard great things. Eventhough it's a semi-quick food spot, the food is cooked after you order it so everything is fresh and delicious. PLEASE NOTE: everything is cooked in peanut oil so be aware if you or someone in your party has any allergies! I love burgers but hate fast food chains and sometimes don't want to wait at a restaurant for a burger (nor do I always want the frills of a restaurant burger). The employees are extremely friendly and helpful and make sure that your whole order is done correctly as they check all the food that comes out before calling you for pick up. The burger and fries have a distinct taste but are both fresh and delicious and the toppings taste fresh as well! The Burgerfi sauce is SO GOOD; I practically drown my burger in this stuff! The shakes are thick and DELICIOUS - the girl working the counter even suggested adding strawberry to a chocolate mocha shake and I thought it was nice that they let you experiment with their flavors. You know you have a good burger when it tastes just right. This place has that. This has to be one of my favorite burger places because of the fresh products it uses. The meat is perfectly cooked, the bun, lettuce, & tomato are fresh, and it comes with a BurgerFi sauce that completes the perfect burger. Also, the fries are great. They are not too salty and very tasty. I also recommend getting chili and cheese fries. You can choose to eat inside with free WiFi or order through a delivery app. But please be patient when ordering delivery because they are very busy during lunch time. I have to say we've been consistent in going to our neighborhood BurgerFi. Last week we ordered our usual veggie burger and chicken sandwich which we order on lettuce...delicious! When we were getting our order the gentleman advised us that our food was on buns as to they ran out of lettuce. After standing there for 15 min. and waiting for our order he tells us this. Hence, today we order our food and the chicken sandwiches are made with tenders since they ran out of the patties, again they do not inform us. We almost left but we really like this place. They didn't even have the proper packaging. Reason why I'm writing this is hopefully someone from corporate will pay attention!!! First time here. The staff is very welcoming. We had their basic cheeseburgers and a combo fries/onion ring side. The burgers are fried patties, a little like five guys, but significantly less greasy, The fries are some of the best I've tasted! Golden brown, fluffy inside. Really just perfect. I'm a big fan of onion rings, and these don't disappoint! The advertise "double fried"... they use onions, not a purée. Very good. Also, with my corn syrup allergy, I normally have to go without ketchup... however, they use the "simply" Heinz that has no corn syrup- so it was a treat to dunk my fries and rings! Too bad the mayonnaise and special sauce they put on the burgers does contain corn syrup... had to go without. They use modern drink dispenser machines which have an option for Spakling water... very nice (again, the corn syrup thing prevents me from having most sodas), And, again, the staff was really friendly. This place is so good and the staff is amazing. We were so happy to see the manager Raquel as she is known to us from another establishment. She made sure our food was delicious and prepared perfectly. We had a regular burger and the CEO burger which my son said was spectacular plus some delicious fries and two shakes, a black and white shake and an Oreo shake and they did not disappoint. My son also tried the Texas style Hotdog with chili, cheese and hot sauce and he said it was great. It's always great to go to a restaurant and have a meal that you know is going to be perfect! Good afternoon. I know that yesterday was a bit of a challenge for BurgerFi with the national cheeseburger day sale. However, I was disappointed with my order. I specifically asked for jalapeños to be added to the burgers, and they were not added, however, they were on the receipt. I also asked for the BurgerFi sauce to be on the side, and that was not done properly either. The reason why I asked for these things was because the burgers were not only for me and the person who they were for would not get home in time to eat it so the sauce on the side will prevent the burger from being soggy. With that being said, we had to disassemble two of the sandwiches and make them over with regular bread from home just so the sandwiches were not soggy and we should not have to do that. I ordered once before about 2 to 3 months ago, and something similar happened where the request was not met for the jalapeños but I never left a review because I figured it was just a simple mistake. Now that it has happen again, he's a bad experience with me, and I will definitely have to think twice before purchasing from this BurgerFi again. read more

Fantastic customer service. I ordered off Uber Eats and there was a mix up between my name and two others resulting in the wrong order being delivered to me. Although this was not the fault of burgerfi, a gentleman by the name of Cesar was very attentive to the mistake and helped out tremendously.
