And you took literally everything that was good about the veggie burger and you made it bland and mediocre. Burger lounge has always been one of the best fast food type places to get a Burger, if you haven't tried it, it's well worth it! First time at this location, everything was very tasty as usual, and the person who took our order and helped us with a couple other things, Maddy, was at the top of her game! She was all over the place helping everyone, cleaning up, basically a customer service superhero, and doing it all with a great smile and perfect attitude. It's been years since I had a bison burger here.  I was excited to see the email that Burger Lounge was making bison burgers for the rest of December.  I rushed over and ordered a bison burger with double patty, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.  With tax it was $19.  Bison was juicy and had a rich gamey flavor.  I prefer bison to beef as you get much more flavor.  Burger was huge and filled me up nicely.  I enjoy the beef burgers here but the special limited time only burgers are the ones I love.  Now if only they would bring back the elk or wild boar burgers... Staff was very friendly and provided great service. 2nd visit this time I ordered the bison burger meal.  With tax it was a bit over $19.  This time the service was not that good.  I ordered it with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.  It came out with white sauce on it.  I sent it back.  New burger also had white sauce on it.  I sent it back again.  My third burger came with new buns but there was still some sauce on the meat.  I wiped it off with a napkin.  Burger had a nice balanced flavor except for a bit of residual flavor from the white sauce I didn't wipe off.  Fries had a rich + delicious potato flavor.  Root beer was sweet with a pretty good root beer flavor. I enjoyed both meals here but I liked the double patty a bit more as I am a huge meat lover.  Next time I'm gonna check my burger for white sauce before I bite into it. read more

Near Miltons. Free parking lot wait 1 minute. Indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor 24-28 seats, not too much space between tables for 2-6, one TV, a bit loud chilly and not too bright. Outfoor seating has umbrellas. Mushroom swiss burger is ~$13.89. I really like the grass fed burger, swiss nice, aioli a-ok, mushrooms ok not all warm, bun meh. The food was delicious! Stopped by for a burger after a day at the beach and it didn't disappoint, as usual. However the customer service was terrible. The guy with the tattoo on the right side of his neck (no name tag) took my order and brought out my food. I often felt like I was talking to a brick wall. He never responded directly to my order requests, I actually don't think he spoke any words to me outside of "can I help you" and "your total is..." At one point, he brought my food out and I asked for 2 ranch. He just placed the food down and walked away. So I followed him and asked again, he handed me the ranch and turned back around. Never said a word. It made the experience less pleasant but the kitchen staff did an incredible job and I'm happy with that. read more

As a pescatarian, I usually order from here the extremely delicious Wild Alaskan Cod burger, or their regular (and yummy) quinoa veggie burger. But today I decided to try one of their "Flora" (sweet earth) plant-based burgers. They have three kinds: a regular one with the same set up as their lounge burger; a Flora SOB (Son of a Butcher, 1/4 lb. Sweet Earth® Plant-Based Protein, Organic American or Vegan Cheddar, Caramelized Onion, Pickles, BL 1000 Island.), and then a Keto version with a cauliflower-based bun. I got the Flora SOB: super yummy. I didn't take a picture because I was hungry and ate it up. Definitely worth ordering again (but which will I choose - a Flora or the best fish burger in town??). They also have a plant-based version of their chicken nuggets, called Dharma Bites. I might try those at some point if I can tear myself away from the other plant-based and pescatarian yummies. I don't think I've ever ordered a burger from a restaurant where they didn't toast the bun. The large half and half was barely anything with a measly 4 onion rings maybe. I like this location. The general manager here is very caring and really takes his job seriously. The food is good - and if there is a problem he will make sure to make sure he makes it right. My favorite has always been the fried chicken sandwich; they recently changed the recipe and I actually said something since it was completely different then before. They took the time to get my feedback and I am sure the brought it back to their corporate to make sure they knew what guests were saying. For my first visit to Burger Lounge, I must say that I'm pretty impressed. I placed an order for pick up online and found the ordering process fairly simple to use. I like that you're able to customize your burger but did notice that not everything is included. For example, my chicken sandwich apparently comes with pickles (which I despise with a passion) but the online order form didn't list pickles as an item that you could remove. I didn't find out until I got the restaurant and read the menu board that the sandwich comes with pickles. Thankfully, I noticed in time to notify the cashier and she let the cooks know to modify my order. Phew! Pickle juice seeps into the bun and ruins everything for me! I also noticed on the app that you can add avocado or bacon to the sandwich but I didn't see an option to add cheese to the chicken sandwich, which I would have liked. All in all, the chicken sandwich is pretty tasty and it's absolutely gigantic. There's no possible way that I could eat the whole thing in one sitting. I immediately cut it in half to save my poor stomach from an afternoon of hurt. The highlight of the meal for me has to be the french fries though. They're among some of the best fries that I've ever eaten. Crispy yet soft and perfectly seasoned. Just be careful when driving your to go sack home. The fries are served in an open container and don't respond well to stepping on the brakes. I accidentally sent my bag toppling over and a few of the precious fries spilled onto the floor of the car. Oops! The girl I babysit gives a rave review to the turkey burger and is the reason why I tried this spot. She had been craving it for days, if not weeks, and absolutely loves it here. read more

staff eating lunch like they were eating at home with their feet on the chairs. when we received our food the onion rings and chicken tenders were not up to par. onion rings breading was falling off and the chicken was dry overcooked and did not eat it. when i went back in it took awhile to get a staffs attention one was at the back just standing, the other was refilling stuff behind the counter and the other one was having lunch with her feet up. i didn't bother they wouldn't care anyways. i just asked for my son's ice cream for his kid's meal and took the chicken home to my dog, maybe he will enjoy it. oh and don't get me started with the restroom it reeked of urine. i love burger lounge but maybe not this one!! i will not be back to this location. i understand if they were busy but there were maybe 10 people in the whole restaurant. read more

It is really upsetting to pay $15 for a hamburger and it is prepared incorrectly. I asked for a toasted bun and they did not do it. I returned it to have them toast the bun as I carefully requested.
