Worst service ever. Drive thru employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. She got upset that my husband did not want to pull around and wait when no one else was on line. She yelled " you will pull around or I will refund your food!" Last time they asked him to pull around it took 40 minutes for his food. He handed her the debit card, she snatched it and slammed the drive thru window. When she opened the window again she threw the card into the pick up and slammed three window again. He honked the horn for her to come back. She yelled "WHAT". He asked for a receipt for the refund she yelled "You DONT GET A F'Ing RECEIPT!" And slammed the window again. We haven't gotten the refund back to our card yet. We tried to call but can not get through to anyone at the restaurant. Terrible experience. read more

I arrived at this Burger King around 7:00 p.m. and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked an employee outside if the restaurant was open, I was told yes. However, when I tried to enter with my kids, an employee locked the door in front of me. I then went to the drive-thru, only to be told their fryer was down even though when I was driving into the lot a couple was walking out with food contradicting the fact the employee said the fryer wasn't working. The staff were unprofessional and dismissive, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Very poor service and communication. This Burger King disappointed me and should be revalued since the staff doesn't want to put the effort into giving the customers full service. read more

On May 20, 2025, me and my family pulled up to get some food just after 9pm. We made a pretty big order but after making sure the employee said it wouldn't be an issue. So we kept ordering, it came out to almost $150, when trying to do a separate order so my brother could pay for himself, a different employee starts cursing at us and we hear it through the speakers and the back door. So we pulled up the window and tried to talk to the person at the window, her name was Amber, who was incredibly rude so we got off the property and didn't pay for our order, as we were off the property in the bus zone so we could make some calls to cooperate, she screamed curse words through the window, even when we weren't on the property. Don't come here unless you want to be cursed at for asking people to do their job. read more

The Burger King restaurant in Catalina (Tucson) AZ needs to be managed properly. On September 21st of 2021 I placed an online order through the BK App, paid, was charged, then received a receipt and went to pick it up. Noticing the drive through was packed, I decided to walk in and pick up our lunch. I waited for several minutes until I was asked what I could be helped with and provided my online order number. The "manager" said she didn't have a "ticket" for me. I explained again, I was there to pick up my order and she replied "I don't have a ticket for you, I can't do anything for you". It was at this time that I showed her my receipt and the location for pickup. After realizing she could not problem solve I told her to either 1. Refund me or 2. Give me my food. She threatened to call the cops, I began to get irritated with him/her. After some back and forth, she disappeared. I then walked outside to call BK cooperate. So, as a customer I was told to leave, Cops were called, and to add, the manager wouldn't give me her name (massive woman with a boy hair cut). Then to add insult to injustice she followed me out of the restaurant and told me she would give me food "this time" but next time I would have to pay. I could go on and on about how I was embarrassed and degraded, but in the end it's very simple. Either service me or refund my money. She couldn't do that then went on to tell me and my wife we "weren't allowed back in her restaurant". I will never support an establishment like this with my hard earned money nor would I want anyone to waste theirs here as well. We ended up going to In-N-Out and were treated like first class citizens, dined in a clean restaurant, and enjoyed the wonderful taste of Double Double Animal Styles. Thanks BK! read more

The female manger at night was horrible, she was extremely rude when taking my order and at the window, I saw her on the phone while I was waiting for my food talking to somebody. she seemed to ignore my existence as her customer and acted like she hated being there and when talking to me her tone of voice was absurdly rude aggressive and sarcastic she also got my drink order completely wrong I ordered a sprite and received a what seemed to be a dr.pepper. And when I asked for some ranch she rolled her eyes and grunted turned around grabbed the ranch a gave me it in a hostile manner. read more

This restaurant is far past it's prime of in the early 2000's. It is not maintained and generally feels very unattended. Basically it is run down and looks dirty, though I imagine it must be passing county food inspections (hopefully). We have decided not to go back again, unless they remodel and / or seriously clean it up. The good news is that a new Dairy Queen is under construction just 1/2 mile north. read more

i always have a bad experience here. sad part is there are not many options to go to get food and when I do come here the employees are always so rude, it seems like they need to be replaced!! they are always seem like they are high or they give you an attitude over everything and never give your food fresh! fries are always reheated for you instead of getting fresh fries. the employee decided to talk back flip me off and when I asked to talk to the manager I was never given the chance to talk. the manager just kept working as if nothing was happening. then the employee threatened to call the cops to kick me out for trying to order food. ridiculous that a place like this operates such a demeanor, and non professional place treating customers like their trash. just to get fast food!. The ambiance is terrible. there's never a dull moment when this place actually runs smooth. I'm even surprised this place is still ongoing. I just went through the drive thru. I placed my order and ordered an extra drink. When I was at the pick up window I only received one drink, and I stated that to the young man who gave me my order. He then called a young woman over who seemed to be the manager. She had a very bad attitude, and as I was explaining to her my order. She said I only charged you for one drink, and you didn't say it was separate. The coupon comes with a drink. In customer service the employee or manager should always try to make things right so the customer is happy. Well not in this case. She said, "You can leave", and then walked away. And to boot I didn't get one order of fries, and the food was cold. Poor customer service and food is cold. read more

Horrible experience today in the drive-through at Burger King in Catalina. I had a 20 minute wait in the drive-through and they would make you wait for five minutes before they would even take our order and only one car would go through to the drive-through window and then once that one wgo through they would take our order. When I asked the lady in the drive-through she said that she was shorthanded and she was the only aking the orders through the drive-through and bagging their food which doesn't seem like too much to ask. After today's experience of a 20 minute wait in the drive-through I'll never go back also with that being said they forgot two of my items ! don't go here!! read more

The staff never knows about the 2 for $6, yet the manager always tells me it was just a training error. This place is poorly maintained and looks like something from a third-world country. I think one of the managers tries to do a good job, but they are not backed up by management, in my humble opinion. If management cared, the place would be cleaned up and painted. First thing, walked into Burger King and smelt so bad. Every table was completely dirty and disgusting. There was a seating area that did not have a table top. The chairs are very VERY unsafe, they are not sturdy what so ever. I had to hold our chair up with my leg underneath the seat so we could eat our lunch. The chicken nuggets taste like they have been sitting out for awhile, they were not fresh, they were cold and disgusting. The onion rings were the same exact way. This is not the first review to be pointing out stuff like this. The owners really need to step up and make sure that their fast food restaurant is clean and not disgusting and make sure their food is coming out fresh/hot and not cold and soggy. read more

The place is nice and clean. The cashier was friendly and helpful. It did not take long to get our food. Everything was satisfactory.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon to take advantage of the one cent Whopper "Detour" deal. We put in our required mobile order when we arrived. Three stars. The reason it's that high is because the girl who took our order was friendly, and because the food was on par with other Burger Kings, and because the playground was nice and big. But now for the bad: we sat in the playground area, and everything was sticky. Blech! There wasn't a clean table to be found, and all of the chairs were sticky. The chairs at our table were all wobbly, and so was the table itself. It's not like they were so busy that they hadn't had time to clean, either, because we were the only customers in there when we arrived at 12:30, and while we were there, only two other people came in, ordered, and left. After we finished eating, our kids went to climb in the playground, which is why we'd chosen the place to begin with. One of the girls came out and said it was dirty in there; the other two didn't mind and played anyway. When our son came back from the men's room, he told us it was really gross. I don't think we'll be visiting this location again, despite the big play area. read more

This was the dirtiest Burger King I have bed seen! Not only that but the staff were disgusting. They were "cleaning" and then touching the food without hand washing. The girl touched my cup after handling money and picking up garbage off the floor and then tossed my cup inside my husbands cup. The inside of his cup ended up with something in it. Then, the kids play area was also disgusting. So signage on height/weight requirements and the mats on the inside were ripped and some parts so crinkled and old it was a hazard. Our daughter kept tripping over it and hit her face on the side of the structure. We left without eating out food and did not even let her play for more than 5 minutes. It was all so horrible and the cherry- the thermostat was set to 80 degrees! I will NEVER NEVER EVER recommend this location nor will we ever be returning. Even for fast food I would expect them to at least be clean. So disgusting. read more

This Burger King is the worst! I stopped by at 7:45 pm, started ordering, my kids and grandkids went to play in play area. The manager Aaron kicked them out. He stated he had started cleaning, and they close it early so their workers don't have to stay longer. He stated they closed it at 8, we were there before 8 and they were already almost done cleaning. They must have closed it at 7 lol! I cancelled my order, and asked for his managers number. I also asked for corporate's number, which I didn't get. Aaron definitely needs some classes in management, apparently customers definitely don't come first here! My grandkids were upset and crying, he didn't try to make situation better. He actually said he couldn't serve us because he felt threatened lmao! There were two women, two men, an elderly lady and 5 kids in our group! We had already cancelled our order, so we didn't need his service! I will never come here again.
