This burger king sucks, I'm sorry, but it does. Whoever the manager is, or the district manager you are failing to do your job. Wait times with nobody in the drive through and being parked for 12 minutes for breakfast is crazy. Sodas coming out that taste nothing like what you ordered is insane. Breakfast sandwiches that are half cold half warm and look like the sausage was cooked three times over and zero flavor? Come on. Your only saving grace is that this seems to be the only Burger King in Springfield that can actually cook the hashbrowns without overcooking them. You guys seriously need to fix your soda machines, your filter is messed up, co2 is off, and your bib mixes are atrocious. Fix your parking times, your food quality, and maybe train your employees to have a little bit of sympathy on long waits by simple saying "Sorry for your wait." That goes a long way. It's legit fast food. Expensive, hit or miss on quality, and ergo I often have to have my order corrected. The drive-thru workers are generally great though for attitude and overall service. Occasionally they'll come up with some randomness like "we're gonna shake you down for...(insert dollar amount here)" to entertain themselves. You Sit at the order screen each time while they are frantically trying to finish the order for the car at the window, and then they finally take your order. It causes a massive backup, if they knew how to multi task they could actually go faster than a snails pace. Everyone else under here are honestly a holes. It wasn't that bad, the food was normal (even though it was light on the ketchup), but it was annoying that we had to pull around the front. I deleted the damn email since the $5 discount was just insulting. I've spent more that $80 in the past few months to only throw 1/2 of it away due to lack of quality control. I have been going to this location for years and the staff is the most friendly of all fast food joints I frequent. As a customer, it feels nice that the staff took the time to know my name and make it a point to great me as such when I visit! The GM is very sweet and I never have a bad experience at this location, ever. Their crispy chicken sandwiches are amazing and you can't beat the 2 for $6 deal! The value for the food is so much better than say, McDonald's and as for the staff at this BK, they are so nice, I genuinely don't mind waiting in the drive thru especially if it is busy! Let me tell you of what I found in the ladies bathroom. The water was running hard. I tried to turn it off and was unsuccessful. One stall had a " out of order" sign held up with duct tape. A trash can stood in front of the door with paper falling out it because it was so full. I then went into the 2nd stall. The toilet seat had feces on it. There was a lot of water or urine on the floor around the toilet. The food was ok, but we were kind of scared to eat it. No kidding the health department should shut this place down. I tried to call the number on the wall that was supposedly the manager. And guess what? No answer. Not surprising. Shame on Burger King for letting this place stay open. read more

Basically don't order online if you plan on eating in or else you'll get to deal with them whining about you the whole time. Did an online order and pressed "I'm here" and walked in to them just throwing a fit about mobile orders. They're mad they don't get an exact time, despite me pushing the button which tells them when to cook. They're mad about making food for our mobile orders, acting like it's such a burden, even though we barely ordered anything. It confused them to leave pickles off my burger and they couldn't tell if a burger was a double or not. The front team kept complaining about mobile orders, completely irritated that we put one in. The cook started makingvfc food for orders coming in after us and the manager up front had to steal them before he gave them to the drive through. Just nonstop complaints until we got our food. I went through the drive through today and was told to pull around to the front and they would bring my order out. I decided to go inside and pick up my order. I saw a mom on the working side of the counter let her toddler walk across the counter with dirty shoes on. I told her I hoped she would disinfect the counter and she responded that yes they would in a tone that was kind of snippy or with attitude. No one there made any move to wash the counters as I was leaving. I could not stay as my husband had a doctors appointment. So I called back and spoke to the manager and she said they had talked about it. I told her if she was working for me the mom would be fired on the spot. The manager said that BK never fires anyone for any reason! This is a Health Code Violation! I am going to pursue this some more. I felt like no one even cared that they are going to possibly make someone sick. Not to mention toddlers do not belong on the working side of the counter! If that child got hurt I would not want to be there if any law suits started flying around! I was also told that the general manager would be talked to about this incident. I have requested to talk to that person also. I hope I get a phone call tomorrow regarding this matter. Makes me wonder what else goes on in there that we do not see or have not seen that we should be concerned about. Just bad all the way around! We live near this place so we've been here several times and just about every time we've gone through the drive-thru they've told us to park out front and they'll bring the food out. They've also screwed up our order quite a few times and have forgotten to give us part of our order on numerous occasions.
