I'm a pretty patient person and rarely leave a bad review but Burger King on sunset pushed me to make one. The worst customer service we have ever had. We got yelled at with a snarky comment because we asked the drive through person to repeat himself. He wasn't talking loud enough. This particular store cannot keep people working because of a tyrant shift management. My son who is disabled and applied based on those criteria was actually being abused by his shift manager Jessica. I job shaddowed for two shifts, he did great with one manager, but the next shift manager woman shouldn't work with human beings. Absolute worst service training, in fact they do not train. so, If you go there and feel screwed. You surely are because the inside of this store was disgusting filthy and every one was complaining about working. Really bad business. We were the only people at the drive up at 1:30pm on a Friday. We ordered 3 different sandwiches (two of them with the meal combo), pulled up to the window and waited longer than I have EVER waited at a fast food restaurant. We hadn't paid yet and the wait was so long my husband wanted to drive away, but I kept thinking that it was going to be ready any minute (wrong!). The window finally opened, we paid and then sat there even longer, now we were hostage. We finally get our food, drive off, get back on the highway, open the bag and only 1 sandwich was right (the plain one we ordered for our dog). The fries were so bad we didn't even eat them and for $24, our drinks were the only thing it seems they got right. AVOID! read more

So I tried this place for the first time in 11 years and wow you must be doing something right for once made my food hot and fresh mmm so good see this only happens when you don't have kids in the kitchen working z no really I mean that in a good way kids just don't care about the customer and most of time like 99.999% of the time food is always under cooked or cold every time. We stopped here on a cross country vacation. We were hungry and tired . It was approximately 10pm. We walked in to a dirty, sticky, paper littered floor. Most of the chairs were already put up, I thought they were closed, but they didn't close for another hour. As we walked up to the counter, the young man running the cash register completely ignored up while he talked VERY loud to another coworker attempting to mop the floor. He finally made eye contact and awkwardly stared at us. I finally said "Hi", and we ordered two double cheeseburgers, some nuggets, soda and an ice cream cone. He said there is no ice cream because he turned the machine off to clean, yet they didn't close for another hour. We got our food to go. The drink area was littered with napkins, straws , sticky puddles of soda everywhere. There was no where to sit but a dirty booth. Okay so this is not a review about the food even though it was fine. I mean it is fast food However, I think it's important to give credit where due so this is about the employees. My husband and I were both impressed by how friendly the employees were, particularly the guy at the counter. I should have asked for his name (dark hair and full beard) because I made a point to tell him how refreshing it was to see such friendly employees. He was super nice to every single person that walked in the door. Well done Rock Springs Burger King for hiring such pleasant people. read more

We visited this location on Saturday, 7/19/14. We do an annual road trip from SLC to WY and usually stop at the McD's because it has a Playplace for our small children. We decided to mix it up this time and see what BK had to offer. Firstly, this place is great for kids. The outdoor play area is clean and pretty cool with some neat stuff in it I've never seen in a fast food play area. The staff kept on top of sweeping and sanitizing used tables. Speaking of the staff, they were so friendly - I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about in regards to the service. While it did take just a little while to get our food, it was understandable because there were several people ahead of us. No complaints on the staff. The food options are pretty great too. I had buffalo chicken strips - not bad for fast food. My husband had a chicken sandwich; this was our only complaint - WAYYYYYYY too much Mayo on the sandwich, BK. Easy there. They also have one of those cool digital soda machines where you can choose the flavors and stuff for your root beer or coke or whatever. I don't eat fast food hardly ever and I had never seen one of these. We are in the future, people. This place looks like it is relatively new or at least updated. The inside is modern and fresh, and puts that McD's to shame. I think we'll be stopping here from now on in stead of McD's. Our kids really enjoyed the place and so did I. read more

A very dirty restaurant. Drink station had spilled soda all over it. Worker came from the back and got herself a drink, stepped over trash on the floor and ignored the messy, wet counter. It took three tries to get a cheeseburger correct. First time ketchup, when ordered without. Second time no ketchup, but no cheese either. After complaining no cheese on a cheeseburger, it was taken to the back and a cold piece of cheese was put on it. The whole thing was cold and dry. I couldn't eat it and just left. Chicken nuggets were barely warm; obviously sitting awhile. Will never return. read more

My husband and I went to eat here last week and were appauld at how the crew was treating the only manager on duty. My heart goes out to that woman. The drive-thru/expeditor person acted as if he had no idea what the hell was going on(let alone where he was) and the other guy working in the front acted as if he was a five year old in a KB Toys. Ok... I wouldn't normally rate fast food because let's be honest.. is any fast food good?? But this place was yuck. I would suggest stopping somewhere else for a quick bite. I was traveling through the city and stopped in for lunch at 11 AM. Food should be fresh right? It's lunch time. I went through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry. Both we very cold. The burger's cheese wasn't melted at all and the patty was cold. The fries were also cold. We like it. The kids enjoy the play house. The food is just that...fast food. The staff is always friendly. The only thing I really have to complain about is the seating in the play area. I think booths would be more beneficial and fit more people in there. Sometimes seating is limited. read more

Reputation at this location precedes itself. The service absolutely sucks. Ordered a simple chicken strips and fries for my little girl. I saw as the fries and a chicken strip stood in the basket for over five minutes. Rather than just giving me my food so I can get the hell out of there, they took their sweet ass time on a huge order in front of me.
