Service was really good. Young HS kids who are getting to work which is what you love to see. The food was very good. This beats Taco Time NW. for fast food it tasted fresh and not like other fast food. Definitely surprised my wife and I how much of a solid option it was. Drive thru process is definitely slower than other fast food chains, but other chains don't make the burrito right there in front of you. Recommend stopping here if you need your quick in n out of town. read more

Great customer service and fresh food. I ordered the chicken ranchito burrito combo. The tots were hot and fresh. The burrito was huge and full of fillings! I was very happy with the portion of food. The tots are a great size for sharing. My drink was nicely carbonated. I would come back to this location. read more

Really good customer service & some of the best hot and fresh Tex-Mex you can find. Wonderful crisp burritos & mexi-fries. Don't forget the occasional nachos or burrito. read more

The taco time on elk street does a pretty good job compared to the one on dewar dr in rock springs, always give you what you order and it's hot read more

I have been to many different tacotimes. This one is by far the best. It is always clean, the staff are respectful, and our food always comes out quickly. read more

Stopped by here on a road trip and some of the best tacos you will ever eat! Super clean, great service and great food! 10/10 highly recommend!!! read more

Service here was fair. Some of the staff seemed a bit preoccupied with visiting friends. They apparently make all food once ordered so it takes a bit. Food was OK, but we both had the cilantro rice bowl and found it not up to par. The rice, of which there was a lot, was clumpy and overcooked. Sparingly dotted with chicken and could have used more sauce on the dry rice. Also had the Nachos and didn't taste like any of the ingredients were actually fresh. read more

Found this taco palce on one of the exits as none other were open we ended up at this place for dinner... Thier cilantro bowl was good but thier other items like crispy burrito was bland and tasteless.. read more

We spent $15 on four, TINY burritos... if you want to call them burritos. They were about an inch thick and were tortilla with just enough beans inside to hold the tortilla together. Insulted. read more

Well, the portions are decent. The food is good. The staff is... well, I'm not from around here but I'll just say: Some improvement is needed in the staffing. I'll leave that there and let the management hire a mystery shopper to give them a real professional critique. As for me, I know some mystery shoppers and have been on a few with said shoppers over the years. This place has much potential but will easily be dragged down and put out of business with current practices Being left in place. ATTENTION OWNERS: take this however you want but, you might want to tidy up your business model. I'm nobody, just an observant customer with an opinion and maybe a little experience in this sort of thing, so I'll share this with you. My ratings are as follows. 1. Cleanliness - 3 2. Value -3 3. Staff - 2 4. Taste - 3 5. Marketing - 1 (your menus) good job on being state of the art but, your menus cycle "WAY TOO FAST". Slow the menus down for an additional 3 to 5 seconds. Use static or permanent boards to advertise your target items. I had to spend additional time making sure that what I wanted was displayed on your "flash card" menu. 6. Ambiance - 2 7. Service - 3 Total rating - 17 divided by 7 areas of critique = 2.42 out of 5 so I'll rate this place as a 2. I come through here all the time and I'll update as I see changes for both the good and bad. Best of luck Taco Time, I hope to catch you doing better next time. Regards... read more

Elk street taco time in Rock Springs wyoming! rave to Robert best tacos I've had in a long time!! thank you

This place was great. We got a kids meal, burritos and crispy burrito. All of it was delish and fresh. The hot sauce is tasty too! Has a pico spicy flavor to it. The staff was super friendly and attentive and it was easily once of the cleanest restaurants we been in. read more

I went through the drive-thru at this Taco Time location while traveling and had a great experience. Fast service, friendly employees, and great food. read more

My favorite spot to eat when I come to rock springs. The team are always helpful and the food is fast, hot and fresh! My favorite - chocolate banana smoothie - it's memorable read more

We stopped in here on our way back to Colorado and enjoyed our time here. The food wasn't anything spectacular but the service is worth mentioning. They were training a new employee who was just incredibly kind and the employee training him was equally as nice. We don't live nearby but would go here again just because of how nice the employee were! read more

Taco Time! Thank you for being open on New Years Eve when this hungry, full-bladdered roadtripper sought your warm embrace. Your bathroom was everything I needed, your suggestively-named Big Juan burrito was filling enough and, best of all, your 'fries' are actually tater tots! I've been jonesing for some 'tots since middle school! Alas, your Pork Carnitas Street Tacos look like they'd be better than my burrito was. Sadly, you only advertise them on the tables and not on the menu. I already had my hands around my Big Juan (!) by the time I noticed them. read more

Better than Taco Bell Better than Del Taco. With prices comparable to both. .... it's not Moe's, but it's pretty delicious and cheap. read more

Well the cashier was really nice and friendly and the food was alright i guess also where are the juicy limes? Burritos and tater tots were a little cold but oh my was the pecan shake good! The coconut one was great too! read more

The helpings of food is super small compared to Taco Bell. I was not impressed with their sauce not their food. My husband got food there the other day and came home and said the same thing. His taco salad was super small. One day I may give one more chance but it is very hard to mess up tacos. The easiest thing for me to make. read more

Based on my past experiences with other Taco Time locations in the Pacific NW, this location misses the bar in the food prep department. I ordered two burritos and the ingredients in both were served barely warm and some of the ingredients (beans and rice) weren't fully cooked. read more

Not many options in Rock Springs but this place was OK at best. The chicken ranchero has way too much of their cream ranch sauce and it tasted cold. The tater tots were fine but really hard to screw up those. The place was clean and the staff was attentive though. read more

Just love Taco Time. Always try to time it to be able to stop here. Food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant and the bathrooms are always clean. Best fast Mexican food period. read more

GROSS THE HELL OUT OF ME. I got a chicken burrito. Everything was okay till a waitress used her bare hands to catch all the stuff she wiped off the table which included lettuce, DEAD FLY, and other whatever stuff. That was so nasty that it took all the appetite away. read more

This was my first time ever eating at a Taco Time. I really wanted to try the lunch /dinner menu but it was 8:00 in the morning so I opted for the breakfast burrito (sausage/egg/potato). I've definitely had way better but this definitely hit the spot. read more

Great service! They accommodated my gluten free and made me fish tacos "street style" on corn tortillas! They were fabulous. The staff was fun and friendly and appeared to be enjoying themselves while working. Don't see that much at fast food places! read more

Sending a special "THANK YOU" to Audrey, the Manager at Taco Time, for taking care of two road-weary travelers! We were driving cross-country from Chicago to San Francisco and stopped at Taco Time for some much-needed sustenance. Audrey made sure we had everything we needed, and when a problem came up she took care of it instantly and professionally. She truly has the "hospitality gene" and obviously enjoys taking care of her guests. WE LOVE AUDREY AND TACO TIME!! read more

So we happened to go through the drive through since we were traveling. While we were ordering the man made us re say our order 5 times. And two or three people were taking out order and still couldn't understand us. Also it's called "Taco Time" and the couldn't understand the word taco which is so bizarre. read more

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my food and it sucked too. The worst fast food place I've ever been to. They suck!!!!!

I had a smoothie from here and it made me sick right away I made a yelp account just to tell people to never go here

Don't waste your time!!!!! We were driving through and needed something fast, but waited 5 minutes at the counter being ignored. We then decided to go to the drive-thru because this seemed to be moving. We sat there for ten minutes with horrible service. read more

amazing service and good food!! driving across country and this was great to get full! 12/10 would recommend
