Had there new chicken strips they were great, my wife got one of there wraps it was suppose to have breaded chicken strips in it and had unbreaded chicken in it she wasn't a big fan of it see likes the breaded chicken so they messed up on the order but all in all it was good read more

I came thru Wendy's tonight got 3 chicken wraps 2 without lettuce and other one was regular and my chicken was very cold and it tasted like it was old what's crazy is I spent 16 dollars for wraps end up with trash ass food like I called the store 5 or 6 times I couldn't get one pick up cause when I got home eat i open it eat it and it was hard and cold I live no more then 5 mins from store and I even took my wife food for dinner cause we didn't eat all day it sad I hope someone can reach me about this maybe it can get replaced or refund I'll bring to yall if you would like see it please thank you read more

Went to wendys ordered about 25.00 worth of food. Service was great, the staff is very kind. However, they were told to only fill drinks halfway and then to fill it with ice until the cup looked full. Paid full price for a large drink, but only recieved half of the actual drink. Disappointed again... My family and I traveling through or, come to, town a lot and Saturday June 02, 2018 we decided to stop and get food for dinner. On first impression of the place looked clean and not very busy. After waiting for two people to order we noticed the whole time that the young girl at the counter never smiled once. We got to the counter to place our order and the girl walked away and as she did she yells back, "I'll be right with you." She finally returns and says, without a smile, "sorry you had to wait, how can I help you?". We started our order and the first item we ordered, a Number 11-4 piece chicken tender meal, small size, for $6.19. The order rang up at $6.49, we asked if the order on the board above was for a small, medium, or large, and she didn't seem to know. We then said that the reason we asked was because the board above says $6.19 for the #11 meal and it rings up for $6.49. The boy making the sandwiches steps forward and says,"that's because you ordered the 4 piece!" I wanted to say, "you need to step back to your area because you have no clue what you are talking about", instead I said,"The board above says 4 piece chicken tender meal for $6.19." The young girl didn't know so she got the manager. After explaining what the issue was, the manager acted as if she was doing us a favor and said,"I can give you a 30 cent discount.". WOW!!! Really??? After your board states one price and you try to charge us another. After placing our whole order, and paying, we waited for the order to go. The smart, know it all, boy started placing our order on trays for a to-go order. Then the manager corrected him that it was wrong. After watching him make everyone sandwiches and realized as much as he messed up that maybe he should learn more of his own area before trying to help others. He wrapped the sandwiches incorrectly, he can't read a to-go order, and he put onions on my chili with cheese only. I looked over the whole bagged order before leaving because lately no matter where you go people can't seem to get your order right. Nothing more upsetting then getting a to-go order home to find out they messed up, specially on your chili that you weren't going to get but you added it on the order at the last minute and then had to toss it in the trash because raw onions on chili is not what I ordered. read more

Showed up and the place was not busy at all. Ordered our food to go and once we got home we realized that my child was missing her fruit. We arrived at peak dinner rush. Our food was ready less then one minute after we ordered. A small error was made, but immediately corrected with a smile and apology. Miss Judy, the cashier, was just lovely and kind. She can't be a day younger than 75. The restaurant is small and dated, but kept very clean. The staff is friendly and effective. I have tried this Wendy's a few times. Every time the food was horrible. I have eaten at MANY Wendy's. This one the food is usually cold and just doesn't taste right. I suspect very bad preparation.
