Came in on a Friday evening around 7pm. The restaurant looks new and clean. The restroom was surprisingly clean. There is an order kiosk at the counter which I used. That was pretty quick and easy. Ordered the cheeseburger combo. There must have been an issue as all orders where taking a looooonnnngg time. The girl at the counter was nice enough and kept apologizing for the delay. The food...we haven't eaten at a BK for over two years. Cheeseburger was definitively better than MCD's but also definitely smaller than I remember Fries were well cooked and fresh, onion rings were crisp and not greasy. Four stars for the quality of this fast food. One star off due to the long wait. If I ever need to grab something from a Burger King...I hope the quality matches this store. read more

The order went throw correct. The atmosphere is great family friendly. Inside is clean even the bathrooms. The parking is great for orders not ready yet. They listen to the orders inside and out. The coupons are great for prices. They have good food hot 95% of the time. With the good service someone nods a great big ataboy. All the managers well they always think of the customer. read more

I'd pass on this Burger King unless you want to be treated Rudely, have a Argumentative Cashier "David" plus have Soggy French Fries & a Soggy Greasy Bun on your Whopper. Food is always ALWAYS made incorrectly, and whoever the new "manager" is - is super rude and shows no remorse in the phone. Just "bring your receipt and the food so I can see it".. OBVIOUSLY I'm going to bring it back. How ridiculous. I drove all the way across town just to find that our food was made incorrectly? And then to be treated like garbage on the phone. Great customer service. Whoever hired the Karen should rethink their choices. Definitely losing our family as a customer because of her bad attitude towards customers. Edit to add: Previously we have been told that they couldn't take the food back that was made wrong. But this manager insists on taking the food back just to throw it away... why not let me take it and feed a homeless person? They seemed very busy ands almost overwhelmed. The employees where very kind. The Food was tasty and well prepared The Ambience was waiting in the side parking lot in my vehicle for my order as opposed to receiving it through the second window of a historical drive-through design. This is my first fast food drive through review! I received the best service that I was determined to get this in today. I pulled in around 3 pm today and was quickly and politely greeted through the com & was asked if I could be interested in adding cookies or shake! I've never been asked to make any additions to my order. Pulling up to the window I am greeted by the best energy & big smile! It was a less than 5 minute interaction but definitely memorable and positive. Food was hot and fresh & was packed neatly in my bag with napkins and a few ketchup packets. order gets messed up EVERY time have to double or triple check online orders which gets quite annoying. managers are 100% always in a bad mood and not looking to help with your order just send you on through and to the next person they go. I forget sometimes how really bad this Burger King really is! The service is just not there. No one is at the registers inside taking orders. When someone finally shows up, it's the order taker for drive thru. The food is actually OK, but the help they find here in Red Bluff is pretty bad. I guess this neighborhood id not the best, though it doesn't look that bad, but when you see guys just hanging out in the parking lot with ankle monitors on, you just know this is not a place you wanna spend much time. The service here was amazing tonight! I've been here a few times before and the waiter named Sam 'the man' was amazing! If you can get his service I highly recommend it! We ordered the all you can eat and on our second round after seeing how small the plate for the shrimp was we were very disappointed but he already preordered two more plates for everyone! Very disappointed today. The only reason I go to BK is for a Double Whopper. Today I went and was shocked to see that they only had half of the menu. NO MEAT! NO BREAD! No WHOPPERS! How can a BK run out of buns? Poor planning, poor management. They had signs apologizing for the "inconvenience " I ordered a Chicken Sandwich.. how in the world does my sandwich look like the one in the picture? Not even enough lettuce in it.. DISAPPOINTED.. I am NEVER coming back to this BK and I will spread the word about their poor management and poor product specifications, I do not think they meet their standards in fill weights. This is the slowest place in town. Come here at lunch, expect to be in drive thru at least 30 minutes. So much worse since they renovated.

Wow, this place is in really bad shape. The interior of the restaurant looks to have not been touched sine the early 90's. Its falling apart. The bathrooms are disgusting and filthy. The staff is not friendly. The lady that helped me was just rude,and in no hurry to do anything. And to top it off she seemed like she had a pretty bad cold, which is gross when people deal with food I am going to eat! The food took what seemed like forever to come out. For the last 10 years or so I've only been to In-n-Out and Habit Hamburgers for fast food, but on this drive there were none around. So i thought hmmm, I used to like Burger King. Came in over an hour before closing. No ketchup in dispensers, wrong on most of our order, chicken fries were hard and inedible. Flat sodas and watered down drinks and no tea. We were told by an employee that the drink machine regularly fails and there's nothing they can do about it to fix it. How about letting your customers know before purchasing drinks? Visited here on Jan. 26, 2022. Went thru the drive-thru. Very fast, friendly service. The burgers were not just good but fantastic and fries were very hot and fresh.. excellent meal to go. Only recommendation is to better mark the entrance to the drive-thru window. We thought it was the drive-thru for the next door taco place. read more

Joe Wong you should be ashamed of your restaurant here in Red Bluff Ca. Me and my wife came through the drive thru ordered 2 whopper meals with no sauce and fries no salt the WHOLE order was wrong. Very disappointed! Whoever your regional manager or managers that is running this restaurant surely isn't doing their job. I've been to a lot of burger kings this one is by far the most horrible I've seen and the crew is so unprofessional. The inside is disgusting as well as the bathrooms. So!!! We are on a road trip and we needed a play area for our littles - we thought we had really hit gold once we saw this BK. What we really hit was DIRT -- this is by far the dirtiest, most falling-apart BK that we have ever seen! The ceiling tiles above the drink machine are gone-- instead they have placed cardboard boxes overlapping to cover for the missing tiles. The ladies room needs some work (broken tiles, leaky faucet) but the worst part was the play area. Now, I understand that it would be hard to keep one of those things clean -- but come on! It was really bad!! My sons' socks were black after 15 minutes. I took some really great pictures of the black grime and odd cobwebbing in the cracks of the corners, along wuth the sections of human hair hanging off the last section of slide but for some reason on the mobile yelp ap I can't post pics.Suffice it to say that if you bring your kids here you might want to climb in ahead of them with a bottle of lysol and a costco sized container of paper towels. We were in drive thru and my family had to use the rest rooms. When we walked inside the restrooms were closed for cleaning (at 7:15pm??)
