It took 2 hours for our food to be served to us. This is unacceptable and should never happen again.

When the employee at the counter saw me walking into the restaurant, she turned her back on me and walked away. How rude! Then, I saw another employee and asked her to give me my order that was ordered online and should've been ready by now. She told me to wait, turned her back on me and proceeded to do nothing staring into the screen for 7 minutes waiting for somebody in the kitchen to cook chicken. In the meantime my order was ready and waiting for me. Finally, the 3rd employee that worked at the drive-through window walked to me, asked for the name on my order and gave it to me. It was 1 nice employee and 2 that rudely ignored me on purpose. What's going on with the management at that location? How do they train their staff? I visited this morning, I had a coupon for 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 med hash browns and a med coffee, but the number of the coupon was accidently ripped, therefore they wouldn't accept my order. Don't worry, other breakfast sandwich places took my money. read more

Well I finally tried it, the Impossible Whopper and I have to say it was delicious and definitely tasted like a whopper! I was shocked at how good it was and how it tasted so much like a meat patty. I love when things turn out to be as good as they advertise. I'd recommend trying it if it's been on your mind. read more

The cheese and bacon add the perfect amount of flavor and the special sauce ties it all together. The fries are also delicious and always crispy. This BK has been here for MANY years. It was old and run down. It looked dirty and became a hang out for questionable people. Recently they remodeled it. It is amazing! Fresh and clean. They even added a huge TV. I went inside to eat to see the remodeling job. I ordered a whopper Jr meal. The Coke was mostly carbonation-yuck! The whopper Jr. Looked smaller than the regular cheeseburger. It was good but tiny. The fries were good also. I quit eating here for awhile but with the remodel I might go back. read more

The turnover rate at this business is very high. When they are fully staffed with people who can read their customer service is great, however; most of the time their staff consists of uneducated Illiterates who can't cook, let alone read the order screen. The Sky might fall if they have to make change! The new hot dogs are disgusting! They may have been good, but the night shift couldn't grasp the concept of what I ordered and I ended up with a gross mess of crap. read more

Went here after being chastised at McDonald's for asking for grilled chicken. Fast food is fast food, for me what makes it different is the service. The service here is always kind, no Matter if it's at prime time or late at night. It's usually the same woman who takes our order at the drive thru and she doesn't mind waiting for my boyfriend to take 18 years to decide what he wants. I wish I knew her name. Alrighty where do I start. Let's start with the person at the mic was very nice and clear to hear. That being said I know I heard clearly when I asked what sauces they had. I ordered 16 nuggets and onion rings with zesty sauce and ranch. When I pulled up to the window I then asked the lady if I could have barbecue sauce and she clearly said yes. When I get home to finally dig in. I'm disappointed to only see 15 nuggets, but not gonna make a deal about that.. However, I was extremely disappointed to find out that those 3 sauces I requested turned out to be a whole whopping 4 zesty sauces. and nothing else. Like zesty sauce isn't even that good I don't know why I ordered it. So I then proceeded to eat my 15 nuggets and onion rings d r y. Next, I ordered an original chicken sandwich, only to take off the bun and see a disgusting amount of mayo and old, soggy, brownish-yellow lettuce. I lifted up the bottom half of the bun to check and find that there was "something" (idk if it was mayo or grease or both) but it was kinda cold, like not sandwich temperature, and I say grease because it literally separated in a clean line. Now I like a good amount of mayo on stuff but this was the first time in my life I had ever wiped all of the mayo off, thus having to eat a plain chicken sandwich. Well last week we went here and ordered 2 Whoppers, 2 Chicken Sandwiches, some nuggets for my daughter and some fries. The whole order was a big debacle. For starters. All of the food was cold by the time we got home. We live about a half-mile from here so I don't know if the food sat awhile until they gave it to us at the window or what. Its disappointing eating cold food. The nuggets were good, if cold. Same with the fries. The sandwiches were all kinds of messed up, though. Both Whoppers we got without ketchup and mustard instead. For some reason, they both were literally drenched in mustard. I like mustard, don't get me wrong, but whoever made the sandwiches went nuts with it. The Chicken Sandwiches were jacked up, too. They were either fried too long or fried in bad oil or something because they were a dark burnt color when we got them and they were super greasy. I suspect they were fried in oil that wasn't up to temperature. Well, my girlfriend called and complained and this is why I'm giving them a decent review. They told us to come in and give us two free meals. Well, we did so. We both got Whoppers. Both were made just how we want them. The mustard was still pretty heavy but it wasn't drenched in it. What can I say as someone who tried the Impossible WHOPPER and then went into the Brownsville Road Burger King with one of their coupons, that offered a Buy one Get one Free WHOPPER. I gave the cashier the coupon, she acknowledged it was applicable and tried to ring me up and the "manager" told me - after she shoved the bag of food my way - that I can't use that coupon. Can't use it because the "Impossible" WHOPPER is not "really" a whopper, it's a specialty sandwich. So abrupt. And just seconds before I was telling the cashier that I'm a new customer who's happy to see the Impossible burger being offered that convenient on my home from work. Although the cashier was friendly - and sane - she was directed by this person who presented herself as the one in charge to charge me full price for two "Impossible burger WHOPPERS" (hey, even she was calling it a whopper!), and they kept the coupon! I was being polite with this "manager" when I mentioned there was no asterisk on the coupon excluding the Impossible Burger, how could I know. She just looked at me and said, "I told you already. It's a specialty burger!" I was so disgusted with the way this so-called "manager" acted toward me after handing me a bag that wasn't even warm, I walked out and just threw the bag in the garbage and drove to Homestead to the Red Robin restaurant there that offers Imposssible Burgers - There's also a "Burgatory" there but it's always crowded. Anyway, the Red Robin meal was a little more expensive but at least their burgers are made with care, they're thick and well-seasoned, and they come with fries, and the people in charge don't act like they haven't graduated from Kindergarten. So - for a very very very little while there - I was a new customer at Burger King in Carrick on Brownsville Road for all of two weeks - two times through the drive-thru and then I went in with that coupon and had to deal with a rude manager who apparently wants Burger King to have a lawsuit on its hands for false advertising. Apparently, they'd also rather have an empty store. The inside of this one had two customers in line, and I was one of them. And I waited 15 minutes because the "manager" was giving the drive-thru window priority. So that was the first time I actually went into the store, and the last time I will ever be in that store. Nor will I bother with the drive-thru window. I'll go anywhere but there. There's also a McDonald's down the road, and it's my understanding that the "Beyond Meat" Burger will be getting sold at McDonalds eventually. So much for BK marketing. Next time I get a flyer with their coupons stuck in my mailbox, I'm going to tear it up and send it back to them in shreds. A new Customer. NOT ANYMORE. read more

My daughter bought a chicken sandwich yesterday and it was soaking and soggy. Like it was dipped in grease. When she went to return my daughter was told it was fresh! My wife had to go in and argue with the manager that a soaked bun is NOT fresh. Horrible service and food. Be careful if you buy something there. Store is going down hill. read more

My husband brought me home a grilled chicken sand. around 4.00 today it was dry and tasted like it was cooked two hours ago . I forced myself to eat half the other half went in the trash .
