Truly I say to you, friends.. that this burger joint is OK for a fast food chain! Friends! Seriously!! I have frequented this establishment and they, in turn, provided me with adequate and pleasant service! I ingested the food into my gullet, and it provided me with much needed sustenance for the day ahead and for that, I truly am grateful. I give this Burger King 4 stars. P.s. I recommend their value menu or the 'Bacon King'.. Friends... Truly!!!!! read more

Really disappointed again! We bought the 2 for 6 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were horrible! Dry, thin, chewy, Luke warm and mine no lettuce and one very small tomato slice. The worst sandwich I have truly had in a long time! I also ordered a large order of fries and they were soaked in salt! Once again they failed to give me a receipt so that you cant file a complaint with specific information. Truly a disappointment!!! read more

Hit and miss. Tonight they messed up the soda (sprite was bad) and the onion rings were very chewy!! The whopper was ok. No receipt given either!! Time to shut this place down after reading the reviews!! read more

Burger King - Over fried onion rings! - Burgers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I ordered a large amount of hamburgers and they neglected to put any condiments on any of the burgers. The Manager's excuse was the person at drive thru said to make them plain. That is not what I ordered and my receipt does not say plain. The unprofessional female manager told me all she can do is say sorry, then hung up on me. I will be calling back tomorrow to lodge a complaint with franchise owner or a real manager. read more

Sat in line at the speaker for 7 minutes ( was blocked in or I would have backed out). It's now been 14 minutes since I ordered, there are 2 cars a head of me in line. 5 more minutes (total 19 minutes) before I get my food. It's cold. Too mad to even go in and complain. read more

This really is a poor location. I would say they mess up your drive through order 50% of the time.

I drove up to the drive thru at 9:24 pm and as I pulled up, the workers were taking trash out of the back door and politely told me that they were closed. Interestingly enough, when I looked up their hours, it read that they closed at 10pm. I took it upon myself to look at the reviews of this establishment and after reading such awful reviews, I am glad that I didn't spend money here. read more

Getting food here is the biggest waste of money and time ever... this location SUCKS!!! The wait to get your food takes forever and they are constantly understaffed. Constantly!!!!! Soda is flat. No napkins... this place is Trash... read more

I would give less than one star if possible. I usually drive through, but went in for lunch. Fox News was on the TV. Ate my lunch and ignored the " news." One my way out asked why Fox News was on... Response was " store management won't let the channel be changed." I won't be spending another penny at this Burger King. Burger, fries, hateful rhetoric. No thank you.. read more

These guys are a complete joke... management doesn't seem to care about the complaints and their horrible ratings... every time I get cold f$&ing frys, cold burger, and why do you little teenage pricks bother asking about sauce when you don't put it in the f%&cking bag!!!! See employees out smoking when the drive thru is slammed....I hope this business goes bankrupt and they put a Wendy's here or anyone else... we try to be nice and you continue to fail... They don't even have half the damn menu. Stop giving your money to this place so we can get something to replace this waste of space . read more

7 minutes waiting for them to take my order while cars in the other lane were helped before my lane. Two burritos and hash browns for 15$. I could have had larger tastier burritos from Filiberto's for this cost and the same wait. I got home. Order was incorrect and no receipt. The burritos has cheese and the sauce, which I asked for none of. read more

Service here is completely incompetent. I've been here four times and each drive-thru experience either included an inaccurate order, rude behavior from the person operating the window, or a combination of both. And on top of that; they don't salt the goddamn fries. Good thing these people are making $15/hr now. read more

We ordered, then they had us wait out front for our food, with three other cars. 25 minutes later...... i could see the workers cleaning up instead of making the food. Very poor service every time I've been there. Prices are higher than other burger kings as well. We need another burger joint on the corner for competition read more

Unbelievable crapy service with even crappier food. Never go here at night unless you want food that obviously has been sitting around way too long. What a waste of money, I will never go here again. CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!!!!!! I had to give one star they don't even deserve that. read more

They literally gave me the opposite of my order. Given the price that Burger King charges right now unacceptable

OK I know its fast food although in this case its REALLY BAD FAST FOOD! $12.00 for 2 cold, hard and stale taco's and 2 cold cheese burgers. I typically do not write these reviews although this was so bad I had too.....and this is the second time I have experienced this terrible food at this location. So Bad the BIRD refused to eat it ....and you usually receive a receipt so you can provide feedback to the corporation I guess they know its bad when they don't even give you that .What a shame that Burger King has got to this Level. read more

Terrible service. Kids behind the counter had NO CLUE what they were doing. They forgot to make our order and made is park and wait. When we got it the girl who brought it out had attitude and the order wasn't even right. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I work nearby and it is one of the very few places in the area to eat. They never provide the requested condiments, they screw up the orders constantly, send out cold food and the workers are always in a bad mood. Clearly bad management. read more

We stopped here for breakfast last week and ordered some breakfast sandwiches and a pancake platter for my child. First the sandwiches. 2 for $5 sausage croissant sandwiches.... The croissants were dry and falling apart and the eggs inside were not one solid piece. They were so dry that the eggs had come apart into multiple pieces. We ordered another 2 for $5 bacon croissant sandwiches and these croissants were also dry and falling apart and the bacon inside was overcooked to the point of not edible. And the last but not least was the pancake breakfast platter. The eggs were also dry and gross. The bacon way way overcooked as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp and the pancakes wouldn't tear apart and tasted like they were two days old. I've had bad food in the past at other fast food places but never had 100% of what we ordered be inedible. I returned the sandwiches and got my money back but not the pancake breakfast platter since my child had already "torn into it". The manager didn't seem to be surprised or even care when I returned and as a bonus.... the employee that does the cooking was sitting behind the restaurant on the ground when I drove to the drive thru window. This place needs help and to remove and replace the "management". Good luck at this location... they're going to need it. read more

I am so tired of going to this Burger King and finding out they either don't have a promotional item or will not honor a promotional price that is in a national advertising campaign. As of today's experience, I am officially done with Burger King's everywhere. read more

This has to be the worse Burger King in the history of Burger King! The customer service was terrible....employee acted as if she didn't want to be there, let alone serve customers. They were advertising Free Kids Meals with purchase. I tried to order from home with no luck finding the "Free" offer on the app. So, I drove over to order. I was told "We have to see it in the app". At which, I said its not in the app and they reply it is in the app. Okay, where on the app. They replied "I don't know, but I know its there". I even wrote to corporate to see if they could tell me. Its been a week with no reply. I assume they are running false advertising. Plus, the food is awful!!! Stay away from BK. read more

I went through the drive thru for a quick bite to eat and it was anything but quick. I was in line for about 15 minutes and there were only about 4 cars while I was there. I stopped by on Saturday, September 12 at approximately 2pm. My wife and I went through the drive through where I ordered a Whopper and fries and she ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese. My meal was fine but to state that there was a problem with my wife's order is an understatement. I am sorry to say that was only part of the issue. When we left the drive thru we parked in a parking spot to eat our meals. When my wife opened her sandwich it was ice sold, the cheese was not melted at all and the lettuce was part of the core of the head of lettuce and only covered maybe 1/3 of the bun. We went back through the drive thru to complain and make them aware and the plan was to have them remake the sandwich. I thought the manager would appreciate being aware of the quality of the product being served to his customers. The manager (tall guys, dark hair and tattoos- only for descriptive purposes) could not care less. I showed him and he tried to tell me that the cheese "will melt over time". I asked him to feel the sandwich, as it was ice cold, and he just looked at it and just through it in the trash. I asked him if he even care that this is the type of product being served from his restaurant and he refused to respond or even look at me. I hadn't been to Burger King in a while but after this type of treatment and indifference to quality or customer satisfaction. Very disappointed. read more

False advertising here. I downloaded their app and was offered a variety of coupons, just like their brown bags say. However, at this location they decide what the coupon value will be, not their app. I ask the guy why the price difference, and he just says "Not here!!". That's fine I will do the McDonald's app from now on, since the price is the same regardless of the store. My burgers were cold, which wasn't surprising since they had the order done so fast. Poor quality food, poor customer service, and the not so busy store was dirty. Like the super sticky drink station. For a new location, they should be winning customers, not pushing them away. I'll for sure pass this one by going forward. read more

Picked up a whopper tonight and I even had a coupon for "buy one, get one". The girl in the drive threw was very nice and took my coupon with no problem, she told me to pull up because the "whopper meat wasn't ready". I didn't fully understand what that meant but figured it was freshly being grilled, I was sadly mistaken. I waited roughly 4-5 mins in a parking spot which I didn't mind at all if that meant my food would be super fresh. When I got home, (I live across the street literally) all of the food was cold. I even heated it up in my microwave for 30 secs and that only made it luke warm. With that said I won't be back to BK any time soon. read more
