Their burgers are lovingly prepared and assembled with care. This is why whenever I go, there are always people there. Seating is strictly patio style, looking out onto the intersection of Altadena and Villa. There lot is small lot next to the stand. I'm not sure if it's shared with another business. Street parking is available. Even though super burger is basically a corner burger stand with patio seating, the place is always clean. Super Burger is definitely a sure thing. I've lived near this Burger King for years and never bothered to try it because other locations let me down. However, due to a lack of options in the area, I decided to give it a shot. Wow, what a surprise! I ordered a Whopper Jr meal, and everything was fantastic. The burger looked and tasted amazing, and the fries were a pleasant departure from what I remembered (in a good way) - no odd coating and perfectly cooked. The only (tiny) letdown was that there was a special offer on my order that they didn't mention or apply, so I ended up paying a bit extra. Despite that, I'll definitely be back! read more

As I gave him my card to pay, He did the bare minimum to try to reach for it and I had to over extend myself so he can take it ( I am pregnant & visibly so ). He takes the card,charges and when he gives the card back, the same thing, does the bare minimum to give it back. His attitude was very snobby and didn't give "that's what hamburgers all about". I asked for an extra box before leaving and he gave me the box with attitude, I'm assuming because I disrupted the conversation he was having with his coworkers. For our food,Our order was wrong, we asked for cheese burgers,one with no onion or tomato the other as is. When we left to eat our burgers down the road, we saw BOTH burgers had no cheese (which we were charged for) & one burger had tomato. It was upsetting to see that an establishment we normally go to and have no issues with, gave us both disappointing customer service & food service. Oh, to top it off, I didn't receive a receipt to be able to go back & let them know about the mistake they had made on our food.

He was simply asking questions about his bill. After receiving my order, I asked Mikela why she had been so rude to the gentleman. Her response was, "He asked way too many questions and we have nine other orders ahead of his." I simply asked her, "How do you think that makes the rest of your customers feel?" No response. Interestingly enough, as I looked around the restaurant, I made eye contact with several other customers. A few smiled at me, and I even received a couple of quiet "thank you's" for speaking up. That told me quite a bit about how the interaction was perceived by everyone else who witnessed it. Being busy should never mean treating people like they're an inconvenience. Every customer deserves basic courtesy and respect, whether they're spending $10 or $100. Customers aren't numbers, and the nine orders behind someone don't make the person standing in front of you any less important. For me, this is what ultimately determines whether I return to a business. Unfortunately, despite the good food and Cynthia's excellent customer service, I won't be returning. Cynthia, thank you for showing what professionalism and genuine customer service should look like. You were the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. Just repeated a price, which wasn't helpful at all. At that point, we gave up and just ordered. Even then, the ordering process continued to be frustrating. She repeatedly got our order wrong when reading it back, and we had to correct her multiple times. The whole interaction felt rushed and unnecessarily tense. Better customer service training would really go a long way here. Then came the food. I ordered chili cheese fries, and at first, I thought maybe this visit would redeem itself. They tasted decent, which I appreciated because I was hungry. But halfway through, I started getting sharp stomach pains and had to stop eating immediately. I gave the rest to my boyfriend (who thankfully didn't get sick), but I ended up with a pretty bad stomach ache and we had to go home, smh. So the one time I decide to give this place another chance, I get rude service and feel sick afterward.
