we got there at 5:30, now i will admit it was my fault for not paying attention at the time, we walked to the window and they told us they opened at 6:00, "okay we'lol come at 6:00". 6 comes and we are waiting outside for 5-10 minutes, so my mom walks to the window again. Suggestion - stay away! I stopped there for breakfast after taking wife to doctor since it was very close to my home. The food was cold. I had to place in the microwave to heat up both the croissant sandwich (egg/sausage/cheese) and the hash browns. Cold, cold, cold. The coffee was warm at best and also needed to be heated up. $7.55 is the biggest waste of money. I will never return. I will go out of my way to another place to get breakfast. A-OK experience. I rarely eat at fast food places, but we needed a quick meal on the way to something else we already had planned. We stopped in the drive thru and ordered. It was quick to get to the window and only one car was in front of us. Staff took the payment then we got our food. Everything was as we ordered it, so we were fine with it all. Horrible customer service. If you're looking to modify anything about your order GOOD LUCK. After asking 3-4 times if my burger was plain I still received a normal one. I went back through the drive through and asked for the correction and received another of the same non-plain burger. The other parts of my order: chicken fries, onion rings were ice cold and hard like they had been sitting out for hours. Neglectful customer service... When we arrived the dining room was nearly empty. There was only one customer seated with a cup of coffee and a newspaper. No one was in line. Yet it took minutes for one of the many employees (at least 6) walking around to say they'd be with us in a minute. Bad start. We wanted to try the infamous tacos we had seen so many YouTubers review. It was gonna be fun. Well, all we ordered was a taco without cheese and a regular taco with the cheese. It took quite a while, maybe 5 minutes. When we sat down, still all smiles despite the wait, we quickly realized they hadn't gotten it right. Neither taco had cheese. They had one customer...smh. Long story short, I sampled my taco alone while my guest waited for a new one. A fun experiment sort of ruined. Not to mention the sorry excuse for a taco we both received. They never have Impossible Whoppers and often times they don't even accept cards as payment. I also understand that as a Black woman this area is predominantly Hispanic and I live over here, but why do I have to feel out of place because I don't speak Spanish. Apparently, after clearing requesting no meat on the two breakfast burrito Jr's ordered, the manager and her employee for this specific restaurant location still messed up the order and put meat in it. When I went back into the store to have the issue corrected, the girl who made the food remade the order then came and threw the replacement burritos in the bag at me. She gave no apology for their mistake and did nothing to make things right. Consequently, the two crew (both manager and crew) were Spanish-speaking and behaved as if they were better than me (as in higher class or status). This type of behavior from Spanish-speaking people has become a real problem around Florida. They need to go home if they can't treat people outside of their country origins, with respect... This is the only BK I found around here so far whose burgers reminds me of the good old days when BK had juicy smoky Whoppers! I have searched many in Central FL and this is one BK whose burgers does not taste like microwaved limp patties. So why does this burger king rate so low? 1. The place feels dirty. There is no trash laying around or obvious dirtiness but there feels like a layer of grime that can look clean until you run your fingers over it and realize there is a layer of grease. 2. There is only 1 outlet and it doesn't work. I know I'm not the ideal customer but I will always buy something if I'm working from out your store. In exchange your outlets should work and if you make it visible for people to plug into then make sure it works. If you don't want people to use it, then stick it into the ceiling like the McDonalds at Curry Ford. 3. The internet doesn't work. If you are going to offer it make sure it works. If you don'w want people camping out then turn it off. Otherwise it's a typical BK. I got some sausage biscuits a few days ago and the consistency was off. 2 biscuits were overcooked and the other two were fine. Tried the grilled hot dogs tonight. The woman at the cash register never looked at me. The order was two chili dogs, one classic dog, small fry and a small soda. The soda cup came quickly but the meal took much too long. I watched two dogs and the fries sit in the tray for about 5 minutes waiting for the 3rd dog. I watched as the third dog was put into the microwave. When I got it to the table the buns were stuck to the container from being microwaved and the fries were cold by then. The dogs may be grilled but if they are they are left sitting and need to be reheated before serving. Best way I can describe the dogs appearance is "monkey fingers". When my order was placed on the counter this same woman never looked at me. When I asked her turned back for catsup she tossed them into the tray again without acknowledging that there was a customer there. The dogs were a total disappointment and there was trash on the floors. I observed an employee pick up trays from the top of the garbage bins and place them in the pile to be served to the next customers without being cleaned. While I've always enjoyed Burger King, this experience has turned me off on the entire franchise. If this specific location has such bad reviews and corporate has not addressed the problem it reflects on the entire franchise. Additionally, my shoes were sticking to the floor after standing in urine in front of the men's room urinal. Disgusting! I also in the short time I was there observed three separate customers that had gone through the drive thru walk in from their vehicles because their orders were wrong. Sad to watch the wrong orders thrown into the garbage can. They did not look like happy campers. Burger King better hope that they're not on YELP.
